I've been to this BevMo! a few times now and it's my favorite liquor location in the area. They have garage parking off of the sidestreet Sycamore, which they will validate for you. A couple of parking spots for BevMo customers are right outside the door with a 20 minute limit, but there are other spots if you go up a bit higher in the garage. As a craft beer girlie who loves bourbon barrel aged beers, I appreciate their selection here. It's hard to find BBA beers in this town and they have a bunch of great options. They even have Goose Island Bourbon County variants at a reasonable price of $25. I'm such a fan of this BevMo! location, I'll definitely be back. read more

Gloria at BevMo was absolutely amazing! I came in looking for a few good wines and left with the most incredible selection thanks to her recommendations and actually came back the next day for more! She was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what I like. Every bottle she suggested was a hit. It's rare to find someone who makes the shopping experience feel so personal and enjoyable. Gloria clearly knows her wines and genuinely cares about helping customers find something special. I'll definitely be coming back and asking for her again. Thank you, Gloria! read more

My local Bevmo! has the best employees! Although I'm not a drinker, I wanted to purchase some holiday gifts, and with the help of Julio and Xavier, I found the perfect tequila gift sets. Both of them are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. If you're shopping and need assistance selecting the right spirits, head to Bevmo! At La Brea and Wilshire, ask for Julio or Xavier--they're fantastic! My gift sets were a huge success. Wishing you a Happy New Year and a prosperous 2025! Be a proud American Peace / Love. read more

I went to Bevmo on a Sunday afternoon. The store was pretty empty so I had time to browse around without feeling rushed or anxiety from large crowds and chaos. The young lady that was working there preparing delivery orders took time to help me out and answer all of my questions which was kind of her considering they had more online orders then people in the store. The layout of the store was huge and it was well lit and clean on the inside. They have underground validated parking but I just parked in the strip mall locate directly next door due eas of the complex. I will definitely be shipping here again on a Sunday afternoon to avoid the crowds and get in and out in a timely manner. Plus they had the wine that I was looking for so that is always a win-win. read more

I visited Bevmo today intending to shop, but had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees. A bearded male employee with glasses and a medium build was rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question. Instead of helping, he had an unfriendly attitude that made me feel uncomfortable. Because of this, I left without making a purchase. Customer service needs serious improvement. read more

Huge shoutout to BevMo for going above and beyond! I showed up right before closing, fully expecting the doors to be locked, but they stayed open a few extra minutes just so I could grab what I needed. The staff didn't rush me, didn't give me attitude -- just super kind and helpful even though I was cutting it close. That kind of service is rare these days, and I really appreciated it. Will definitely keep coming back -- thanks again! read more

One of the workers tried entering the restroom while I was in there ! (No one else was in store beside the workers. He was outside bathroom before I walked in and when I exited) and when I exit he said something very inappropriate to me. I was very uncomfortable/scared ran out. Told my friend who was waiting in car, he went and said something to the manager. The manager didn't seem to care. And was clearly covering for his coworker with out listening to us. I came back a few weeks later and asked what happen the manager brushed me off, lied, and mocked the situation! I'm disappointed and disgusted with his response. PLEASE DONT COME HERE ! read more

Very good prices, and pretty good selection. Not the widest of any big-box Bevmo (their tequila is surprisingly sparse for LA) and their staff isn't the most knowledgeable, but they have a lot, and parking is easy once you get the hang of parking in the lot around the corner (they validate for an hour). read more

I used to be rather "meh" about BevMo! Plain warehouse atmosphere, sometimes indifferent cashiers, expensive wines compared to Trader Joe's, but my attitude has changed. Prices for vodka are often lower than Trader Joe's (you got to sign up) and there 's quite a selection of everything here at good prices. Where else are you going for bitters and olive juice? Recommended. read more

I work in delivery, I could not find a bottle of alcohol in the store and asked the consultant to help me, he refused to do this and continued to stand at the cash register and smile. He said that if I do not know the language and cannot find where the goods are. I should not work at this job. Although it is his responsibility to help me choose a product. I am extremely disappointed with the attitude towards me and discrimination from the staff of this store read more

