Great friendly staff. They have a lil bit of everything for everyone. It's a clean & organized store. They only problem is they ran out of my favorite beer & I asked if I can get it reordered & they were unable to help. They advised I could call & try but they were unable to assist at all. Oh well, don't let it prevent you from heading on in

By saying this is my favorite BevMo might hint to some dependency issues but this place has so many delicious offerings. Everything from nacks, cheeses and chocolate to decent cigars and adult beverages for every taste preference. The staff are always helpful and engaging but not too anoyying about it.

VERY overpriced! Johnny Walker Double Black is $45 in Auburn, but $34 at Total Wine in Roseville!

Manager is very unfriendly and standoffish. I should have read the reviews prior to going here. 3 Star average is not a good rating.

Very small. Depending on what you are looking for they might have a good selection. Their Bourbon ,Rye American whiskey selection is a joke.

Mama Mia, it's amazing! As someone who's part Italian and quite picky about Italian food…read moreestablishments, I often wonder if they truly serve authentic Italian cuisine or just American-Italian dishes. Well, thanks to my cousins from Rocklin who introduced me to this charming Italian restaurant nestled in the hills of Auburn, I can confidently say: thank you, and well done! From the moment we walked into this family-run establishment, we were greeted by friendly servers and a wonderful ambiance. The inviting atmosphere made it feel like we had temporarily escaped the greater Placer area to an authentic Italian bungalow, perhaps in a quaint Italian neighborhood. The delightful aromas and the selection of Italian wines set the stage for a wonderful evening filled with delicious food and laughter. Everyone around us appeared to be enjoying their meals! We were quickly seated, and our server, Gina, did an excellent job explaining the specials and suggesting wine pairings. I opted for the spaghetti with meat sauce, which was fantastic, and their salads are superb, drizzled with an Italian dressing that only Mama could make. The next time I'm in town, you can bet that I'm heading over to Pasquale's, and you should too! And thanks again to my cousins!

I was attending a meeting a few blocks away and the organizers offered to fetch us lunch from this…read moredeli if we'd order and pay in advance. The online ordering system was not working - it balked at payment - so I phoned them and ordered that way. On the day, we got a pile of plastic bags each labeled with our name, and inside mine I found my hot sandwich, still pretty warm, inside a foil wrapper. Mine was the Italian melt, lots of different kinds of meat plus provolone and a little onion and pepperocini and a mildly spicy marinara sauce lightly dabbed in. It was not too thick but nicely dense, as well as delicious, with a well chosen mix of ingredients. I didn't want too much bread, so I ordered it on marble rye, and that turned out to be fairly thin, not overwhelming, and also strongly and delightfully flavored. I'm not ordinarily big on deli sandwiches - I don't think they have much else - but this was a major find.

A Must-Try Sandwich Spot in Auburn!…read more My wife and I have visited North Fork Deli a handful of times now, and every single visit has been consistently excellent. Today was no exception, the moment we walked in, we were greeted with outstanding customer service. The gentleman at the register is always friendly, professional, and you can tell he's been trained exceptionally well by the owner. It makes such a difference and sets the tone for the whole experience. The sandwiches here are legitimately amazing. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, the bread, the ingredients, the quality of the meats, you can taste the care that goes into every order. I always go for the Cali Reuben, and my wife is loyal to the Roast Beef. We order the same thing every time because it's that good. If you're in the Auburn area and craving a really good sandwich, we highly recommend giving North Fork Deli a try. You won't regret it. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, the customer service and food is top-tier. Easily one of the best local sandwich shops around! Enjoy!

We've been coming to Old Town Pizza in Auburn every Wednesday night for trivia for quite some time…read morenow, and this review is definitely overdue. Every single week, the staff is incredibly friendly and on top of everything. Service is always quick, even when it's busy, and they consistently make the experience feel easy and welcoming. Trivia night is such a highlight for us. It's genuinely fun, well-run, and something we look forward to all week. David and Asia are amazing hosts. They keep the energy up, make it engaging, and you can tell they really care about creating a great experience. One thing that really stood out to me was how responsive management is. I mentioned that the changing table in the women's restroom was broken, and by the time we came back the following week, it had already been replaced. That level of follow-through is rare and really appreciated. We actually drive in from Wheatland every week just to come here, which probably says it all. We love this place and plan to keep coming back.

The pizza was really solid (and I say this coming from Oakland / SF, which have really great pizza). Good crust, tasty toppings. We got a Lean Green Pesto Flatbread (minus the chicken), Reset Veggie Flatbread, Pickle Flatbread, spinach salad, and green salad. The Pickle Flatbread was a bit sweeter than I'd like, but tasty with beer. Everything else was great. Spinach salad was solid, green salad was eh but did the job of balancing out all the pizza.

We started off with mezcal cocktails (which were amazing and complex) and 4 appetizers: the crispy brussel sprouts, tempura squash, calamari, and cauliflower soup. My favorite were the brussels but I am amazed at the deliciousness of the soup. I didn't realize that cauliflower soup could taste so good! We moved on to wine and bacon-wrapped quail and ravioli. I was hesitant about the quail because it seemed to have a lot going on, but it all worked together very well. The ravioli was cheesy and delicious! We finished with panna cotta and coffee, and snagged a bottle of wine to go. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth it. The staff was warm and personable as well as attentive. The food was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone!
