First, the amount of food you get for the price is so generous compared to similar type restaurants. Where can you get a $13 meal with lots and lots of meat and easily enough for 2 meals? We have ordered middle eats twice now for work functions and both times have been a great experience. I have called the store to talk to them and the employee was nice as well. I wasn't phased by the 2 chicken shawarma wraps I ordered costing about $23.00. I requested extra garlic sauce & veggies, and I'm pretty sure I got charged for it. However I'd still recommend this restaurant. My food was fresh,delicious and generously portioned with the well seasoned tender grilled chicken breast. One chicken shawarma is enough for two. I ordered food from this restaurant for delivery, so I cannot speak to the customer service or ambiance. When my order arrived at my doorstep, my boyfriend and I were shocked at how large the bowls were. We were pleasantly surprised! I made a custom shawarma bowl with lettuce, onion, tomato, pickle, chicken, steak, feta cheese, and garlic sauce. All the flavors are delicious! My boyfriend got basically the same thing but with just chicken and no cheese. Everything was fresh and crisp. My boyfriend said he's had better garlic sauce but still liked it. We got their dillio sauce on the side cuz we weren't quite sure what it was. Turns out it is basically ranch with dill flavor. The regular dillio sauce was tasty! We accidentally ordered a spicy version of it and it had good flavor but was just a little too spicy for us. Overall, will absolutely order from here again and will visit inside when in the area. I got carry out from here. One Trifecta Bowl (shrimp, chicken and steak shawarma, and one bowl with chicken and steak shawarma and the spicy sauce. Both were amazing. The food is cooked fresh and well seasoned. The steak was very tender. The sauces on the bowls were packed with flavor and the spicy sauce had a good kick without being overpowering. Veggies were fresh too. The bowls may seem a bit pricey, but the food is fresh and the portions are large. Also- I got extra garlic paste sauce and added it in which was delicious. First time here and definitely won't be the last! I ordered a chicken Shawarma bowl and had garlic sauce added. The garlic sauce. I don't even know where to begin. It was incredible! I really do like garlic and this was absolutely was perfect. The chicken was extremely flavorful and well cooked. My own personal preference, but I do like protein that has a little bit of a char on it. There was a mix of tender juicy chicken bites, and also some with a char. I had the falafel bowl - nice mix of fresh ingredients- falafel, lettuce, onions,, lots of rice, pickles, tomatoes, hummus and garlic (comes with either hummus or garlic, for $.95 extra you can have both added to your bowl), and their "Dillio" sauce on top. Bowls are large and portions are generous, and they allow you to sub the rice with extra lettuce. They are flexible with the ingredients if want items omitted, on the side, or extra ($).