I literally always come to this location. For years even. Never have I been racially profiled like I was last night. I was getting multiple spirits for my graduation party. The associate came and took a few of the bottles I chose to the register. I chose to continue to browse. Until I realized The security Noel, was coming and standing at the end of every aisle I was on. Long story short, I went down 5 different aisles and here he comes to watch me and pretend he is doing his job and not trolling. Literally down EVERY AISLE this man Noel followed me. In the photo this was my last straw. He's pretending to look the other way when he sees my phone but there's nothing but a WALL behind me. I Decided to just leave because I was uncomfortable and at this point your treating me like a criminal who doesn't have over $100 of product sitting at the front counter. So I went to pay for the spirits that was already at the counter and I told the manager Kathy, she didn't seem to care, gave me a chuckle, and eye roll and told me "it's been a lot of thefts around here" and I I said " he didn't do that to anyone else in the store, that's profiling" she responded "l'll talk to him" i mad I even gave them my service. Following a woman in the store in 2024 is insane. read more

Smaller than other bevmos. But they seem to have just about everything you need. I come here to pick up my hoeegarden beer. It's hard to find at markets these days. Workers are Fast, Knowledgeable and efficient. Good place to buy a large assortment of rare beverages not sold at local stores.

This was my first time going to BevMo! I stopped in on my way to a party to grab some drinks, and I'm Kind of (really) mad at myself for not having come here before. They have everything you could imagine in terms of drink options, mixers, cups, drink decor, and snacks (including cheese and charcuterie). I was thoroughly impressed. It's a one-stop shop for supplying drinks/snacks for parties. Staff is friendly and willing to help you find what you're looking for. Parking is for free (w/ validation) in parking garage behind BevMo. read more

Great staff at this location! The general manager Rob is super nice and helpful. I called one week in advance to reserve a keg and the process was smooth and easy. The person that helped me over the phone (Xavier I think?) was sooo friendly and knowledgeable! I would def recommended this location to anyone in the area. It is smaller than all the other BevMo's I've been to but it's the closet one to me. Parking garage entrance on Sycamore fyi. Not sure if BevMo validates, I forgot to ask and paid $5. read more

Had such a great experience had to write a review. A few days ago I purchased a 24 pack of Lagunitas IPA - one of my favorites, and we noticed the taste was kind of off - no carbonation, no bite, no hops. Tried another round and it wasn't a fluke. Called the store and an associate connected me with a woman who I am assuming is a manager and she was very helpful. I even learned about the julian bottle date thing breweries do. The beer I had gotten was bottled awhile back so it made sense why it tasted so bad. Anyways, I was able to bring in my 24 pack and get it exchanged for a fresher beer. I was expecting to just have to deal with my old beer. Such a small thing really helps during these crazy times. read more

I bought a bottle of Red Stag whiskey, or, at least, I thought it was whiskey. Turns out it was a sweet blackberry liquor made to look like whiskey. Not Bevmo's fault, but I brought the bottle and receipt back and asked if I could exchange it. The Saturday afternoon manager came over, and said the ABC laws prohibit him from offering an exchange on the liquor (I didn't want my money back as I just wanted to replace the item with something I could drink). I then asked if I could, at least, get a small store credit, and he said I could not. I reminded him that I was a frequent customer there (a fact he could confirm by checking my Bevmo! customer card number). He, again, said no. Needless to say I will not be returning to this or any Bevmo! store. read more

Great service. And also good selection of alcohol . Wines beers cooler bottles you name it. This place has everything

I've been here a couple times before and it was always a great experience until yesterday when me and some friends went to buy a bottle. The security looked angry and miserable the WHOLE time the cashier in front kept telling my friend to move over here and stand over there there were NO customers so it was really annoying and then when my boyfriend asked one of the workers if we could get a Hennessy bottle she said "now I feel uncomfortable" ??? I'm sorry but it's your job to help how did she feel uncomfortable just because we asked her to get us a Hennessy bottle ? It was the worst experience I ever had there. read more

Don't come here with your younger brother (12 year old), or they'll ID both of you and feel like they're doing a deed to society. I see people in here with their kids all the time and they aren't ID'd, absolutely absurd and illogical for them to refuse to sell when he's obviously under age. Could have just told me when I was greeted at the door he wasn't allowed in the store, even the older security lady assured there was no issue but the self proclaimed "manager" needed the satisfaction of having me walk around and select my beer and wait in line just to be slick and tell me at the cashier he's going to need my brothers ID. I'm old enough to be his parent. This location is a joke, i guess that's what happens when you give out titles as "manager" to any moron. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. read more
