We arrived at Bevs at 10:33am and tried to order breakfast sandwiches. They said we couldn't because breakfast ended at 10:30 (we were 3 min late!). OK we then tried to order a grilled cheese off their lunch menu. They said No lunch doesn't start until 11. We had arrived during the 30 min window that they completely shut down the kitchen. Both their breakfast and lunch menus have limited offerings. Bizarre to go to a restaurant at 10:33am and not be able to order either breakfast or lunch. read more

I was very disappointed. The food wasn't as good as I expected and staff weren't as friendly as other places nearby. I'm also not a political person, and this place seethed their ideology. I wouldn't recommend it, especially since there are other nicer places very close. read more

Food was ok but expensive for what it was...Coffee was average but again expensive and it was full price for a plain coffee refill...It is located downtown and traffic is horrible most of the time, expect to sit for about 20 min to get to the cafe. The cafe was not welcoming, they apparently have a political agenda with their posted signs, which is not something you really want to see while you are trying to relax and expensive meal. read more

Top notch place. Amazing espresso made with beans from Portlands local coffee roaster (Tandem Coffee Roaster). All of the flavor syrups are homemade and the lattes are 11/10. The food is delicious. I got the breakfast burrito and it was huge. The cinnamon bun was homemade and so good. They also have gluten free tortillas for breakfast tacos and gluten free breakfast for breakfast sandwiches. Everything is made fresh so the food took slightly longer then 10 minutes to come out. Food was served on a nice warm plate :)! The staff is super friendly and helpful. There is plenty of space to enjoy your food and coffee inside. Overall this is the best latte in the area by far! read more

Bevs is an awesome spot to grab a coffee and do some work. There is tons of seating and it is super bright and lovely in there. The drinks are delicious, and the staff is awesome. The food here is definitely a pass for me, especially given the price and portion size, and the hours are fairly limiting, but everything else is amazing! We've been meaning to get to Bev's for breakfast for a while. I was worried that it would be crazy busy on a Saturday, but we were able to get a table quickly in their open and airy dining room. The huge windows let in tons of light! The employee at the counter says that they're super busy weekdays in the off-season, and then when the summer people come, it's pretty busy on weekends, too. Glad we hit it right. The staff was really helpful with suggestions. What a fantastic spot! They're also open for lunch and a little later with beer and wine offerings! read more

Bev's is an incredible addition to the upper village in Kennebunk!! Offering extremely delicious coffee, baked goods, breakfast, and lunch - I've yet to be disappointed. It's obvious the owners have a keen focus on sourcing quality ingredients which I absolutely love! For breakfast, the yogurt & granola tastes incredible and the huevos rancheros is a very unique take but also super tasty. The breakfast sandwich on a biscuit is awesome and the breakfast burrito is big and filling and delicious. Also the cinnamon roll is sooo good! I love that they top it with cream cheese frosting. For lunch, I've only tried the Italian sandwich so far, but am very pumped to try more of their lunch options! Also, I looovee that I can get Tandem coffee here and I don't have to drive up to Portland!! Everyone working there is super friendly, and happy to explain/answer any questions i might have. I've dined in which was very enjoyable, and I've also taken to go enjoy at mothers beach which i highly recommend :) I am super hopeful they continue to be successful because I look forward to many more tandem coffees, delicious cinnamon rolls, killer Italian sandwiches (& lots more)! read more

We love Bev's! The atmosphere is lovely and bright, there's a lot of seating, and it's clean. Everything we have had at Bev's is outstanding from the various egg dishes and biscuits, to burritos and the pastries are AMAZING. Cheery cafe doing good business on a Monday. My tuna melt was good - less mayo would have made it great (so runny it was falling out of the sandwich). And for $15 it looked lonely on a large plate with NOTHING on the side - they should use a smaller plate or throw a garnish/chips on it. read more

Fiending for a burrito. Looks like it could be good but never got to try a breakfast burrito bcuz they pre make them and add spicy ketchup for a condiment....I love spicy but I hate ketchup, especially with eggs. It's a heinous move....PSA: restaurants stop putting condiments on pre made sandwiches. Service seemed nice and ambiance was nothing to shake a stick at but clean and orderly....also a bit odd breakfast stops at 10:30 and lunch starts 30 mins later....thumbs down to a gap in service time. Waited and got a turkey and sprout sandwhich..pretty sure those are the only ingredients, turkey was nothing amazing and the sandwhich was $14....place is overpriced. read more

Bev's food is always fresh, the staff friendly and the environment inviting. My husband and I have eaten there many times including for lunch, breakfast, Sunday Brunch and coffee and they do not disappoint. Whether you want to get a meal to go, enjoy some delicious coffee or sit and dine with family and friends, you can always count on Bev's. The chorizo burrito was a revelation, served hot off the griddle! It had crispy cheese toasted on the outside. Delicious!!!

I'm a big fan of Bev's and think the ambiance, service and quality of the food is a great addition to Kennebunk. You can go for breakfast, or lunch - even just a coffee or cup of tea. It's walkable from all things downtown and definitely worth a stop and exhale, enjoy! read more

A great cafe with excellent ambience, and possibly the nicest public bathroom I've ever seen. The lattes are magic- the eggnog latte is not too sweet, homemade, not artificial. We stayed in Kennebunk for two days and came both days for breakfast. The quiche is absolutely delicious. We loved the squash baked eggs so much we asked the chef how it was prepared and he was extremely kind and personable. The lattes are great as well with homemade syrup. read more
