Yesterday I went in, got 57 units of Botox (27 forehead / 30 masseter) I currently have lumps (painful to touch) on my forehead where it was injected and full movement in my forehead. I now have eleven wrinkles due to the bumps from the injections. I didn't know you could mess up Botox. I have had Botox for years (26 units is what I always get) and this has never happen to me. This was my first and last time here. I will be going in today to ask more questions because I am baffled by this. I hope this helps someone out, I usually go to my dermatologist for Botox and I highly recommend doing that. I have never had an issue there. See photos, I didn't have bumps immediately after the injections, they showed up 5 hrs later and are still here 22 hrs later. This is not normal and do not let anyone tell you it is.

This is an adorable salon gem!! I am very pleased with my care and results! Rory was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond helpful. They are very easy to make appointments as well as sending reminders. They also were not pushing to sell more than I wanted which is rare and much appreciated!

Still have the same bruises two weeks later

Waste of money. I went in for Botox last month. They were running over a half hour late and didn't call me back until I said something. The girl that injected me was nice but obviously didn't know what she was doing. Every injection hurt, which it normally doesn't. I was bleeding in multiple spots, also not normal. And walked out with a few bruises, which has never happened to me before either. The bruises were on my face for almost 2 weeks! Worst part about it is you can't even tell that I got Botox. Not a single area of improvement!! Huge waste of money and time. Would absolutely not recommend.

I had an issue with my Groupon and I appreciate that they honored the Groupon price. That said, I asked her if she could use 20 units of my 40 units in the upper part of my face in both my forehead and between my eyes and she refused saying I wouldn't get a good result. I have been getting Botox in minimal amounts for over ten years and I know what to expect on my own face. I am a person who prefers less Botox for a variety of reasons and I'm allowed to have preferences. I don't have a large forehead so I actually don't need 20 units in one spot. I am a person who can do two spots in my forehead area and get a very good result. I know this because I always have. If I wasn't getting a satisfactory result, obviously I would not still be getting Botox. Businesses should stop offering Groupons if they insist on controlling how you spend your own money. This is simply a way of getting more money out of you and it's deceitful. They get you in with the Groupon price and refuse to give you what you want so they can upsell you more Botox. You may as well pay full retail because if you have a Groupon they are going to try to nickel and dime you to full price anyway and tell you that you need more than you do. The way they treat you when you use a Groupon would make you think you were getting it for free. You're not and they need to be put in check. I spent $350 and then was given an option to TIP the girl. The first tip option was over $50. That is outrageous. She is not serving food for two hours and waiting on people hand and foot. She spends five minutes doing a very simple stress free job. She is not a waitress who makes $4 an hour and she should not expect a tip. We don't tip our nurses or doctors because they are not a service industry. Administering Botox is not waitressing or lawn mowing or house cleaning. They make enough money to live on and are not working in a subservient position. They are professionals who make good money. I really wish we would all stop letting these people bamboozle us into giving them money they haven't earned. It's gotten completely out of hand especially when the first tip option is over $50. The entitlement these people have is astounding. I gave her $20 and I wish I hadn't. Because I was not allowed to make my own decision in this process, I now look like an angry lunatic with a line running down the center of my forehead that should have been filled as I requested because I was spending MY money. Instead of being happy with the result that I paid dearly to get, instead, I am going to spend the next six months waiting for it to work itself out. I should also mention that I've been getting Botox for over ten years and have never experienced the kind of pain that I did this time. My entire forehead and around my eyes were red and super bruised and I had pain for three days afterward. I don't know why that would be, but I was worried that there was something really wrong and I'm still a little concerned and questioning exactly what may have been injected into my head. I will be looking into who regulates this stuff and making a complaint. (Edit: I just googled how to report a med spa. There are lots of videos and articles. I will be looking into these options to make a complaint and anyone posting about their negative experience should consider doing the same) The good news is that this has provided comedic entertainment for my significant other who thinks I look like Sam Eagle (THE MUPPET) I'll attach a photo for those of you not familiar.

