WOW I had the best experience , my nail tech was ben. It was my first time going here. I had walked in and asked for a gel pedicure and it was so pretty. She took her time shaping the nails and making sure my toenails were aligned. I then changed my mind and wanted acrylics too, I had decided last minute and BEN did AMAZING. He is super skilled, he works super fast, and he pays attention to details. I really was happy with how they turned out! It's exactly what I had asked for!

When I tell you guys I have never, ever, ever gave a nail shop 5 stars, I have never but this place deserves it. From the appointment to when I walked in to when I left! Satisfied! Let's talk about my nails done by Tammy. I showed her a picture and not only was it identical but it was quick and efficient my nails are perfect! Her customer service was top tier. Let's get down to my pedicure. By far the best pedicure I have ever had in my life. Multiple massages multiple lotions and oils, she took her time and made me really feel like I was at a spa. I can't stop thinking about how amazing my experience here was! I'm never going to a different nailshop.

I love this nail salon! It's my new favorite. I love their pedicures and always do an amazing job. I had Tom do my nails this time and I showed him a INSPO pic off Pinterest, he perfected them! It's already been more than two weeks and my nails are still in tact and have not lifted. Everyone there is so nice! You must try this place! Pro tip: make sure to bring cash, I think they take card but do prefer cash!

I had the experience after I left the salon. I ask to put acrylic on my pedicure and a couple hours later my toes were on fire they were swollen and in so much pain. I was so disappointed on the service. I also had a manicure done and that didn't even last a week the gel started cracking and turning yellow.

We made an appointment to get our nails done got there 5 minutes before and got taken about 10 minutes after our appointment time. I got a manicure French tip polish. He was rushing a bit left polish on the edge of my nails and some were a bit chunkier. I just realized I didn't even just the hand/arm massage either. It was $35 the place is nice inside.

Beyond Nails is the place for all your nail needs! I've visited other places in Stockton and went here on the recommendation of my sisters. Haven't been any other place since then. Kelly is absolutely the best! She got this glam look together for me. She just gets me! Excellent balance between glam and natural. Big mistake for cheating on my girl Lynn at Rose Nails. I was so confused on the pedicure services they offered here and the staff seemed to be as well when I asked questions. Our appointment was at 1:15pm for two pedicures on a Friday afternoon, the place only had 2 other customers. We did run 5 minutes late in which I called and informed Tom. 1. Our pedicures didn't start at the same time, I sat there for 30 mins with my feet soaking in cold water while my friend started hers, at least we got to chat. I asked for warmer water and they put full on hot on and then it was way too hot. 2. The two pedis were not done at the same time, we got there at 1:20pm and didn't leave until almost 3pm with only one of us getting an actual full pedicure, customer service was heavily lacking. 3. When she did start on mine she used an efile to remove gel, on my natural nail. When I put my foot back in the water I began to have an allergic reaction from everywhere the water was touching, pretty much my ankle down. 4. It was so itchy I finally begged her to stop mid pedi and my feet were swelling and red from the ankle down. She then squirted alcohol all over my feet. Ouch as I was itching and then alcohol didn't help. My friend then asked to rinse my feet off with cold water and that was a relief however she then scrubbed them dry with the towel. It is currently 5pm and they are still itching from my ankles down. My friend was overall pleased however she had to tell the girl to clean up polish on her skin and clip some skin that she left. 5. I paid $60 which was for my friends $40 pedi, the $10 they charged me for gel removal that a was LAZY improper removal and tip. I paid because I didn't want to make a scene as this was supposed to be relaxing for my friend. Both Tom and Vi as well as the rest of the salon knew what was happening with my allergic reaction and they didn't offer for me to return another time to credit the $10 I did end up paying. Also there was no thank you or have a nice day. Very rude and overall unwelcoming. I will never return and will tell everyone I know to stay away. Many other salons to enjoy and definitely did not like that they removed the gel with the efile. read more

Fairly new to the area, a co worker had me check out Vi and tom. Since day one the salon is very open and clean, and staff is friendly. I have been coming here for about 10 months and I am never let down. My nails always come out good and last! I would and have recommended both Vi and Tom! read more

