He's deeply informed on asana alignment--his cues reminded me of some Iyengar teachers I've studied with. And his sequences are creative and fun. He's teaching at an intermediate level. If you are looking for a slow, easy flow, there's plenty of that in other studios and with other teachers in Pocatello, but if you're used to a vigorous flow with sequences and poses that will challenge you Waylon is the your guy.

I had severe disc damage at L5/S1, the inflammation made the sciatic nerve extremely irritated and painful. I couldn't be on my feet for more than a couple minutes, I couldn't sit and for days I wasn't able to sleep for more than 20 -30 minutes at the time. The pain would wake me up. Dry needling brought the inflammation down immediately. After two sections, I was sleeping better, walking and started riding my mountain bike again. Also, Rebekah was sympathetic and understanding, she worked really hard massaging back and leg muscles to reduce muscle spasm. Thanks Moe
