What's not to love? Lots of selection, some great deals, coupons in the mail to entice you to buy more, and what not. I'm usually here to pick up something to contribute to a get together because I don't cook. I just supply alcohol. And there's a great selection here to appease almost every kind of drinker so it's good. Store is clean but what really bugs me is the customer service. I usually stop here on my way out to the party that I'm being invited to so I need whatever I need quick and if I can't find it, I need customer service to be able to quickly locate it for me. That hasn't been the case for the last few visits and I'm left scrambling around the store, in a pinch, to find what I need. Not fun. Other than that, I think the store is great. Coming here yesterday made me realize that I need to come here more often to buy drinks. It is loaded with so many different bottles, beers, wines, snacks and a bunch of other cool stuff. It's a bit overwhelming when your selecting your drink because they have so many options. I went in to get me a bottle of Scotch Whiskey, since I enjoy a highball, and had a whole aisle to choose from. It took me some time to decide but I'm sure I'll be back to try others. The prices are reasonable too! Of course certain bottles of liquor are more if you buy good stuff but they have a Bevmo discount card which gives you some savings . Now for beer there are multiple aisles to walk thru. They have so many different kinds from different areas, brewing companies and flavors. I do like how a lot of them come in a single bottle so I can purchase different ones to try. Sooooooo many wine bottles as well!!! They offer the buy one and get the 2nd for $0.05!!! I thinks that's a deal!! They sell a bunch of snacks to pair up with your drinks of choice from cheeses, olives, meats, nuts, spreads, etc!!! The sucky part is that there was no one walking around helping anyone. They did have about four registers open but the line wasn't too bad. read more

Lots of choices, probably not a great place for me to go especially when my intention was to go there for one thing and I end up leaving with 6 bottles of err...gifts, I swear they're gifts! The store is clean and organized and you can actually find what you're looking for easily. Part of the reason also that you can find the stuff you're looking for is the staff is pretty friendly and someone is always there asking if you need help. I even got conned into signing for a rewards card...on the other hand I saved 8 bucks (Woot woot!) I was even able to find my friend's Canadian whiskey. I like BevMo!s because they all tend to have the same products across each store. Gotta love consistency when it comes to chains. Parking can be kind of crappy on a busy weekend, but much better towards evening. Lots of businesses in the shopping center, but you should be able to find a parking spot, whether it's close or a little further. Staff here has always been nice. Haven't had issues with them at all. Their inventory has been pretty good. I find, though, that if one BevMo! doesn't have a product, it's likely that the other BevMo! stores don't have it, either. Darn. One thing to note is that although you might see the alcohol displayed in front of you, sometimes there are other alcohols that aren't displayed, and you'll just have to ask if they have it. One of our favorite brands of sweet and sour disappeared for months, and then I looked up, saw a case, made sure it wasn't some B.S. lite version, asked one of the employees if they could bring it down and, lo and behold, it's what we were wanting for the last several months. So, if you don't see something, just ask! Prices are fine. Best to always have a BevMo! card just in case. read more

I'm new to Bourbon and was unsure on what to choose. That's when Grant asked whether I had any questions or needed assistance. After asking him for his recommendation, he proceeded to educate me on bourbon and recommended Basil Hadens based on my pallet. I love the BOGO five cent wine deals, especially during the holidays! You can get some pretty great bottles for a fraction of the price - especially if you plan on keeping one for yourself to imbibe on later. The store is organized and easy to navigate and they have staff walking around to give some honest recommendations if you're unsure on what you're buying. Big fan of their beer selections and they do a good job of separating it by worldy regions. The whiskey/bourbon selection isn't half bad either, but the pricier stuff is under lock and key. You press a button to summon someone, and there's an old timey song that plays before you're called out on the loudspeaker throughout the store. Check-out is usually pretty painless, but make sure you have their rewards card cause you can get some pretty sweet offers from time to time. read more

So...the system for online order and pick up is not good. We never got a confirmation email stating our order was ready. We went to the store after our pick up time and got in line. The people in line were wearing masks and were six feet apart. On the other side of the door was a line for walk up people which we didn't even know they had. That line moved quickly and people were in and out before we even got to the front of our line. Our order was ready when we finally got to the front of the line. Still haven't received the confirmation email 15 minutes after leaving store. This was a Saturday evening and only one person was working both lines. I guess Saturday evenings aren't expected to be busy. Save yourself the trouble and just show up! read more

April 2020 - ordered online and got the emailed stating my order was ready. Then I get to BevMo and there's a line of about 6-7 people in front of me. And that took THIRTY minutes! I asked the two people in front of me if they had already received their email stating their order was ready and they said yes. When it was my turn, she looked at my ID, looked at all of the 12 bottles individually .... and it was all just soooooooo slow. I could open the case of wine and see all my items were there. And since orders are already paid for, it should be 1 minute to check ID and go! Then by the time I was leaving, there was probably 15 people in line. Beer thats freeway close- amazing! This year on my birthday I get two cards: One was from my grandma and contained a 50$$ bevmo card the other from my lawyer with my finalized divorce papers ALl I could think was "I didn't know grandma knew my lawyer and should he really be telling her my business" So I went and spent the card and I have to say that this loaction has been "convenient" like five times, which is a lot and the staff is usually pretty nice, although I am sure they are a little more bitter these days because Total WIne and More is stealing their business like crazy!!! read more

