billings a joke and when you call to get assistance you get a run around game! like we will call stephanie and see why you were double charged. ian was the other person that continued to promise bullshit and lies! promise to refund you for double charging you! never happens never again never happens! when your contract ends they continue to charge you and require you to send a certified letter to cancel and you get no where in regards to whats going on with the cancellation! billing is rude! they promised a month free for billing me incorrectly not only once, but 3 times! no resolution and no free month although it was promised! still not sure what's going on with cancellation although i can see they received my certified letter! they dont have any record! i do not recommend bodifi in anyway! unless you want to be fucked over multiple times! fuck you bodifi cancel my shit!! if i could give this gym 0 stars i would! well got a call from yet another lying supervisor, victor! where should i begin? this fuck calls me and says i saw your review and i just ant to know what happened so i can make this right! blah blah blah lie lie lie! he says well what can i do to fix this! i said i dont want my card on file (bank info). how about ill give you 6 months free, wave the fee (never mentioned a transfer fee) which by the way sounded like the annual fee, and give you free stuff! let me add i just sent the letter to cancel this garbage membership, "since i supposedly was out of contract" haha! dont make me laugh you still are locked in "month to month"! he asks that i come in the next day. i say yes i can come at 5. so, i do as i say and arrive a little before 5. do a tour and he explains stuff to me. i was already super pumped and excited that someone wanted to finally make things right! ya lied to again! victor tells me oh well you will have to sign some stuff. ok. i ask if im going to be in contract again. victor says yes. im thinking to myself wtf! i just got out of that bullshit nightmare! he tells me only for two months and then i ask for him to put in writing the 6 months for free and all the shit above promised . he replies, "well it will be i your file." im like ok whatever lets do it. start giving my info and he has the balls to say do you have your bank info amd routing number. im like umm no i am not cool with putting that info again! he says oh well its just in case you forget to pay haha! ya uhuh! i stsrt asking him about what hr offered yesterday! he gets really offensive and rude! he says i feel like your calling me a liar! yes, victor, im calling you a bullshitting liar and snake! he then became persistent! oh well ill give you five months free no card on file just put cash. ok and? you just went from 6 months to 5, me having to pay the annual fee and no free shit! why lie to your customers to lure them in! be upfront and honest! this place and their lies never end! victor himself said this has happened to multiple customers and hes trying to fix things! haha yet you dont see any of the negative review, just the good ones! long story i know, but damn all i wanted was someone to not lie and do as they say! please dont do buisness with these snakes! i will be posting these reviews everywhere i possibly can to get the word out! ive cried enough tears this year over this garbage gym! read more

I signed up for an annual gym membership subscription service with Bodifi on Sep. 22, 2025 for $1,017.47. I cancelled the service Oct. 1, 2025 because we moved to California and could no longer use the membership. They told me that in order to cancel, I had to come in person and talk to the manager, and I told them I was out of state and I couldn't do that. They said they couldn't refund me anything regardless. They refused on the phone to get me to a manager, Beki Bird. I offered to pay for the service that I did use at the normal rate and to be refunded the difference. They said no. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and got the money back. Later, I noticed a charge from them for $86.49 on December 5, 2025, and another Jan 5, 2025. I somehow was on another subscription plan that I did not agree to or authorize. I reached out to the manager Beki, and she said to call their contracted payment processor Paramount Acceptance. Paramount told me I have a monthly membership for $86.49 per month and that I also have $217.98 due. I never signed up for a monthly membership and so I told them that and to send me written confirmation of me doing so to prove it. I don't have any written record either electronic or paper of my original annual contract agreement, or of any confirmation of monthly subscription plan, payments due, invoices paid, etc. Nothing is documented. I researched FTC consumer protection laws and they have violated those laws. I am filing this complaint for both Bodifi and Paramount Acceptance with the BBB, the FTC, and the State of Idaho. read more

After negative interactions at their Idaho Falls Broadway location with the manager and the staff who began to refuse service and began to ignore me, I decided to leave this review. I left the gym just over a couple years ago because of this and because of 2 members who tried became aggressive toward me and another female member who harassed men and stalked me with her cell phone and camera.The owners of the gym are good to work with though and I think they were kept in the dark by some staff. I did inform one employee and 2 others as to some events. It is a good gym for equipment. It is sad the good experience was later ruined. read more

I was skeptical at first because it was only a local gym, but let me say that my expectations were blown out of the water! For starters, this "small" local gym has the same (or in some cases lower) prices as the big gyms but takes time in its customer service to get to know and befriend each of its patrons. I want to add a special appreciation for the night crew: Victor, Bri, McKenna, Charlie, Ali, and Eric are some of the best people I've ever met anywhere. If I could give this gym 6 stars I would! 10/10 recommend!! read more
