A pink floral wall contributed to a whimsical aesthetic while board games on the table gave entertainment options for patrons. I could see this as a space where friends gather to catch up and spend some downtime together. I appreciated that there wasn't any music playing so guests were able to focus on their conversation without worrying about white noise. The menu was clear yet not concise. There were many options - to the point that I felt overwhelmed. The workers were kind and patient, giving space for time to decide. I ordered the Mango milk tea with boba. When placing my order, the staff asked how much boba I would like while stating there were different amounts of boba offered as evidence by the 7 tier markings on the sample cup. I didn't realize that by following these directions, there would be an extra cost in addition to the drink price. I wish this had been communicated beforehand and think that transparency would contribute to stronger customer service relations. The drink had a sweet flavor and was light. I enjoyed the mango and it tasted similar to a juice. I thought the boba was dry. If I order a drink again, I would forego the boba toppings. Three stars because the drink flavor & the environment gave strong first impressions. I admit that not having been here before contributed to a lack of familiarity of the menu though I can't ignore the price paid for the taste of the boba. I'm open to frequenting them again & it's nice to know of another Boba chain to add to the rotation though I feel pretty ambivalent about them.

I was encouraged to sign up for their reward program which included a free smoothie on my next visit. My smoothie was deliciously creamy and not overly sweet. The portion size is generous for the $8.00 price tag and very filling. Looking forward to trying something new on my next visit.

The inside is all chopped up, doesn't flow well and not super cozy or warm inside. It's chilly. Limited tea and coffee selections. Ordered a small Jade cloud and a fall latte with oat milk. $11.59 Service here feels very transactional and nothing more. I had these small attachments that go on the top of your cup lead to block off the flow of liquid liquids while you're moving. Flimsy, but it works. Their to go containers look and feel insulated, but still too thin to protect your fingers from the scalding water for the hot tea. Nearly fumbled and dumped the cup on the way to my car, it was that hot! The Jade Cloud was okay, a bit weak. The fall latte wasn't too bad.

She asked if it was my first time, and when I said yes, she took the time to walk me through the menu. She was extremely knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. I was deciding between three different drinks, and she clearly explained the differences and what to expect from each one. I ended up ordering a small, and after the first few sips, I immediately wished I had gone with a larger size. The drink was that good. Everything tasted fresh, well made, and my order came out quickly. The location is inside a mall, which was very busy overall, but this spot itself was calm and not crowded. I did notice how easily it could be missed, so offering samples or a tasting option could help attract more foot traffic, especially since the quality really speaks for itself. There is a large display of products up front, including souvenir cups available for purchase. While the variety is impressive, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first glance. That said, it is clear they truly have something for everyone, regardless of taste or preference. Pricing wise, this is on the more expensive side compared to some similar spots. However, given the use of fresh fruit and the overall quality, the pricing makes sense. It may not be an everyday stop for everyone, but it feels like a luxury treat that is worth it. I was just visiting town, but if I am back at this mall, Virgin Bar will absolutely be a place I return to for a fresh fruit beverage. I was not disappointed and would definitely recommend it. Aesthetically pleasing. I remember music playing and it was a good volume. Great place to sit and unplug and loved the variety of options and decor. Very chic
