My wife and I called about a Compass they listed on their Monroe branch website and made an appointment to come in to see the salesperson we spoke to on the phone. The interest in that particular vehicle was the selling price of $27,200. This was on Friday, July 3, 2026. We got to the Kirkland dealership around 5 or 5:30, told Angelo we wanted to buy that vehicle. He went to talk to someone and came bad, and oddly, that vehicle had just been sold. He gave us a copy of the window sticker on another vehicle that was essentially identical but would be more money. My wife wanted the red Compass, it was pretty much the same one, so we agreed to take it. That's when things went strange. We met with the finance man and supposedly completed all the contracts and title documents. It was all done on a tablet, and supposedly all the completed documents were emailed to me. We gave a check for the full amount and asked when we could pick up the vehicle. We agreed on Sunday morning. We left with a copy of the window sticker of the vehicle we believed we had purchased. We arrive Sunday morning and there was no Red Compass. Angelo seemed surprised to see us. We were told that the vehicle wasn't delivered yet because the dealership with the vehicle was closed for the weekend. (What car dealer closes on 4th of July weekend? But that's another issue) We agreed to comeback on Monday afternoon to pick up the vehicle. On Monday we picked up a red Compass, ostensibly the one for the window sticker and VIN on the title and contract we signed. We drove home and couldn't find the temporary license tag. We did find the window sticker for the vehicle, though. I compared it to the copy we were given on Friday and discovered it had a different VIN. I then went on my laptop to check the documents we had signed to verify the VIN. They are PDF documents) Surprise, the documents I received were signed but contained no price information or other details. It looked however, that we were going to get title to a different vehicle than what we had. I was also very aggravated about the blank signed documents because that is a crime in Washington. It sure looked like something sneaky was going on. After a somewhat contentious telephone conversation with the branch manager we agreed to redo the documents with the correct VIN via email, they would email a photocopy of the temporary tag, and deliver the plastic tag Tuesday morning. The photocopy of the tag was never sent. When I opened the new batch of documents they were again blank. I'll cover the details of this next. On Tuesday morning Angelo delivered the temporary tag. I'll leave to Reardon to figure out how a new car can be turned over without the tag. The reason the vehicle wasn't available on Sunday was no because the dealership was closed, it was because that particular VIN was sold and they had to find another red Compass. (It seems there was a run on red Compasses on July 4th weekend) In the meantime, I was still troubled by the blank documents. I downloaded them from my phone and, "ta da", they were complete. I checked both sets and they were good. Thinking it was my laptop, I used a different one and was able to get completed PDF files. I then went to my original laptop, but used Chrome as the browser rather than Microsoft Edge, and the PDF files were complete. It seems that Microsoft Edge will not properly transfer PDF files sent from Reardon's software. Who would have guessed. We weren't too happy about being misled about why the vehicle wasn't available on Sunday, and certainly not happy about having faced the prospect of a mistitled vehicle. The failure to provide the temporary license is just another part of the poor communication. The software glitch producing blank documents just inflamed a poor situation, although I doubt Reardon could have foreseen such a problem. A few well timed phone calls and some basic honesty would have prevented an annoying and stressful weekend. I hope their management improves its internal communication system.

Basically, anything that allowed water to get into the cab failed. I first brought the truck in and they replaced the 3rd brakelight assembly and sun roof seal. They also said they tested the other known issues (notice the plural meaning more than one) and everything was fine. A couple weeks later it rains fairly heavily and I've got a pond in the back seat of the truck. Back to the shop we go. This time they replace the sliding rear window and cab vents. That pretty much covers all the major known leaking issues. A couple months go by and I try to open my sunroof as we had some really nice weather. It will only open a couple inches and it took me some effort to get it to close. Back to the shop we go. Now, they have to replace the entire sunroof track assembly. On top of that, I have to pay for it. They did include a little note about some rust in there from the initial fix, but did they actually tell me about it when I picked up the truck and possible impacts. NOPE!! Not only that, but the last repairs took over a month. Some of that was waiting for parts, but it was another 2+ weeks after the parts arrived that it took them to fix my truck. Now I'm fairly annoyed (that's putting it mildly) and out almost $9K for all this. They did say they submitted my claims for "goodwill" with RAM, but nothing came of that. They didn't even attempt to advocate for me with the manufacturer noting it was known issues that NHTSA has published TSBs on and said warranties should be extended for this. However, they won't honor them That was really the final straw. I've had terrible service reps in the past, oil changes that took over 2 hours, and just never have had a pleasant experience with Rairdons. Even buying the truck at the Monroe dealership was a pain in the ass. Never will I go back to this place. I'm shocked they have even a 2 star review with how bad this place is.

