I saw Diane and she really listened to the areas that I wanted to focus on and what I was looking to achieve from the session. The space is really nice, with comfy heated beds and good sized, private, rooms where the treatments take place. The prices are a little high (I paid $140 for a 60 minute massage) but you really do get what you paid for. I will definitely be making a massage here part of my regular routine. One thing I would also flag is that to access the studio you do need to walk down some steps, so not very accessibility friendly. Obviously not their fault but just something to be aware of if you plan to visit.

I wrote back to reschedule and never heard back from her. I can only assume that she doesn't care or need more clients. I have been in a lot of pain and was looking forward to a healing massage. Instead she let me know that she couldn't be bothered to reschedule an appointment that she canceled at the last minute. I'm so disappointed and hope to find another practitioner who gives consideration to their client communication. :(
