I was BEYOND amazed by the wrap I had and smoothie! However I was BLINDFOLDED when I came in there and I ended up in the back, I was greeted by such friendly voices and they led me to the door! I never felt more welcome! Unfortunately, I did pee on my way out. That smoothie sure did do a number on me! The staff is so friendly and helpful and kind and thoughtful and just BEYOND amazin! Staff was very rude and did not great us. We had to figure out on our own to order on the screen after waiting. It took over 20 minutes for 2 smoothies and a wrap. There were no apologies and we were the only ones in the shop. I have never been treated so poorly at a Beyond. Makes me not want to come back again. read more

I was at an art fair last weekend and saw people walking around with fruit infused lemonade. I really wanted to try some and figured out it was from Beyond. It was very crowded so I decided to wait and remembered there was a beyond close to me. It did not disappoint! I have been ordering a lot of lemonade at different places and this is for sure a top contender for one of the best. It is $5 for a large glass plus one fruit/ topping, then $.75 for each additional topping. I went for the strawberry raspberry combo. It was perfection. The lemon was not too astringent, did not at all taste like floor cleaner like some more artificial blends taste like. It says the lemonade is cold pressed and made with real sugar. That way my entire family can drink it since there is no corn syrup. Plus the portion is so large, I am sharing with my child and the glass is still three fourths filled and it has been a day. It will take us a few days to finish the drink, so worth the price. The employee working was very friendly and provided a nice experience. Plus looking at the photos posted on this page the food looks incredible. I do not usually get food at the coffee shops/ smoothie cafes, but I might just need to treat myself to something some day. read more

Customer service at store with manager and customer service at their home office was very poor. I expected a call from someone with an apology for the horrible food and insect in my food. It was alive walking around in my bowl before I killed it. DoorDash brought sealed container. Upon opening got a n ingredient I didn't order as well as the centi/millipede j walking out and around bowl. Called mgr she pretty much said fu and hung up. I called HO they asked for pictures. I sent them. No one responded with an apology. I never asked for money. I just want a clean run store and apology. After throwing up and cleaning my walls, desk and floor I can NEVER eat there again. Sad as I truly loved salads and smoothie's. Oh well Never again. Also I see business customer service responds to good reviews.. hhmm????? read more

Just ordered from this restaurant for the first time. Placed the order through the app. Came to pick it up 30 mins after the order was placed (app said it would be ready in 15 mins.) and the employees were standing around talking. When I asked for my order, it was sitting out only partially made. I had to wait another 5 mins for them to finish the order. Horrible service. Next time I'll go to the grocery store and get my own ingredients to make a salad. It will be quicker. read more

Stopped by this location on my way to work recently. I'm sold on the franchise and love their food. This location is clean. The customer service was excellent. The wait time was very good and, unlike the Shelby Twp. location, the staff is interested in their customers and go out of their way to look you in the eye and smile. Definitely worth a stop in to get a delicious smoothie and/or a bowl. I love that they have customer favorites listed on a chalkboard and it includes ingredients and calorie counts. I forgot to take a photo thats how good my salad bowl was. So excited this location opened near me in Bloomfield Hills. Always clean, fresh and delicious. Picking one item is always a challenge. It was my first time to this location, and I've only been once Maybe twice before this. But it was a long time ago because I cannot remember my experience. I ordered the Mango Tango Smoothie and absolutely loved it. I thought it was refreshing and just what I needed after work. However, I was not overly fond of the bowl, which I customized myself so everything in it I should like. I ordered romaine lettuce, quinoa, red onions, banana peppers, cucumbers, hummus, chicken, a lime vinaigrette, and a spicy cilantro dressing as well. The size was great, loved the fresh veggies and quinoa, even the dressing I loved. What I did not like was the chicken. No flavor at all and to be honest I was kind of grossed out by the look of it and a little bit by the texture. The hummus was okay, but I think next time I won't order it with this bowl. And unfortunately, this location seems to be struggling slightly with communication and effective teamwork. However, that was just from my one time experience and I understand that everyone has bad days. So will I be back, yes! But I'll be ordering a different meal. ***Edit- I have been notified by the company that due to the national shortage of chicken they are using a temporary supplier, but are working on finding a better solution. I am beyond impressed with the quick response and will definitely be trying the chicken again at a later date. read more

If you've read my other reviews you know I am a big fan of beyond juice. Suddenly, they are popping up everywhere! This new location on Telegrqph is great, located near Aldi and Mendards. I placed an online order and online the Orchard lake road which usually you need to add an additional 10 minutes to your estimated time, this was done right on time. This new location is still kind of unknown so they are alnot slammed like the other locations so enjoy it while it lasts. By July it will be busy as heck! Try my favorite smoothie the Anna's with chocolate protein added. Yum! read more

Super happy to have a location near my house! The smoothies here are amazing and always fresh! I ordered the wraps today a chicken cilantro and a fueygo huevo. The egg wrap was delicious jam packed with flavor and a nice wrap to start the day that fills you up but doesn't leave you feeling heavy. The cilantro chicken wrap was good but the chicken wasn't seasoned? Either that or maybe the dressing has been mixed through more before on other wraps I ordered. Still forever my go to even with a hiccup. So glad this new location is in a majorly convenient spot! read more