I went towards the end of the day just to do a test drive and ended up buying my new Subaru right then and there. The sales person Chris Hawkins, was polite, efficient and very helpful. The finance person, Jose Varga, was likewise polite and went through all of the many forms quickly and efficiently. There were a few misses, but these were most likely because I was there at the very end of the business day for them. For example, my mats for the car were not ready, and I had to come back the next day to get them. No big deal. After reviewing the documents thoroughly at home I realized I was supposed to get a full tank of gas. And I did not. This, again, was probably because we were trying to get this done at the end of the day and their final review of the car department didn't have a chance to do that. When I mentioned this to Jose, he was very apologetic and said that they would reimburse me for the tank of gas that I bought. (and I lost the receipt, but Jose said they would accept a copy of my charge on my credit card, and then he said never mind. He would just send me a check. Wow! ) And to my surprise a few days later, I got a call from them saying that they had missed giving me a rebate that I was entitled to, so they wanted to make sure I got that even though it meant they had to redo all the documents. I expressed interest in buying a fairly expensive accessory and Jose helped arrange that. I need to have regular servicing on my car and they have already helped me set up the appointment for the first service! They have a department that helps you understand your car, because they are so complicated nowadays. You make an appointment, bring your car in and they will go over anything that you need help figuring out. Amazing. I love my Subaru and, given my age, it is doubtful I will ever buy another car. However, if I did, I would go there and get a Subaru. I don't know anyone who looks forward to all the issues that are entailed with buying a new car, and And using your old car as a trade-in, but I felt very comfortable, unstressed, and respected at Eastside Subaru. I highly recommend this company.

Disappointing experience with lack of transparency and major paperwork errors…read moreMy husband and I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2025 Subaru Impreza from Eastside Subaru to drive our young family around. Unfortunately, our purchasing experience and subsequent vehicle performance have been deeply disappointing. During the purchase process itself, the sales staff made significant administrative mistakes, including putting the wrong purchase number on the car and getting incorrect details on our loan paperwork. While mistakes happen, the lack of attention to detail on major financial documents set a concerning tone. After taking the car home, we noticed severe and frequent scraping/bottoming out on standard driveways and everyday suburban speed bumps. When we asked the sales team why this known low-clearance issue wasn't mentioned during the buying process, we were bluntly told, "Of course we won't tell customers about this." We bought a Subaru expecting transparency, safety, and a reliable family vehicle. Instead, we were met with a lack of disclosure at sale and zero support afterward. We have formally escalated this issue directly to Subaru Corporate Customer Care with our VIN. I would caution anyone buying a car here to double-check every line of your paperwork and ask hard questions before driving off the lot.

I won't mention the name of our salesperson so as not to harm him personally, but unfortunately, he didn't know even basic information about the Ford Bronco, misled us on the way and caused us to drive off route, and on top of that took a car with no gas -- which wasted our valuable time. This isn't the first time I've encountered unprofessionalism here; last time I asked for a leasing quote and was given a purchase quote instead. Bottom line -- we will not return to this dealership. A disappointing experience and clear lack of professionalism.

Purchased a Lexus here and was excited at first, but the dealer didn't have the keys to test drive…read more This was the SUV I've been searching for these past few weeks and trusted there wouldn't be any lights coming on. After making the purchase, I noticed the TPMS light on, so I had to replace all the sensors as well as replace the spare tire that was blown. A/C refrigerant needed replacing as well. There was also a wood chip stuck on the blower fan after cleaning it out. Looks like a mouse lived here before, so I had to replace both the engine filter and cabin filter. This wood chip damaged the blower, so I have to replace this next. I should've gotten a bigger discount than the $500 I wanted. All of the work costs about $1k just to get this running well. I hope they do a better job with vehicle inspection and not always rely on a Toyota/Lexus dealership to help with this, which was shown on the carfax. Any Toyota/Lexus dealership should obviously look at the filters and TPMS and see the issues quickly. Perhaps this dealer should go back to Toyota/Lexus and complain to them for not doing a good inspection on the vehicles and charging another dealer for a bad job. Looking at filters is easy access and can see if there have been rodents living there. Also, if a spare tire is completely damaged, this should be a notified to this dealer/customer. The staff here were friendly and had a good amount of vehicles to choose from. There's a nice lobby with a TV and refreshments inside to make customers feel comfortable. I don't mind coming back here again, but will caution anyone to do their inspections on site regardless of what is shown on the carfax or any receipts shown. I'm all for a dealership trying to make a profit off any vehicle, but perhaps they should do more thorough inspections when accepting vehicles from people coming in for a trade.
