Boy was I glad I did that. It was some of the nicest customer service. I met the owner, Dave, who is just incredibly helpful and talking me through all the different components gave me a little test drive demonstration. Showed me a lot of the ins and outs in order to make sure I don't snap belts and just good solid advice. You never would've gotten that kind of professional courtesy from the big box stores.
