Well I am back to say it was a firsthand experience as a customer. In fact, I walked into their office before I wrote the review. I did not even have time to find the names of the employees before I was shut down from talking to them. One was a man, who seemed open to hearing what I had to say. The other was a woman who cut me off before I could even finish my sentence. Totally rude and lost me as a customer and potential volunteer.

However the next time I was able to get ahold of Brian was 2 weeks later. At this time apologized for such poor service and that he would get a prototype of my project right to me. Well, I couldn't get him on the phone again for another two weeks and I still didn't have my prototype. He ASSURED me I would have it by UPS on friday. Friday came and went and he actually called my prototype annoying. He also said it would be hand delivered to me on Tuesday. Well let me tell you, it is 5:45 Tuesday evening and I still don't have it. This is the most unprofessional printer I have ever talked to. Maybe they are good and it's just this Brian Scott guy. But if this is the guy they hired as VP of operations I would encourage anyone and everyone to STEER CLEAR of this operation. They are the worst.
