My problem with this is that I do not love going to establishments that serve food and drink but refuse to let you wash your hands before consuming their products. This seems counterintuitive for a restaurant. I am not even sure they had sanitizer out. While I always carry my own this goes against food safely and consumption. It is not like we are not paying customers, I spend almost $30 on three drinks only to be told to use a porta-potty on the street!

This immediately raised some red flags to me. After receiving my smoothie, I overheard her saying how she was "internally bleeding" and needed to leave. If you are internally bleeding I don't think you would be up and talking, you would probably be unconscious in a couple minutes. I am greatly concerned for this young woman and am curious as to what happened.
