Her leg was sore, and I could tell she was in pain. Because her vet doesn't have an after-hours clinic, I started to call emergency vets in my area. The ones in my area are money-driven and were unable to give me estimates on the potential costs. I called VEG and told them about my girl, and money wasn't a priority; my little girl was. She was given medication to help with the pain, and a day or two later, she was back to herself. I'm grateful to VEG. If an ER vet is needed in the future, they will be my choice.

The end of program training with me and my kids was impressive but I was not sure they would continue behaving at home. Jake was our trainer and he was very good at explaining to me how to use their system and how to continue things at home. The first few days I was worried as my dogs did seem stressed from the entire experience. However, after being home a few days they bounced back and I felt brave enough to work on the things Jake taught us by using the collar. I have to say, I am very very happy with the results. My older dog RUbie had many issues with being aggressive towards other dogs and making walks miserable. Jake completely fixed that and she is now very tolerant of other dogs. They both have stopped jumping, barking all the time in the house, and counter surfing. My home is so much more peaceful. I am continuing to work with the dogs and am realizing that I must continue to use the collars and work with the dogs daily to continue to see results. I am very very happy with Jake and All Dogs Unleashed.

My family typically opts for the Agility classes because they are so much fun! But the other classes they offer are great too. Zoom Room keeps their class sizes small, so that they can ensure that their students and their paw-rents are getting the attention that they need. The trainers are thorough while keeping learning fun. I love that their classes can fit almost every schedule. I have a non-conventional work schedule where I would not be able to commit to something like "every Monday at 6pm." Being able to pick and choose when to bring my dogs is so appreciated. Zoom Room also has a variety of class packages/payment plans. They make it as convenient as possible for each of their pet families. Our younger pup Piper has gained a lot of confidence and social skills from her classes at Zoom Room. When it was time to renew our initial plan, we changed to one where we could share between both our dogs so that our 5 year old dog could participate in the fun as well! Every day was a new guessing game of "What's that smell?" and "Oh no... I just stepped in it, didn't I?" Enter Victoria, the dog whisperer / saint / wizard / actual angel disguised as a trainer. We sent our puppy to her for board and train, and I swear she sent back a completely different dog--one that pees OUTSIDE. I repeat: OUTSIDE. I don't know what kind of Hogwarts-level sorcery she pulled, but it worked. And that's just the beginning! My dog now knows how to sit like a proper lady, "leave it" like it's hot, and stay "quiet"like a ninja. The jumping to greet everyone like they owe her money? Way down. The nipping with those razor-sharp baby teeth? She taught her that humans are friends, not chew toys.
