I usually add fiber and fat burner to the shake (not sure if that's necessary but the idea sounds nice) and it can get prEtty expensive. They already have the fat burner shot which is donut flavoR. I usually have them add it to the shake already. Fat burner is $5 and the fiber is $2. Shakes starts off at $10? I believe. The shakes are pretty yummy. I enjoy the chocolate chip cookie dough More than fruity pebbles. I do wish they had more green smoothies with some good vegetables but this place is not like that. Not like tropical smoothie. Pre work out recommendations: have a HUGE selection but my personal favorites are "Bucked Up" and "Alani" rainbow candy is the best!!! Everybody and everybody is different for example you can order a cookies and cream drink...have it made with chocolate protein powder and add peanut butter to it "like I do" They offer add ins, such as energy, honey, oats, multivitamin etc... you can even have it made vegan or dairy free if you have allergies. They also offer this option... My personal fave is the café mocha with peanut butter added in and dairy free powder. They also offer fruit smoothies!!! Lastly If you forget your headphones, your workout belt, your lifting gloves your racket ball or a racket ball net, or are just anything in general such as a lock for your locker they have it as well.
