My two children go to this dentist. On our last visit, they came to get them from the front desk 20 minutes after the scheduled start of the appointment. They do make balloon animals at the end and send them home with new toothbrushes and floss. We live 20 minutes away, may have to look for a new one closer to home. Nothing that wows me as a parent.

We called the hotline and got an appointment for 9:00 am that day to get it pulled. Once we arrived, they did take my husband back promptly, but were trying to do everything but take out the tooth. Tried to get him to do a cleaning, tried to measure him for dentures which he doesn't need yet, and just generally ignored his very painful tooth. Once they finally agreed to pull it, they told him they couldn't do it at that appointment, that we needed to come back at 12:45 to do it. This was at 10am, after they'd been yanking him around for an hour with all the other baloney. I was pissed. Next, they call in a prescription for Amoxicillin and Ibuprofen for him to take before the 12:45 appointment. Both of which he is allergic to, and was written on 3 different forms. Thank god the pharmacist caught it, and called both us to tell us, and the dentist to get something else. Once we returned for the actual tooth pulling, of course they made him wait a good half hour to take him back. I will never return to this establishment, will not recommend it. Careless allergy errors and keeping a patient suffering for 4 hours beyond what was needed is ridiculous.

I never got that home feeling from anywhere else. At Spoto dental no matter which Dr you are seeing - Steve or John and now even a son of Steve's they make a point of knowing who you are and talk to you like a friend. The hygienists must take great notes because they know everything you last talked about with them or another hygienist and follow up. What matter more than the customer service though is the quality of work they do. I have never had a cavity in my life they have kept my teeth so clean regularly. However throughout my life I have needed dental emergency assistance and they always fit you in and do a great job - one time even scheduled me in around Christmas. I can't speak highly enough about the Spotos at this location and recommend everyone who is in the market for. New dentist to consider them.

Went to Dr. Cassara for continuation of work. For starters, the office staff are all amazing. When I called with an inquiry, I was immediately provided an explanation of options and cost of each. Very friendly and helpful. Dr. Cassara's main goal is my comfort. Every time he wasn't working in my mouth, he took out the thing that holds your mouth open. Having your mouth forced open for extended procedures is uncomfortable - and painful - and getting those "regular breaks" make it much more bearable. I've had two extractions and two implants. I had (literally) no pain during or after any procedure. Seriously. Great office, great dentist - can't recommend highly enough.