Been here twice for Botox first time was excellent 2nd time I think it was probably expired or contaminated product Had large swollen bumps plus zero effect

**BEWARE** Don't be fooled by this Groupon "deal." This establishment uses a generic brand RF Microneedling device, but they charge more than the name brand premium for each treatment. $900 per session is $100 higher than the price I pay at a boutique med spa for a LegendPro session, which has consistently yielded a very evident reaction immediately after, and measurable results in the days & weeks post treatment. At the start of my treatment on 8/11/23 at Beverly's the esthetician confirmed the topical anesthetic was OTC, and not the clinical strength that's needed to tolerate RF Microneedling discomfort. I wasn't the slightest bit numb, I can feel her gloved fingers and the cotton pad washing the OTC numbing cream off. I felt the needles, very similar to what I feel with a .25 home-use derma-roller. After the facial my face was the exact same shade and not the slightest bit of pink or inflamed. At all!!!!! I took pictures just before, immediately after, 1 & 2 months after. As suspected, there is no evident improvement in my skin texture. I called Beverly's on 9/7 and was not offered any explanation or options for resolution. I called again 9/14 and was told a manager, Lori would call me back. 10/4 5:25pm Lori was already gone for the day I called again 10/6 12pm - Lori told me the owner would be in contact by 10/13. On 10/11 I text their business number the pictures they requested and kindly reminded I was still waiting for a callback to discuss options for resolution I've called every day since and they either blocked me or are screening my calls because I go to voicemail after 1 ring tone. Don't waste your time, money or patronage to an establishment that clearly does not value customer service. Beverly's, please call me to arrange a refund, which is all I wanted to begin with.

ugh talk about no callback and zero response. Anything I messaged them. Botox lasted less than one month. I'm over it.

Not only great results, excellent services and affordable prices. I have tried other places and always go back to Ivonne, she is the best !

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It seems like the other reviews on here are all from…read morefamily or friends...they speak about this place as being professional and friendly. I received the complete opposite treatment from here. I took my daughters to get a haircut here some time back. It was their first haircut and like any other normal kid, they were nervous. Well I walk in and tell the lady I need haircuts for my two girls. She said ok and told us to have a seat it would be about 15 minutes. So we waited until we were called. So my daughter sat down and the lady starts brushing her hair, she starts whining a little and the lady asks me if I can tell her to be quiet because the owner of the salon is there in the other room with another customer and they don't want to be disturbed. Wtf?! Um excuse me, I too am a customer! Right then I knew going there was a mistake. So I asked her, you cut kids hair too right? (with my daughter already sitting in the chair ready to go..)She explains, yes we do but only if they stay quiet and don't move. Again WTF? What kind of salon is this I asked her? She continues to explain, well the owner is kind of moody and she dislikes noise in her salon as she's trying to make this an upscale massage and hair salon and has customers in the next room. I stand there dumbfounded -.- The next 20 minutes consisted of my daughter being shushed by the lady cutting her hair and the owner kept coming out of the room giving us dirty looks. Mind you, my oldest daughters hair was being cut, she is timid and not loud at all! She did not cry, she was a nervous and expressed herself! Lord knows what would have happened if I had stayed and had my younger, louder daughters hair cut! Some advice to the owner, I highly suggest you SMILE and change your attitude towards your customers. Customer service is key when owning a business and striving for its success...and from what I've seen you are lacking in that area. The previous owner always had that salon packed...hmm I wonder why? Maybe because they were friendly?? No one wants to go back somewhere where they feel awkward and unwelcome. Another tip...if you are trying to go for an upscale business look...maybe, just maybe, having your business next door to a Food City isn't such a great idea. Sure your salon may be furnished nicely but initially what attracts customers isn't the decor.. Good luck and God bless.
