Their original bill came to $1,750 for a problem that wasn't ours to begin with. Being charged for someone else's mistake just doesn't sit right with me. I asked multiple times for the service manager to call me so we could discuss the charges. He didn't call until two weeks after the repair was already completed. He claimed he had called several times, but after checking my call log, he had only called once -- and didn't leave a message. If you're looking for a company that stands behind their work and communicates honestly, you may want to look elsewhere.

They spent a long time searching for the exact size spare tire I needed and were even going to mount one on a spare rim If they couldn't find one. Just when I thought that It couldn't get any better, the guy at the front counter told me the price of everything including the spare tire and wheel: WAY cheaper than any other place I had been to.
