When I did have any questions the staff member at the register was extremely helpful, he even came around the counter to assist me with my order on the tablet. I asked him for a few suggestions and I was super thankful that he let me try one of the sauces he suggested, as I am very sensitive to spicy food. It was the sriracha tahini sauce which is a seasonal sauce from them and it was so good! Not too spicy at all. I created my own stir fry & they had so many options to choose from. You can add as many extras you'd like for small upcharges but the toppings and garnishes included were a lot in itself. I thoroughly enjoyed my stir fry, they accommodated all of my special requests which I appreciated.

The food menu and options were out of this world! We are all big lovers of Mediterranean and Lebanese food and this exceeded our expectations. We ordered the vegetarian combo that featured hummus, tabouli, baba gannouj, falafel, and dawali with tahini. I ordered the flavor savor chicken that came with mishwi and beef kafta on rice with lebanese salata, hummus, and falafel. Falafel is very hard to get right without drying it out and they did a great job at Aladdin's. Also the garlic sauce was perfect! My family and I were all stuffed and satisfied!

I don't know how many times I have eaten at restaurants that deliver lukewarm food. The purpose of eating in compared to fastfood is to get freshly cooked hot food. The burrito was large and tasted fresh. My only preference would have been to have more flavor. The salsa did not help as it tasted just like plain tomatoes from a can. I haded hot sauce and salt which did help. The home fries were perfectly cooked--tender on inside, and crisp and brown on the outside. I watched as other food items were delivered to other guests, and the fries and onion rings looked perfectly cooked, also. Can't wait to try one day. Excellent customer service by the young lady that waited on my table. The dining area was nice and clean, but was not crazy about the bathroom floor being sticky.

The four cheese melt was kind of a disappointment. I was expecting a nice thick gooey grilled cheese with a juicy big slice of tomato. It was still tasty, but wow not what I was expecting. The tomato slice with thin and had to glance up close to see multiple cheeses. The Cajun red beans and rice was impressive. However, be prepared for heartburn later with the delicious Cajun flavoring and andouille sausage. The nacho basket starter is a puzzler to be honest. The queso was absolutely delicious and flavorful, the chips were good, but what makes it a nacho basket? The jalapeños seem random even though they had a kick. This is one of those spots where either 1) the person who opened this thought you just throw money…read moreat a franchise and VOILA! you start making money. Not realizing you have to actually be there and well; work. *or* 2) There's some corporate overlord who says "your labor can't be over so and so percent!" so they can't have more than one or two people on the clock at a time. Either way; it's the same result. One; and sometimes on a good day: two... grumpy employees who make the visit as pleasant as a root canal. If you want to wait 45 minutes for a very expensive; very small bowl; while the employee(s) gets completely overwhelmed by the number of online and pickup orders, then Bahia Bowls is right up your alley. I'm going to give the hourly workers a pass here. Mainly, because the couple times I've been there, they were getting orders from ten different places; and expected one person to be able to handle it. That's really bad management/ownership. Worst case, the owner/franchisee can come work *with* them, because that doesn't affect labor at all. Leaving your employees on an island is just going to cause unpleasant workers, giving unpleasant service, making people give unpleasant reviews, and ultimately never coming back. If this place wants to exist through all of 2025 and beyond; they better get their stuff together ASAP.

I've been to this restaurant twice. The first time was OK. About what you would expect a little on…read morethe pricey side for what you get. The second time I went was celebrating my son's birthday with our family. The waitress did a lot of talking and not a lot of listening. Two main things I would critique here number one is this restaurant has no idea what fried rice is if you're looking to order that you will absolutely not get what you're expecting. They have a 8 foot round radius Wok that's always on. there's no reason in the world not to have fantastic fried rice. They have all the ingredients basically when you order it you get brought out a yellow dyed rice that is steam cooked no vegetables no grease. No nothing. It is definitely nothing fried about it. The waitress said that's how they do it and all their stores. My suggestion was just that they name it something else. It's just not fried rice at all. I even offered to cook it myself and show them how to make it. The second thing was, we ordered their fried Korean chicken wings, which are pretty good by the way. They brought out the smallest looking wings you could find. Now I thought that's just how it was but right across the table. There was a waitress sitting down for lunch eating some wings that were 10 times the size of mine. I kid you not. I told the waitress hey that's what I thought I was buying. Why are my wings so small and yours look like KFC wings. She said oh that's what we make for employees not for customers. Truly, you can't make this up. So I felt like I didn't get a good value or get what I paid for it all. I will say in all fairness the food is OK. The wings are pretty good just super tiny and overpriced. I definitely will not be back.

I have also been to two other Sittoo's around Cleveland and appreciate how convenient they are. The staff is friendly (although there were only two people working and it got pretty busy), the prices are reasonable, and the food is pretty decent although I do prefer other Mediterranean places to Sittoo's. Today I got the business lunch special ($7.95) which is a plate of a variety of meats, rice, salad, and a piece of pita bread. Pretty basic fare and nothing too spectacular when it comes to taste but it is a good price and can be healthy if you don't put too much sauce all over it. I do wish it came with pickled vegetables though!!! I also got a side order of fries that are basic fries but are elevated with za'atar seasoning. Only one size of fries are available, unfortunately, which I hope they will change in the future. I just wanted a kid's portion of fries to satiate my craving but ruined my diet (my own fault haha) by having to be brave and chow down on lots of fries for $4.25. My total was $12.20 and took about 8 minutes to be ready before I drove back to my office and enjoyed my lunch at my desk. As it was ordered to-go, it was packaged well and contained plastic silverware and napkins. Overall, Sittoo's is a nice local chain and I am happy to have one near my office.
