They are almost a one-stop-shop: professional photography of the property, filming a promotional video, filming the virtual tour, staging the home (through their collaboration with an excellent interior designer), moving our furniture in/out of the home to set up the new staging, and of course, listing, promoting and selling the property. All of this is included in the price of the commission, which is completely reasonable compared to other agents. Our house sold quickly, and at an excellent price. We were surprised by how easy it was, but Rachel reassured us each step along the way and explained the process very clearly. She knew it was hard for us to leave our home, but also particularly difficult to sell a house during a pandemic (when everything is shut down, where do you take your family while house showings are going on?).  But she treated us with respect and supported us through the process.
