I didn't ask for a receipt, I was on a rush to catch my flight. Plus, I had used them before and thought it was an honest company. When I called to request a refund, they told me they spoke with the driver and that he said all I gave him was $20 for a tip. He lied. I reached out several times to speak with either Jerry or Mike but they never gave me the courtesy of a phone call or answering my emails. A dishonest driver and owners that don't value customer service. Give your business to someone else.
