Nikki only returned once (January 2024) for what was supposed to be a bi-monthly schedule secondary to " staff shortages and personal emergencies" (which I understand can happen). However, I was contacted by a gentleman after the last visit in January and was informed the company had to let go of a few customers and I was one of them - with the assurance that "when their situation improved" they would be happy to call me back. Secondary to unforeseen circumstances - sometimes things just don't work out.... UPDATE: Nikki has reached out and offered to resume her services

Eddie was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone for our initial consultation. I explained to him that I had a lot of mess and just didn't know where to start. I was able to get an appointment the following week and they made sure their team arrived after my flight landed. Obie and Lena showed up and were incredible right from the beginning- especially since I had no idea where to start and was extremely overwhelmed with how disorganized and messy my apartment had become. They got right too work. We shared some great conversations and a few laughs. They were very diligent in getting all of my various bags unpacked and put away. I was not anticipating that they would even do and fold my laundry- which was one of the most daunting tasks. The kitchen is spotless. The clutter is gone. The bathroom is sparkling. Was happy with this company until they called me up out of the blue last year and said "Your cleaning fee is going up from $115 to $155. 35% increase and no explanation. Take it or leave it. I chose to leave and find someone else. I pay $150 to have my 3200 sf house in Chandler cleaned. Why would I pay more to have a house half the size cleaned? In my opinion, very bad customer service doing this to a customer.
