Updated review for this place. We had gotten take out tonight and I was super excited to eat here again, but it was awful. The bowl wasn't made correctly, and I tried to eat it anyways and it tasted horrible. I couldn't find a way to contact support. I probably would unfortunately not go back because of how bad items tasted tonight. It's very possible that just one of the not ordered items was the reason why. I get out of my appointment down in Canton and wasn't gonna last much being as hungry as I was. Pulling off the highway by the mall, there were a ton of options. I've been eating much healthier and I knew BIBIBOP was going to work. The food is organic, gluten free and filling. The taste is great. It all blends together so well. The guy taking my order was very quick and informative on a couple small questions I had. The restaurant was clean with plenty of space. The music was fun and it felt as a really fun place to be. I'm a fan of this restaurant. I saw that they do catering. With all of the dietary restrictions the menu covers, this is a really good choice it seems like. read more

Great food and good value! We ordered noodles with chicken and rice with tofu. The flavor was amazing. There were carrots, cabbage, and a bit of spice in each of the dishes. I liked how I was able to choose what ingredients to place into the bowl. It was like a Korean Chipotle. I gave it 4 stars since our table was not that clean. Stopped in for lunch with my husband and son, line was out the door but moved very quick, we only waited about 4 min to get up to the counter. You can pick from a premade bowl they have on the menu or you can build your own. You pick one base (or half/half) one protein and unlimited toppings, then you pick a sauce. I love that they have different options such as purple rice, sweet potato noodles, kale, etc. for 3 bowls and 3 drinks it was $34 so a bit on the pricey side but All the food was fresh and filling. read more

Omg their food is good and healthy but watch them when ringing you up, they charged me $1.50 extra for a spoonful of pineapple??? When they first opened I recall the servers being more generous with what are basically uncooked vegetables. Lately it's harder to feel like I am getting good value here. Dear Yelpers, Tired of the same ol chipotle bowl? Don't want to pay $12 for a bowl of noodles?? Then you should check out one of my favorite "fast food" places! Bibibop is one of those ideal places for getting the made-to-order meal quick and somewhat healthy (if you don't drown it in yum yum sauce). We love getting the Spicy Chicken to add some flavor (not a lot of spice) and the potatoes are amazing. This location has some larger potato chunks that I didn't prefer. But the purple rice and the cold toppings topped with Yum Yum is where it's at! And make sure to order ahead on the app. Makes it way easier to skip the line and get out of there quick! read more

I had a salad with the chicken and several toppings. This was the best salad I have ever had. Each bite was so flavorful and I never got bored with the salad as the toppings were dispersed on top. The Yum-Yum sauce was a perfect topping. I ordered it on the side so I could use as much as I wanted. My family also has loved each of their orders. I highly recommend choosing BIBIBOP. read more

Seems like over the last few weeks the service is getting worse by the day, I've been left standing multiple times waiting while employees are gathered and talking amongst each other clearly acknowledging my presence. First of all the food is great. STAFF SUCKS. They are rude. The first time we came was a couple weeks ago. Saw a manager have gloves on and pull his phone out and then go serve a customer with those same gloves on and never changed them. Just came here the other day for the first time since it opened in early February 2022. Disappointing to say the least. I absolutely love Bibibop and have had it many times in places around Ohio so I know what I'm getting. The scoop of potatoes I got was embarrassing and minuscule. They didn't have cucumbers for the add-ins which was odd. The employee that was dishing out the corn and other toppings must have thought they were coming out of their paycheck. Overall not a great experience, which is sad since I was excited for this location since it's close to home. I will probably give it some time and give it another shot but was not impressed. read more
