If they could find something it would likely be $80 to $100 for the part and would have to order it. Having done business with Aaron (Grants Pass Power Equipment Repair) in the past I gave his shop a try on an off chance he might have something or an idea how to fix it. I should have gone to Aaron first stop!!! He looked a couple part numbers up and said hold on a second. Shortly after he returned with a new exhaust that was almost an identical match. As he thought about what he should charge he sold it to me for $20!! As I tried to explain I had no problem paying more because I knew what it had to be worth, he said no $20 was fine. I stopped trying to argue the amount and paid. Thanking him very much for always coming through when I needed a repair or like this a hard to find part and an AWESOME and beyond a great price!!!!! My wife and I were beyond pleased with the prompt, professional service Smokey's provided us! We…read morehad purchased a home in the Fall of 2018, but when we started to use our fireplace during winter, it wasn't fully coming on. We contacted our home inspector who suggested we contact Smokey's. While they were in their busy season, they were honest it may take a few weeks before they could get out to see us, which was fair and understandable. Once they scheduled an appointment, they were right on time, and gave us fair and honest estimate of what needed to be done. Once they returned a week later for the service/repair, again, they were right on time and worked efficiently to make the repair, and go over what was wrong and options we could chose from about how we wanted our stove to work and operate. We ended up having a bad valve that was not working due to age, and we had them replace that. Also, our switch for our fireplace was bad, so they suggested a remote switch with a built in thermostat. This was cheaper than hiring an electrician to make the switch repair. Utilizing this remote with thermostat has been great and our fireplace works like a champ with great heating! We highly suggest you contact Smokey's with their professional service, efficient/honest work, and prompt arrival to your home!

He set up an appointment and gave me a brief rundown of what to expect. I received a reminder call the day before the appointment as well as another when the serviceman was on his way. I received impeccable service. The gentlemen that showed up were very cordial and left the fireplace and its surroundings spotless. You'd never know they were there except for the fact that my family room fireplace now works like new and the logs that were originally improperly placed are now placed correctly. The price of the valve was very fair and the service visit overall was very reasonably priced. This speaks volumes to the honesty and integrity of this local business. The entire experience was exceptional and I am now a raving fan of Smokey's.
