They gave the bike a final tuning and told me to come in a couple hundred miles to adjust for the cables stretching. Huge difference in speed and comfort over my old bike. They will help you load and unload your bike.This location also hosts basic maintenance workshops. A bicycle should not be a commodity purchase; your body needs the TLC of a local bike shop. Finally arrived in Baton Rouge and they came out and looked at the bike to see what parts I needed. Unfortunately they only had 3 out of 5 of the bolts I needed. They even tried to see if they could find some used ones they were willing to give me for free to help me get going but none of the shop guys had any. Either way, 3 of them was enough to make a difference and hold it in place and I didn't get the other two until I made it to Arkansas. They spent a good 30-40 minutes helping me find the right parts and look for what I needed. I bought some poker chips as well. Great customer service! On top of that they had a really good selection in the showroom and the customer/HOG lounge was outstanding! They even gave us some free bottles of water since it was a bazillion degrees outside and we were melting. I would definitely recommend this location.
