From the moment I walked in, everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. One thing I really appreciated was how transparent they were about the payment options. They thoroughly explained how their financing and lifetime treatment program works, including what was included, what I could expect, and the monthly payment options. I never felt pressured, and I left feeling like I fully understood the investment I was making. They also walked me through the entire laser hair removal process before we started. They explained how the laser works, what the treatment would feel like, why multiple sessions are needed, and what to expect both before and after each appointment. Knowing exactly what was happening made me feel much more at ease. The actual underarm treatment was surprisingly quick, and the cooling technology helped make the experience very manageable. Overall, I was impressed by the professionalism, honesty, and customer care throughout the entire visit. If you're considering laser hair removal, I'd definitely recommend Milan Laser. Their knowledgeable staff, transparent communication, and welcoming atmosphere made for an excellent experience.

I did ~5 treatments of face/underarms, and had wonderful results. After seeing such great results, I opted to do a 'full body package', which was 10 treatment sessions. My results are absolutely amazing. I no longer have to shave my legs (less than 20 hairs grow, and they're 1/4 the thickness of my old hairs). My face is SO much improved. I no longer have red, irritated, hyperpigmented skin. **My hair is harder to get rid of, since it's hormone-related** My underarms/thighs no longer get large pimples/cysts from ingrown hair. I have a mild case of HS (Hidradenitis Suppurativa), and the lasering has basically resolved my ingrown hairs/boils. It's been over 2 years since I finished my package, and my hair has stayed gone. It only (slightly) returned due to undergoing IVF and a subsequent pregnancy. I just went back for some touch ups, and am very pleased with my results! Highly recommend this place!

You typically need about 10 treatments, every 5ish weeks, no sun exposure in that area so during the summer you may pause and pick treatment back up in the fall. Keep in mind if you end up pregnant your pregnancy hormones may fluctuate to the point of needing more treatment even after completing your initial 10 treatments, but with Milan you get life long treatments at no additional cost at any location. They can not treat any area with tattoos. You can not moisturize before going, you must have shaved that day too. Weird to actually follow through with because you're supposed to moisturize after exfoliating and shaving, but nope not in this instance. The ladies here are so kind!! Areas I chose: Full Face, Underarms and Brazil+ I have extremely dark coarse hair, and a lot of it. 1st Session: HURT SO BAD I was sobbing by the time we reached my bikini area. The armpits hurt, it smelled like popcorn, BO and burnt hair. The chin was the only spot that hurt on my face, which was understandable. The butt and bikini line(thigh) were unbearable and yet I was able to finish the session. Highly suggest multiple ibuprofens. After this session I saw SIGNIFICANT changes, literally only had to shave twice in my armpits (I didn't even realize I had hair there because it was just peach fuzz), three times for my chin and mustache, none for my sideburns, twice for my bikini and butt. I used to have to shave daily, and for my chin sometimes THREE times a day. Use my name as a referral

This place is a hidden gem!…read more I had passed the office building it is housed in dozens of times, and only really checked it out after I decided it was time to chuck the razor and look into laser hair removal. Curious, I booked a free consultation, just to learn more. Cara talked me through the laser process, as well as packages that they offer. She immediately put me at ease, and I ended up getting my first treatment that same day. I was so happy with the process that I returned a couple of weeks later for laser on another area, this time with Donna. She likewise wowed me with her knowledge, expertise, and welcoming demeanor. I've since had more laser treatments - loving the results! - and a facial. I went elsewhere in town for a facial before, but I'm never going anywhere else again! My face was dewy and glowing for the rest of the day, and I left feeling relaxed from the pampering.
