Food at Bibibop is good, rarely a complaint there and if there is it's because something was overlooked. My issue is with the middle-aged gentlemen standing at the counter on his phone that doesn't greet an incoming customer. As I approached he did not look up from his phone until I was standing in front of him and when I indicated it was an online order he pointed at the pickup station and said it's over there. Nothing more, customer service sucks! I was later informed that this was likely the owner and if that's the case he should fire himself for being such a poor example to his employees. read more

After hearing all of the hype on Bibibop I made my way to the Cornerstone Centerville location on Saturday for lunch. It was busy but service was quick, the team members explained everything to me & then suggested 1/2 & 1/2 protein's which was steak & spicy chicken plus a variety of vegetables plus black beans & sweet potato noodles The bowl is quite a portion and will be full the rest of the day. Congratulations, you'll get two florets. Not a side, not a serving--just two lonely green trees sitting there like they wandered in by accident. Want a normal amount? Better practice your "can I get extra?" routine, because apparently that's the new standard. And then there's the protein situation. There's a gentleman--manager, owner, or perhaps self-appointed ruler of the scoop--who has perfected the art of "protein subtraction." Everything was fresh, and the flavor of each individual ingredient was through the roof! While I opted for the lower carb version, they also have standard noodles, sweet potato noodles, rice, and roasted potato options. My son selected his bowl with a rice base and chicken. We just recently moved to the area and were happy we're close to a Bibibop and finally got to try this one. The food was great as usual and met our expectation but had the best experience for fast food. The manager was very friendly and asked us genuine questions as we waited. When I asked him back what his favorite part of the morning was, he was genuinely thankful that someone asked him and he went on to compliment his team. We were definitely met with smiles and friendliness but having a manager so openly complimenting his team, you can tell that he is creating a great culture with customer service as this location. The world needs more of a culture that creates genuine friendliness and positivity. This is how it's done as we just had a terrible customer service experience at Sephora in Kohl's, so it always pays to treat everyone with kindness because you never know how you can turn someone's day around. read more

My wife and I went here for lunch and for the Yelp event today. I ordered the Korean Beef and Noodle bowl. It was a large portion of food. I loved the seasoning on the beef. The combination of items in the bowl fit together perfectly. We loved the restaurant atmosphere. It was very light and large with booths that provided privacy. The drink choices were great. We both loved the flavored teas. The staff was excellent and really went out of their way to help us and make us feel very, very welcome. For the price you do get a decent amount of food. The service is always friendly. Issue I have is at times the chicken is a bit dry and the rice is undercooked. 50/50 Sometimes you'll get decent service and a full bowl of food, but usually you'll get ripped off. We've stood in line and watched as the server put the scantiest amounts of food in our bowls literally acting as if every morsel was coming out of their paycheck. To date we've experienced receiving a full bowl of food only maybe three times. It's honestly pathetic. This stuff isn't exactly cheap and we expect to get what we're paying for. We had several employees here absolutely REFUSE to make our orders as requested (we asked for no base, just protein & toppings) and they literally told us they would not make it like that so we walked out. Bibibop in Dayton had no trouble at all accommodating this order request. Other times we placed carry-out orders only to receive bowls that barely had any food in them. Overall it's not a good experience at this location. Employees need to be better trained and management needs to be keeping a closer eye on their performance because they kinda suck. read more

BIBIBOP is a great lunch stop. Some days I gear it more to be like a salad and some days I choose ingredients that are more like a pasta bowl. They have purple rice and noodles that make a great base if you don't want the greens. you can make it part rice and part power greens. The toppings are added as you proceed down the line. My daughter had talked about this place a few times and said that I need to try it. I finally decided to give it a try, not even really sure what type of food it was. So I went in and it looked like a chipotle of Asian cuisine. I thought it was kind of strange that they had the japanese noodles and rice, but then they had potatoes and beans??? How do those even go together? I added a few things and the regular grilled chicken. My rating, it was okay. It wouldn't be something I would crave or even go back to. With the new rules you're only able to change out your face, so I usually get potatoes as my base with that being said they won't let you change it out and now you can only get six toppings which totally blows just being honest and now I just really don't care for the restaurant if this is how is it's kind of just disappointing I can't get everything that I would like in my bowl even if I'm willing to necessarily pay for it. Also, the portion sizes are so small by the cashier made a comment and asked if I had a four topping bowl because my bowl was so small overall not really happy with this location. My advice is to go to a different location where they didn't and roofing at the six topping room so your best bet is to go to the one by Costco to actually get your moneys worth. read more

What happened to BiBiBop? It used to be the best food on earth, now it's like McDonalds in a rice bowl. They used to have a huge selection of 7 veggies (my favorite part), now they have 4. Kale, carrots, corn and cabbage. The veggies used to be cooked fresh, now they are precooked in some factory, soggy and bland. I got chicken/tofu mix. The tofu used to be crispy and had a sesame glaze. Now it is simply burned on one side, no glaze, no sesame seeds. The chicken was about the same as usual. Husband got steak. Full of gristle, chewy. He said it had no flavor other than the ginger sauce he had them put on the bowl. Only the rice seemed to have been made fresh. We didn't look at the prices, so we don't know how it that has changed. Anyway, we're not planning to ever go to BiBi Bop again. read more

I used DoorDash, forgot to order my son a lemonade. So I called the store and they gave me an extra for free. We get our food and it looks amazing. It tastes very fresh and guess what?!