0/10 experience, I went to this salon multiple times and got my nails done from October 2022-February 2023. Prices on basic sets varied from $70-120, at first it was $70 and as I came in more and tipped more, it got more expensive. This isnt to say the work wasn't great, but it was mediocre at times. Once an employee was in a rush so he put a sticker decal on my nail very crooked. I also saw more breakage with this salon than others. The straw that broke the camels back was my last visit. I was getting an old set removed when a part of my nail broke, instead of removing it from another angle he said "this might hurt" and proceeded to rip off the entire top part of my natural nail. The entire time for the rest of the appointment I was bawling my eyes out from the pain. Helen offered me a mjni water bottle and tissues. I kept dismissing all their questions of "is this okay ? does this look fine" in hope to leave ASAP. I didn't even want to get a nail done on the one they damaged because I wanted to let it heal naturally but they insisted I should cover it because it would "look and feel better". I honestly think they were just trying to cover their F-up and not get reported to The California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. Helen tried to playfully yell "don't just say everything is okay, say what you think" which only made me cry more. He deducted $25 off the $95 dollar set for "the incident" after saying "sorry" and leaving the covered up nail 1/4 an inch longer than the rest. Never going back. My mom also stopped booking with them after 2 of her nails came off and broke from the roots after only a year of their services. Only come if you want to be overcharged and have your nails ripped off and out. read more

Wonderful experience! Called last minute and they were able to accommodate my husband and myself before we headed out for our anniversary trip. Unfortunately I did not get the names of the young man and ladies that we had but the attention to detail was awesome. My hubby and I both had pedicures and our feet were definitely not in great condition as we are in them many hours a day working at an animal sanctuary. I went on to have a manicure and it is one on the best I have had in a very long time. They were even able to do a lip wax for me last minute. We will definitely be back and we're so thankful for them getting us in so quickly and so last minute. read more

Been going to this place for over two years and I love it. Tom does my nails when I have acrylics. But I've pretty much gone to everyone there and they are all good. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The shop is always clean. Prices are reasonable compared to the other places I've gone to. I recommend this place. read more

They use wonderful quality nail products, from gel polish to acrylics, that's very long lasting. Vi, Tom, and ALL of the manicurists are very attentive yet efficient and sensational every session. I come here every couple of weeks to get my nails or lashes done. And I never leave disappointed. Tom and Vi are great all around from customer service to giving you exactly what you ask for with your nails. Beyond Nails does take walk-ins but call in for an appointment ahead of time to insure an appointment the same day. read more

Honestly, I did not know what a good manicure was until I met Vi and her husband. First off, always so warm and sweet. Second, the shape is actually great and grows out nice (side story: my first manicure I got I did not know how it was really suppose to look and I'm so introverted that I won't speak up but the man who did my nails put the acrylic all over my cuticles and even on my actual finger that when it grew out, it was like a mold of where it sat. So bad and if held horizontal, my acrylics were bending slight vertical instead of straight). But yes, IF YOU WANT QUALITY and GREAT SERVICE, GO HERE. read more

There is literally no better place to get your nails/toes/lashes done. I've been seeing the same nail technician for the past three years (Shout out to Tom!), but literally every single tech at Beyond Nails does an amazing job. They stay up on the latest nail shape, designs and trends, making it easy to walk out with a set of fun nails you absolutely love. The atmosphere is super mellow and welcoming... the perfect place to soak your feeties in the PRETTIEST pedicure bowl after a long week. I'm constantly being asked where I get my nails and lashes (Vi, lash queen!) done. Beyond Nails is the BEST! I started going here about a year ago. I'm a very picky person, so let's just say it takes a lot to impress me . Vi and Tom the owners are very nice , welcoming and very professional . Vi does my nails and lashes and she goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are satisfied . Jasmine does my toes and let's just say she does an excellent job. Whenever I need an appointment she's always able to get me in. The tools used came right out of a package- not something I'm accustomed to but highly appreciative! Jenny did the pedicure- Happy with the results! (And she's really sweet!) When it came time for my new set, Alina took over. She looked at the design/color scheme I wanted and dove right in. I love that she chose the colors for my middle finger- It turned out exactly as I would have hoped! I think it's safe to say I've finally found a place that I'll consider my "go to" spot! The staff here never make you feel uncomfortable for letting them know if you're unhappy or unsatisfied with something. She did a nice job with a salt scrub on my feet and a nice warm foot/calf massage; then trimming & shaping my toenails then smoothing out ridges with the salon Dremel tool before applying a pretty polish color. The offer to redo the pedicure cause they were busy. If busy is half the shop empty. They do not have enough workers. No one should ever do someone service with our proper full vision.
