Went to Loyalty Pawn this Sunday and had a great experience…read more The staff was friendly, and the storefront was nice and clean. Had to buzzed in, which was confusing and unsettling. The good news is that everything once inside the door was great. I was there to find a guitar, and they had a decent selection of not only guitars but other nice musical instruments as well. Almost went home with a nice drum set as well Found a Fender Stratocaster that was perfect. I had great customer service the entire way through. I got a solid deal on the guitar and an amp. They threw in a few small pieces, which I needed since it's been so long since I have played and I appreciated them putting those little extras into the deal and not trying to nickel and dime me the entire time. Actually, during the hour there with the sales rep was easy going, didn't put any unnecessary sales pressure,. The sales rep was truly helpful and gave straightforward answers and help when I asked him any questions. I would recommend that anyone looking for a less costly option to purchasing new goods check out Loyalty Pawn. Great job and thank you for selling me my cool ass music maker. I'll be back probably for that drum set soon.

I understand pawn shops need to make a profit, but that offer was beyond unreasonable and honestly felt insulting. It made me feel like they were hoping I'd be desperate enough to accept anything. If you enjoy getting ripped off, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I'd avoid doing business here and take your money somewhere that treats customers with a little more respect.

However the manager said he couldn't exchange and have me pay the difference for a new one because it's against return policy. Lmaooo can anyone please explain to me how that makes any sense?? Anyways. Kaylin gets 5 stars. Manager -1 star.

Never Again -- Completely Mishandled Nintendo Switch 2 Launch…read more We showed up at this GameStop today for the Nintendo Switch 2 release party, per the official GameStop email instructions. According to that, the event started at 3 PM, with pick-up for pre-orders beginning at 9 PM Pacific Time, and the potential to purchase a console without a pre-order if you arrived early enough to line up before the 3 PM event. We got there before noon to be proactive and were immediately concerned that no one else was around -- no signage, no excitement, and no staff outside. When the store opened, the clerk flatly told us, "If you don't have a pre-order, come back at 9." I mentioned the email instructions clearly said otherwise, and he just shrugged and told me to call back at 3 to "see if they had any." We decided to call another GameStop about 15 minutes away, and they were shocked -- they confirmed what we read in the email and even mentioned that they know this particular clerk and that he's done this before. A look at past Yelp reviews confirms this location has a pattern of misinformation and poor handling of release events. And the fact that nobody else was there at the store lined up means he's been telling everybody this over the phone if people have called asking questions. At some point, management needs to step in -- either retrain or replace this employee. Events like this are supposed to be fun and exciting, not confusing and dismissive. Because of this experience, we will never shop at this location, even though it's around the corner from us. We'd rather drive the extra 15 minutes to the other store that actually understands customer service and follows company protocols. Avoid this location if you're expecting any kind of organized event or competent communication.

For some reason this business doesn't have a very good rating. All I can do is give my perspective…read more This may be the most outstanding business I've ever dealt with. Ordering was easy, online. The product was delivered to my house for free. The pricing was very good. What made this business stellar was their communication. They confirmed the order, said they were getting it ready, told me when it was out for delivery (same day), told me the driver's name and that he would be there in 7 minutes. Then the delivery person texted me and let me know he was at my house before knocking on the door. The guy was super nice, played with my dog. My age is irrelevant, but I am older then 98% of the employees at any of these dispensaries. So today I needed some smoke. I happen to notice KOLAS had a specific brand of flower I like for a little cheaper then my normal dispensary, and they were 4 miles closer. So at the price of gas I gave them a chance. First off, When you walk in you feel like your in a 90's flashback underground weed store. There is a small room maybe 12x12 with one guy behind a computer, who by the way is super rude!! there's 8 chairs with 10 people waiting. They stack your drivers license up like dominos and then you sit and wait, and wait, and wait. They only allow 2 or 3 in at a time. Once you get thru the door your in a U shaped room where everything is behind the counter, no touching, no looking ahead of time, you want to see something you ask and they hand it to you to look at. ONE at a time, UGH! No other dispensary is like this, period. No wonder there backed up takes someone 20 minutes to pick a product. There are no prices displayed you have to ask about EVERYTHING. They really need to get with the times, sitting or standing for 10 to 15 minutes to get in a room to buy your product is ridiculous!! I will never comeback that's for sure. Try Perfect Union 100 times better, hands down

As the door is unlocked one of the employees comes from the parking lot and walks right in front of me as if I work for him, no thanks or excuse me or may I help you. He immediately goes to the person behind the counter who never acknowledges me. Feeling a little disrepected, I say I'll can spend my money elsewhere, I turn to leave the store and have to wait almost 2 minutes to be buzzed out. I refuse to spend my money anywhere people are not eager to separate me from it. My advice, find a place that appreciates your patronage even if you have to spend a little more.
