Called and talked to the " owner " for a rack to be built for the back of the truck . We got told it could be built between a certain price range . Today when we go to get the measurements done and the " owner" claims he knows nothing that we are talking about and is very rude with a attitude. He was not helpful at all. I get mess up happens but it's the way you treat the customer that goes a long way. read more

I can't believe our luck. NO REALLY Our hitch came 90% undone coming down I5. Richard said bring it on in. So AAA came and I'd already accessed that the single mud flap and hitch were showing mangled angle iron but still attached to our rig. I put the towing gear in one of our bays and AAA tied the hitch and mud glad so we could drive. Then on to Richards Welding where he graciously waited for us, let us spend the night there and then rebuilt the hitch and mud flap. I am so thankful for all he did for us. We left the next afternoon and can't believe how lucky we were. Not only lucky about not losing our rig but that Yelp led me to Richards Welding. read more