I love going to this BevMo! It is very easy to find the alcohol that I am looking for. They have a great selection of craft beers. I love coming here after a vacation and getting the imported alcohols from the places I just traveled to. The staff here has probably the best customer service and was super helpful during my visit. They can give your some great suggestion based on your needs and are very knowledgeable. Parking was easy to find in the large shopping center. The younger man that was helping me at the check out stand was the best! He threw out some great jokes while we're were checking out and danced along with me to the tunes playing in the store. I wish I could remember his name, but I am so horrible at remembering! He had short blondish hair and was tall and skinny. Shout out to that guy! He made our visit extra memorable! Customer service is horrible and there is no attempt to work with customers to resolve any issues. Make sure to check your items when doing curbside pickup. They claimed that they did so with a large order when they actually didn't (the employees were swamped and just put the boxes into the car), then claimed that I was lying when I came back to dispute the missing items. Manager only gave some feeble apology and no effort to remedy the situation. I'll be taking my business to Total Wine from now on. This Bevo does not have a great COVID19 plan. I ordered my alcohol online, paid for it and everything. I get there to pick it up and there is a line of at least 9 people 6ft a part. It took over 25 minutes standing in line to get my stff. You would think everything would be ready for pick up and handed to customers but they are allowing people to order at the door when they only advertise "three ways to order" which is either delivery, call in ahead or online. However people were ordering stuff while in line and it took so much time to get my stuff. Waiting in the hot sun when I followed the rules to make an order and BevMo going against their word? Not cool. Don't go to this location. It takes way to long!!!! read more

It's hard not to find something to like about the selection of drink accessories and booze available at Bev Mo. Every drink item on the globe, all in one convenient location! The employees are friendly, and most are fairly knowledgeable about the products for sale here. Tip: One of my favorite things here is their selection of mini-alcohol bottles. Now what makes me happier than a place like BevMo, not much. I love going to see this place. There are so many wonderful things to be found here. They have a great selection of beers here. I really enjoy exotic beers be it craft or foreign make. They always have something new that I havent tried before. This is an awesome thing. It makes for a fun adventure and a new flavor for me. On top of that I really love to do a bunch of my christmas shopping here as they carry mounds of the holiday sets where they have extras with the bottle of booze for the same price... be it a flask, glass, or trinket. Free always makes me happy =) PRO TIP: Since up for the BevMo card to ensure that you get your discounts =) The other brilliant thing is the cheese and meat cooler. I really enjoy good cheese and sometimes I will have a couple of beers a cheese wedge or two and some crackers for dinner. They have all the basics here it seems including some of my favoritees like double or triple creme brie's, jarlsberg swiss, some of the blue veined varieties (all types), super sharp chedders, etc etc. Absolutely a great way to enjoy a nice brau or glass o vino. Okay, let's put it in terms that everyone can understand, using universal themes. Pardon me if this bothers anyone (I don't really care if it bothers you :P ) If a typical liquor store is nice, vanilla and missionary, and the Total Wine and More in Tustin is something out of the pages of history book about Roman depravity, this store is a threesome, or maybe a four-gie. Either way, this place can be useful to most people, even if you don't need anything really special. Wines, liquors, spirits, cocktail mixes, snacks, beer, sodas, soft drinks, utensils and much much more than you can shake your fist at. I saw one lady trying to start her own liquor store. I swear she bought boxes upon boxes of beer. She's either having a really SERIOUS party or she's going to break up a local AA meeting. Either way, her face was as serious as a heart attack. The employees here were friendly, despite the fact that none of them bothered to ask me if I needed help while I wandered the aisles looking for nothing in particular. Thanks guys. The most expensive stuff are tucked behind locked glass displays. How do you steal a gigantic bottle of Patron Anejo anyway? It's too small to be a pregnant stomach. It's too big to be a boob! Diddy...) has already done it several times. Anyway, BevMo is great! What do they have here? Well, wall-to-wall beverages and (are you ready for this?)...more! More what? More of anything that relates to drinking, of course! Cigars, coolers, ice, dry ice, cups, snacks, kegs, drinking glasses, beer goggles, drinking games, shopping carts, cash registers, refrigerators, windows, and lights, etc. You can find almost anything here for your drinking/partying needs...except for a hangover cure! Gift certificates are also available for your gifting needs (I was surprised that they offer a $500 gift card at the register! By the way, my birthday is coming up...hint, hint...). This location happens to be the closest to my pad, so I've been here quite a few times. This place (in general) carries tons of domestic and international lines of sodas, beers, wines, and liquors (did ya like how I slipped 'soda' in there for the kids?). After recent trips to Japan and Australia, I was surprised and elated to find some brews that I quaffed abroad. Unfortunately, they often come with heftier price tags. Wine tastings are regularly scheduled here (and other locations), so if you like the wine, stop by for a good ol' sip-n'-spit session with a bunch o' winos just like yourself! Just kidding, you can actually drink the wine... In regards to the store itself, the place is well-lit, pretty clean, staffed with knowledgeable employees ready to answer your obscure liquor-based questions (Will I get a bigger buzz from Bacardi 151 or Everclear?), and ready to tackle your requests for exotic and rare beverages from far away places. The wife and I are currently stocked up on Bundaberg Ginger Beer from Australia. If you haven't tried it, it is excellent! We love the stuff. It's kinda like ginger ale, but sweeter, and with more of a ginger kick. I also like Cooper's beer (from down unda). I'm still waiting for Victoria Bitter (VB) to head stateside, though...
