We've spent thousands here at this store. Not because of the selection, nor the value, but basically because there are no other options in the area. My wife recently purchased several items totaling over $250 on our most recent trip. When she got home, she noticed that a $35 sports bra which she had purchased was not in the bag. We returned to talk with the manager, who was very condescending. He pointed out that he reviewed the security camera and saw it in the clothes pile on the counter, and then shortly afterwards the counter was empty. My wife pointed out that their counters are cluttered with teddy bears and candy, and that she did not receive the item. He asked that we go back home and look at our items again. Not only was my wife offended, but I was taken back at the lack of respect for the customer. We have bought football equipment, softball equipment, baseball equipment, and snow clothes there, but now we will never shop there again. I would rather order from Amazon or travel 45 minutes to go to Dicks Sporting Goods store. Hopefully another sports store comes to this area , because this terrible place will surely go out of business fast. Terrible service. Will be taking our business elsewhere! read more
