This is hands down my favorite place! I love everything about this facility…read more The office always makes sure that you understand how your insurance will cover procedures. I've heard others be told how payment works, and have heard people ask how many sessions they have left that will be covered by insurance with no complaints or groans. Marcy is probably my favorite part of my visit. She remembers absolutely everyone's name and the time and days of the week they like to come in. She also sends reminder texts for appointments so they're not forgotten. What's best is that she is very flexible with appointments. There have been a few times I've been sick or had an emergency come up and she adjusts my appointments without issue or penalty. The massage therapists are outstanding. Everyone that I've meet have been awesome. They're understanding about your pains and don't take offense if you let them know they're being a little rougher than you can handle on your injuries. Likewise, if you go often, they'll also remember what massage they need to do, even if you don't go to them every visit. They are also great with remembering patients which makes the entire visit feel like a visit to see family instead of a physician. Dr. Chris is awesome! He's quick, patient, and also does wholistic treatments such as acupuncture. I love the level of transparency I get and the suggestions to make things better for me. All in all, this office has a stellar team, and outstanding service. Go here now!!!

He's personable, knowledgeable, and cares for his patients. I've had some health issues for the past three years and it seemed every medical personal I saw could not address my back pain after surgery. My wife suggested I go see Dr. Pins and I can honestly say that after about a month of adjustments and therapeutic massages I feel Better. P The young lady at the front desk (haley) also does an amazing job. Always in a good mood has a peaceful low tone voice that's very welcoming. I recommend you call Haley at 630 527-9100 and make an appointment to see Dr. Pins. Everyone can certainly use an adjustment.

Dr. Dave is most certainly NOT one of those doctors. Dr. Dave will evaluate your symptoms, treat them and give you advice on how to keep the symptoms at bay. If you want to come back fine, if not fine. He is not the type of Doctor to push you in any direction for a course of treatment you don't want to pursue. He will do whatever he can to help you find relief. He has early hours as well so you can get an adjustment before work which is great!

Nearly a year later, the office attempted to charge my debit card without warning or authorization from me. The billing practices and lack of transparency felt extremely misleading. I would strongly recommend verifying everything directly with your insurance and being very cautious before providing card information here. I am currently attempting to resolve this directly and would be happy to update this review if the matter is handled appropriately and transparently. update: Dr Whitney has reached out to make things right, which I very much appreciate. He is a great doctor and don't believe he takes care of any of the billing. I would stand by the fact that you definitely should double and triple check with your insurance before doing any x-rays or treatments though, as he is ultimately not the one that habdles billing for those. Too hard of a world right now to get slapped with $500 you weren't expecting!

Let me start off by saying this.. When a person drives all the way from Downtown Chicago ( Navy…read morePier area) to come all the way to Naperville to see a chiropractor once or twice a week, that must mean HE IS GOOD !!! I've been to different chiropractors in the past but none seemed to really care for my actual health and area of concern. I found Dr. Superczynski on a Living Social deal. He had a chiropractic evaluation ( which is a great, i'll mention something about this later), one hour massage ( which was done by one of his partners Mike who is certified for at least 10 different massages, ranging from Swedish to Deep Tissue to Relaxation, etc.) The doctor sat down with me one on one, showed me my areas of concern and what they will be doing in the next few weeks to improve my spine. I constantly have upper back and neck problems, which is why i decided to find a chiropractor. Dr.Superczynski's evaluation consisted of two tools which none of my previous chiropractors used, and it scanned my body along the spine and neck area which then showed on a computer which area's need work. After a few visits, the bad areas have improved and i feel much better than ever. Mike, who is one of Dr.Superczynski's partners does amazing work and i have seen him multiple times now and immediately after a massage i feel more blood flow, i feel relaxed, and i feel like my muscles are moving more freely. I highly recommend Mike. He is professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. His prices are also cheaper than competition. Mike also teaches massage therapy to students. You can schedule an appointment with Mike even if you do not need a chiropractor visit, but i suggest seeing both as they work great together and WILL help you solve your issue. In summary, i find this chiropractor very good at what he does and highly recommend him.

The adjustments also helped with other long-term neck and headache issues. Dr. Steve is personable and the office is kid-friendly. My only real complaint came later when dealing with billing issues.
