Dr. Federman was simply wonderful. She is both professional and knowledgeable. She took her time explaining what treatment she recommended. I really left her office worry free and completely trusted her judgment. The office itself is simply the Disney of Dentist Offices for kids of all ages. It's super organized, clean, has tons of games and toys in the waiting area, a selection of movies that kids can watch while having dental work; and the cutest office mascots...two precious dogs Bella and Paisley. Two weeks after our appointment Dr. Federman called and left a message asking how my daughter's tooth was feeling. Overall, a great experience with this office.

I had two of my sons at the office for exams cleanings& x-rays. For my first son when I went i knew he had cavities theyr visible and he was in pain as he told me.He has seen a doctor before Dr.Jenny they couldn't do x-rays on him because he had a gagging reflex.Dr.Jenny was able to do get x-rays on him. Moving on my other son which he has a speech delay&is on the spectrum Dr.Jenny was not able to get x-ray done on him which she didn't even let me try to help her to hold my son down so she can do x-rays.She assumed (based on what she sees with her eyes since she has 3 Decades working with Kids )He has 2 Root Canal,4 cavities and needs 3 fillings and needs silver crowns based on her 30year experience and working with "hundreds and thousands " of kids till now. Since my insurance doesn't cover dental and shes out of network dentist when I asked her to give me an estimate for EVERYTHING my son needs to be done she said I'm not sure because I need to go into his mouth first (which she didn't have a problem give me a price $1,452 for 1 tooth for my other son)but she said it will be VERY EXPENSIVE because you are paying out of pocket!! While I was going back and forth with the nurses at the front desk about what he needs done and how much it will cost , they were exchanging sticky notes under the counter to communicate.(which that was very unprofessional and sneaky) One of the Nurses Lauren had to give me a quote during the weekend for all the procedures that needed to be done and on Monday I called go make sure they will send it to me Lauren told me Dr.Jenny will call you shortly which she did And said again " I can't figure it out the prices" until I see him again and she proceeds to say to me... Honestly its really hard working with him I asked her What do you mean?Aren't you a kids dentist and been working for decades with kids she said to me YOU SEEM SO PRESSED THAT YOUR SON IS Autistic and he cant stay still because you are talking very fast and loud you are yelling at me which I WAS NOT! How can a Doctor that been working with kids with special needs(at least what she told me) and she's familiar with these situations say something like that just assume he is Autistic, By the way whats wrong with being Autistic????.... as a HOLISTIC doctor she gave Flouride to my son when I mentioned to the nurse she tried to wipe it off and tell me it was not and doctor told her "just take that off her bill" . Today she told me I have an open slot if you want to come in and get x-rays done on him but you have to pay a $250 fee even if he DOES or DONT DO x-rays .. You have to pay for it because my time is MONEY and EVERYTHING is MONEY. Clearly for this doctor everything is about money because clearly she doesn't care about your kids teeth and tries to do root canal procedures even if they don't have them. So everybody please be careful on whose hand are you putting your kids to. She will be all nice and smiley until she gets you into her trap and hears the CHA-CHING !!!! Anybody who reads this review before going this doctor please be aware that she's going to try to SCAM you. I also did x-rays on my son today and HE DID NOT HAVE ROOT CANALS. Please do your research and have a second opinion from somebody else if you try to go with Dr.Jenny I'm sure she is tired of her OWN crap and tries to blame it and other people. Because Your child is not her #1 priority.

I assumed I'd be able to speak with the doctor when they got there. Then a man came in, gave me two shots of novocaine to the bottom jaw, and left. I was numb when he came back a few minutes later. He had his back to me and appeared to be looking at my chart. Suddenly he turned around and said: "You have to leave." I was speechless: was he serious? "What do you mean, leave? You just gave me two shots. Are you telling me you're not doing any work?" "You have to leave." The secretary literally walked behind me to the door. No explanation. Nothing. I had never met these people, never talked to them, had no chance to offend them in the brief time I was there. Later, the secretary called me--not to apologize, but to justify their actions, which she in no way did. She explained nothing, and was even more obnoxious than she'd been in the office. Now I'm trying to get my records from them. If I could leave a negative review I would: minus five, for whatever this was. I'll update if I get my records.
