The dude is a huge tailgater so we wanted to grab some alcohol to sip on while we tailgate. Anywho, the dude informed me he would come here with his dad before games. I was honored to be apart of the tradition. I LOVE going into wine and spirit shops as I love to add bottles to my collection. I viewed the whole shop while the dude was looking at beers for him. I went over to the owner to see if they had Electra to give to my dudes grandma as she loves wine. The owner said he doesn't have it and I recommend to him to carry that and Stella Rosa black which he didn't have either. I got a sweet wine for the relatives and chatted with the owner for a while. The owner informed me with each purchase you get a free bag of ice! Which you cannot beat and free gift wrap. I absolutely love this shop! I definitely will be coming back if I am in the area as it is located in the Bay. If you have a chance to stop by. I would recommend. They even had HUGE bottles of wine/alcohol. When I calmly asked for a replacement, the interaction became tense and argumentative instead of being resolved quickly. What should have been a simple correction escalated in a way that left me uncomfortable. Mistakes happen and bottles get dropped, so it should have been a non-issue. Just give me a replacement and the situation is resolved. Because of that experience, I won't be returning. It's a shame because it's a nice store, but customer service is important to me, and this one didn't sit well with me.

He said derisively "take it outside, carrying around everything you own." "Excuse me," I said, "we are paying a lot of money for a place up there," pointing to the hills. He ignored me and continued insulting my wife saying, "good luck out there" she said, "you too," to which he said directly, "unlike yall I have a place, good luck on the streets." Each time I have asked about a low alcohol wine the staff does not seem familiar with the question or a wine. Example of low alcohol wines would be Meiomi bright Pinot Noir, Arlow Cabernet Sauvignon, Bread and butter sliced chardonnay, Decoy featherweight , butter light chardonnay ect.
