As a former public school educator, his philosophy was the only one that made common sense to me in how a dog and frankly, how humans learn. If he is your first call, you don't need to make any other calls. If he is your last call, you'll be kicking yourself for not finding him first. He comes to the house, for 15 minute training sessions first with your dog, then with you. Guess what your homework is, 7 minute practice with your dog twice a day tops. Then, you are going into bookstores, etc. with your dog. I had a 50 lb 6 month Pitbull/Rottweiler/Am Bulldog mix. I could NOT physically walk him anymore. A leaf blows by, a squirrel, a child squeals and wants to pet the puppy...I was yanked off my feet (I am a single, 5 foot female weighing around 110-115) Our world was getting smaller and smaller. Breyers changed our lives in a matter of weeks. So now I get to experience all of life with my dog by my side. And I'll close with this story. I got a call on a Monday at 5pm from my Dad coming back from a UT football game. "In Hillsboro at the split, I fell asleep at the wheel, woke up rolling and the car is totaled and I need you to come get me." Two girlfriends came over, one is a super small Asian woman that's never owned a dog and the other is older and has only owned purse-sized dogs. Within 30 seconds, I taught them how to walk Presley, and I got in my car and booked it down I-35. They could not believe how gentlemanly and well behaved Presley was, he waits until they walk through doorways, they stop, he stops, one even took him on the elevator, and prior to training, he wouldn't let me do that! And they didn't have to know or give any commands, just his name. So if you want a dog that understands how to behave when you have guests visit, when you are out walking, when you wanna pop into a bookstore, and who ignores squirrels, has respect and boundaries, and who can think and problem solve for themselves, hire Breyers. The dogs did well but this type of training did not addresses some of the behavior issues. Her leg was sore, and I could tell she was in pain. Because her vet doesn't have an after-hours clinic, I started to call emergency vets in my area. The ones in my area are money-driven and were unable to give me estimates on the potential costs. I called VEG and told them about my girl, and money wasn't a priority; my little girl was. She was given medication to help with the pain, and a day or two later, she was back to herself. I'm grateful to VEG. If an ER vet is needed in the future, they will be my choice.

I picked up my dogs Honey and Rubie a few weeks ago from the 2 week board and train. At first I…read morewas hesitant about the results. The end of program training with me and my kids was impressive but I was not sure they would continue behaving at home. Jake was our trainer and he was very good at explaining to me how to use their system and how to continue things at home. The first few days I was worried as my dogs did seem stressed from the entire experience. However, after being home a few days they bounced back and I felt brave enough to work on the things Jake taught us by using the collar. I have to say, I am very very happy with the results. My older dog RUbie had many issues with being aggressive towards other dogs and making walks miserable. Jake completely fixed that and she is now very tolerant of other dogs. They both have stopped jumping, barking all the time in the house, and counter surfing. My home is so much more peaceful. I am continuing to work with the dogs and am realizing that I must continue to use the collars and work with the dogs daily to continue to see results. I am very very happy with Jake and All Dogs Unleashed.

Their initial one-on-one assessment is a great way for the trainers to get to know your dog (and you) and to figure out where to begin. The Zoom Room has a wide variety of classes to choose from. My family typically opts for the Agility classes because they are so much fun! But the other classes they offer are great too. Zoom Room keeps their class sizes small, so that they can ensure that their students and their paw-rents are getting the attention that they need. The trainers are thorough while keeping learning fun. I love that their classes can fit almost every schedule. I have a non-conventional work schedule where I would not be able to commit to something like "every Monday at 6pm." Being able to pick and choose when to bring my dogs is so appreciated. Zoom Room also has a variety of class packages/payment plans. They make it as convenient as possible for each of their pet families. Our younger pup Piper has gained a lot of confidence and social skills from her classes at Zoom Room. When it was time to renew our initial plan, we changed to one where we could share between both our dogs so that our 5 year old dog could participate in the fun as well! We recently boarded our two dogs at Pet Resort in the Gardens, including one who is diabetic…read more Before booking, we specifically confirmed by phone that they were able to properly care for a diabetic dog and felt comfortable trusting them. We provided verbal instructions twice and written instructions stating that our dog needed to be fed at 7 AM and 7 PM so that his insulin could be administered on a consistent schedule. Unfortunately, we learned at pick up that he had been fed at approximately 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM each day instead. Consistency is extremely important for diabetic dogs, and this type of deviation can be dangerous. When we questioned the feeding times, we were told that special schedules are only followed when instructions are provided. After we pointed out that instructions had been given multiple times, they were eventually located in his chart. What's most disappointing is the apparent lack of concern regarding the seriousness of the error. Mistakes can happen, but attention to detail and an appropriate response are critical, especially when caring for animals with medical conditions. Based on our experience, we were left concerned about the level of communication and oversight provided. We'd never bring our dogs back.

Before she entered our lives, our sweet pup (Oakley) was essentially a tiny, furry sprinkler of pee and a landmine factory of poop. Every day was a new guessing game of "What's that smell?" and "Oh no... I just stepped in it, didn't I?" Enter Victoria, the dog whisperer / saint / wizard / actual angel disguised as a trainer. We sent our puppy to her for board and train, and I swear she sent back a completely different dog--one that pees OUTSIDE. I repeat: OUTSIDE. I don't know what kind of Hogwarts-level sorcery she pulled, but it worked. And that's just the beginning! My dog now knows how to sit like a proper lady, "leave it" like it's hot, and stay "quiet"like a ninja. The jumping to greet everyone like they owe her money? Way down. The nipping with those razor-sharp baby teeth? She taught her that humans are friends, not chew toys. That's all just bonus material at this point--my bar was literally "Please just don't treat the living room like a toilet." Victoria is amazing at what she does, truly. Instead, I witnessed behavior that was completely unacceptable.While I was there, I overheard someone using racial slurs while speaking to an employee who works at the business. Hearing that made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. There is no place for that kind of language in any professional setting, especially in a business that serves the public. As a paying customer, I expected professionalism, respect, and a positive environment not to witness racist language being used. Because of this experience, I will not be returning, and I hope the owner takes this matter seriously and addresses it being that she's one of the owners so no other customer or employee has to experience the same thing.

I was told Laura would be contacting me with progress reports, but I never heard from her. When I finally called to check in, I was told she had "just left." I decided to stop by in person to find out what was going on, only to learn that Laura had actually been out sick and hadn't been there at all during the first week. She asked me to give her another chance and keep Luca for the second week, which I agreed to -- and that's on me. Unfortunately, the second week was just as bad. When I attended the initial consultation, I was amazed by how large, clean, and over-the-top the facility was. The talk lasted 30 minutes, and we spoke for almost one 1hour. They were patient, and we explained all our goals, which we wanted our July to be trained on. Tyler worked with July. We received daily "Pupdates" and report cards that included videos, photos, and an overall update on his improvement. I could tell Tyler cared about July as if he was his doggie. We are so proud and thrilled about the progress July has made. TRULY AMAZING! July's confidence built up, and his personality came through by the end of the 4-week board and train program.
