Ok so over the weekend I went to this theather with my boyfriend who is deaf. I ask for the closed caption device. As the movie began we noticed a non working device. We go back to the front to switch it out . A second device is given to us , and once again it is a non working device. At this time I was already irritated. We try a 3rd device which was also not reading the movie!! The attendant tried to reboot the main device , which also didn't work. I ask to speak to the manager. Who was not empathetic at all ! Not once did he apologize or even gave this issue any importance . He said he will " email technician etc" I ask how often are these devices tested his reply " last week" . Totally lacked customer service and professionalism!!! We asked for refund and headed to cerritos. I would never come back again !!! 2 stars was only becuse the girls in the front were nice and more empathic than the manager!!! read more

$5 Tuesdays are awesome. The tv screens are big and the foods great. Only small problem is that it gets pretty hot in there which is understandable though because the rooms crowded. If it's a popular movie that u wanna see I suggest going really early to buy the tickets then just showing up to the movie later because the popular movies sell out quick! read more

Currently patiently waiting for a 12pm movie to start it's 12:05 and still have to sit through previews. I have to prep for Easter dinner and wanted toFurious 7 before I started my day. And on top of that it's families with lil kids kicking my seat. LOL it's now 12:10 this is a 2 hour & 20 minutes COME ON Bianchi can we be on time. I paid for a 12pm movie time not the 12:30! WTF!! I'm simply appalled at the substandard concessions service that I received on the opening night of The Peanuts movie. The young girl behind the counter was very, very rude! She asked if I was in line, of course I'm in line...when she should have asked "How can I help you?" I gave her my order and when it didn't look complete, I asked her about it.....she proceeded to ask what flavor Icee that I wanted as if she didn't hear me!!! Long story short....I requested to speak with a manger who immediately apologized and took my order at my request. I feel ashamed for the owner of this theater, the employees are representing him and his business poorly. There needs to be a restructuring, and it need to start with developing and training the staff appropriately. It's unfortunate because I'm a Paramount resident, but I refuse to support a business who has bad customer service!!! read more

DON'T EVER COME HERE. I waited 45 minutes to get a ticket, 1 hour to get food. Once we went to watch the movie, it wasn't working. Only the audio was working but not the actual movie. Myp rating is 2 1/2 for the customer service. The movie started on time and it wasn't packed. It was the lack of communication with the guy at the concession stand. I purchased combo num 2 (2 drink n a large popcorn) for 18.75$ not bad. The catch is they don't give refills on that size. I clearly asked the gentleman, "refill on large popcorn?" His reply yes. I've tried giving this theater a chance. The prices on Tuesday and Thursday are unbeatable, $5 for a first run movie, but the audience members are horrible. 3 times I've been here and I've experienced people blatantly talking on their cellphones, taking pictures, snapchatting, talking in groups, yelling in the theater, running up and down the aisles, and so many kids in rated R movies. Staffs are very friendly. Everytime when I asked for CaptiView [cc] Closed Captions it always not working sometimes. We get very frustrating couple times. Manager Shawn told me it does not work will fix it later. My deaf friend told me he didn't enjoy the movie at all. He didn't understand it without Subtitles for the deaf & hard of hearing so am I, too. Manager Shawn didn't give us any vocher tickets to come back next time. My deaf friend told me he feel more comfortable at Edward Theatres in South Gate than Binachi Theatres. I was very disappointed! I paid for 2 tickets. My favorite theaters by far. Almost to never packed and little to no annoying teenagers. They also have the original Icee at the concession stand available which is a plus. The young lady who was the attendant informed us at the entrance that 35% of the movie would be black and not visible and that you would not be able to get a refund. Good job informing us beforehand but why would you take people's money when you have a broken projector that is being fixed "tomorrow ". Because of scheduling constraints, my fiancee, her nephew and I opted to attend this theater yesterday. I have to be honest, the theater looks nice from both the outside and the inside. The stadium seating was very nice. We were a large party of both family and friends eager to see the 3 hour film. However, as the movie, Lincoln, was playing, I went to go pick up a popcorn and soda refill. What I can't understand is how they are very eager to upsell one on the selection of the large popcorn and drink option but do not have a policy in place for meeting the refills when they are most needed (during the actual movie). What I had to do is wait in an exceptionally long line. When I asked if anyone else was available to assist with the concessions lines, I was informed that nobody was available. When I looked behind me, I saw two individuals just talking to each other. I asked the associate why they wouldn't be able to help. She responded that that was because they were management. Wow! When I waived my arms to catch their attention, an individual finally came over to ask what I was needing. I asked if he could have someone help with the line or if he could help. He wasn't pleased with my request. Rather, he (in a condescending manner) asked, "...so would it make you happy if I were to get you refills?" Wow! He got behind the counter and started helping but by that time I had missed about 10 minutes of the film. It should always be about the customer. Most businesses get that! Ultimately, it's the customer is the person that pays the employees salary...right? Most places get that concept. They apparently do not. Will I ever consider going there again? The seats are comfortable, but the arrangement sucks, place is a little dirty and rundown looking but who cares if you r gonna be in the dark anyways. food is ok at best, sometimes is good others bad. this theatre is pretty cool. its always empty during the weekdays so i love it. the noise level is to a minimum and they have plenty of snacks in the lobby. you can literally walk up 5 minutes before the show and buy a ticket. pretty awesome place to watch a movie. read more
