My hopes were let down quickly, almost as quickly as my newly filled lips.... lol! I initially wanted a full syringe but thankfully the injector talked me into a half of a syringe! See what happened was that the injector didn't place the injections in correctly, therefore I walked away with several bumps under my top lip... bumps filled with pockets of dermal filler because the injector is clueless!! My friends upon checking out is when I found out why the Google reviews were so high & that's when I knew I was taken for a fool!!!! Well my friends upon getting home & seeing my results take full effect I decided to go back into Google to edit my review to reflect my final results! Now 3 weeks later I will be happy to say that I'm very happy with my results, that's all because of an amazing Medspa in Scottsdale! The Medspa in Scottsdale that isn't affiliated at all with the shady work of Beverly's had the pleasure of poking each pocket under my top lip to squeeze of the pools of Dermal filler that the injector did not distribute evenly! Been here twice for masseter Botox, and I've been very happy! The staff are super nice and friendly and I've always felt comfortable coming in! They have great prices and the staff know their anatomy well! The girl I saw was super great and I forgot her name. She made sure the experience was quick and efficient! I'm scared of needles but she made everything almost painless! My results also lasted so long, my jaw tension is gone and aesthetically, I do feel like I look better too! Yesterday I went in, got 57 units of Botox (27 forehead / 30 masseter) I currently have lumps (painful to touch) on my forehead where it was injected and full movement in my forehead. I now have eleven wrinkles due to the bumps from the injections. I didn't know you could mess up Botox. I have had Botox for years (26 units is what I always get) and this has never happen to me. This was my first and last time here. I will be going in today to ask more questions because I am baffled by this. I hope this helps someone out, I usually go to my dermatologist for Botox and I highly recommend doing that. I have never had an issue there. I came in for Botox application to my forehead 4 weeks ago. I needed to a touch up (because I was not happy with the service. The 40 units were not distributed evenly on my forehead and quality of product did not seem effective. I still have tons of wrinkles I have had Botox many times and knew what to expect) I was given an appointment at 12:30. This was a 10 min job. I reached sharp on time, and had to wait more than 40 minutes. The Botox injector had apparently double booked a client at exact same time for fillers. The staff thought it was okay for me to wait that long. The injector never came out once to address the issue. I had to walk out, because she was still not done with the other client even after that long. They just lost a client. read more

I received Botox injections yesterday afternoon. I have been getting injections for about four years without any complications. I experienced a great deal of pain and felt that the injector was going way too deep into my muscles. Last night/today I have significant swelling, redness, and pain. I was up all night. I called the med spa and have not yet received a call back. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to cancel all of my plans for the holiday weekend because I cannot go out looking like this. This company is rated "F" on the Better Business Bureau. Many of the reviews revealed complaints very similar to mine. I am really hoping that all of these reviews will make waves to get this outfit investigated. They are operating in an unsafe and very possibly unaccredited manner. Scottsdale location. First time, I had lumps at injection spots for at least 5-6 days which has never happened before. It was actually scary. Also, injector made up some nonsense up about "rules of injection amount" that I've literally never heard before or had any prior injector factor in when doing my minimal Botox to try to get me to purchase more. Results were fine after the lumps finally went away though. I thought maybe it was just a weird random reaction. I should have read other reviews. A few weeks ago, they offered a $7 per unit sale via text so I booked for 20 units by replying to that text and they confirmed the appointment in the same text thread, never mentioning anything about needing to purchase more to take advantage of the sale. At the visit, I was told that although it was noted that I had the $7 sale, I would need to get at least 30 units. So she tried to come up with random places to inject me, even though she admitted I didn't need it in those places. When I said it didn't say anywhere that there was a minimum purchase requirement, she said "I don't do marketing." I apologized that she had to waste her time and mine and left. It was stupid on my part to go back after the first few red flags but the location is really convenient and they could accommodate my last minute appointment before traveling for the holidays. Waste of money. I went in for Botox last month. They were running over a half hour late and didn't call me back until I said something. The girl that injected me was nice but obviously didn't know what she was doing. Every injection hurt, which it normally doesn't. I was bleeding in multiple spots, also not normal. And walked out with a few bruises, which has never happened to me before either. The bruises were on my face for almost 2 weeks! Worst part about it is you can't even tell that I got Botox. I hate to leave a bad review, but I wasted so much money trusting this place. First time getting lip fillers in September 2022. I'm a little over 2 months from my first visit. Lips have been and are obviously uneven. :( Bottom left side looks like I was punched in the mouth and I have granulomas on bottom left and top right inside part of my lip. It looks like the filler wants to come out. I understood there would be a chance of having uneven lips, but not to this extent. Its embarrassing. I did not receive any after care instructions and when I emailed them to ask for copies of the documents I filled out they completely ignored my request. I will never go here again nor would I recommend anybody go here. There are so many other places with experienced injectors to chose from. I have to live with this obvious bump on the left side of my lip until I get it dissolved($$$) or it goes away on its own. Also received "Botox" here. Not sure what was injected. I had an issue with my Groupon and I appreciate that they honored the Groupon price. That said, I asked her if she could use 20 units of my 40 units in the upper part of my face in both my forehead and between my eyes and she refused saying I wouldn't get a good result. I have been getting Botox in minimal amounts for over ten years and I know what to expect on my own face. I am a person who prefers less Botox for a variety of reasons and I'm allowed to have preferences. I don't have a large forehead so I actually don't need 20 units in one spot. I am a person who can do two spots in my forehead area and get a very good result. I know this because I always have. If I wasn't getting a satisfactory result, obviously I would not still be getting Botox. Businesses should stop offering Groupons if they insist on controlling how you spend your own money. This is simply a way of getting more money out of you and it's deceitful. They get you in with the Groupon price and refuse to give you what you want so they can upsell you more Botox. You may as well pay full retail because if you have a Groupon they are going to try to nickel and dime you to full price anyway and tell you that you need more than you do. The way they treat you when you use a Groupon would make you think you were getting it for free. You're not and they need to be put in check. I spent $350 and then was given an option to TIP the girl. The first tip option was over $50. That is outrageous. She is not serving food for two hours and waiting on people hand and foot. She spends five minutes doing a very simple stress free job. She is not a waitress who makes $4 an hour and she should not expect a tip. We don't tip our nurses or doctors because they are not a service industry. Administering Botox is not waitressing or lawn mowing or house cleaning. They make enough money to live on and are not working in a subservient position. They are professionals who make good money. I really wish we would all stop letting these people bamboozle us into giving them money they haven't earned. It's gotten completely out of hand especially when the first tip option is over $50. The entitlement these people have is astounding. I gave her $20 and I wish I hadn't. Because I was not allowed to make my own decision in this process, I now look like an angry lunatic with a line running down the center of my forehead that should have been filled as I requested because I was spending MY money. Instead of being happy with the result that I paid dearly to get, instead, I am going to spend the next six months waiting for it to work itself out. I should also mention that I've been getting Botox for over ten years and have never experienced the kind of pain that I did this time. My entire forehead and around my eyes were red and super bruised and I had pain for three days afterward. I don't know why that would be, but I was worried that there was something really wrong and I'm still a little concerned and questioning exactly what may have been injected into my head. I will be looking into who regulates this stuff and making a complaint. (Edit: I just googled how to report a med spa. There are lots of videos and articles. I had a russian lip filler technique by Alexandria on 1/17/25. Booking online for an appointment was easy. You'll need to fill out a couple of forms pre appointment. I consulted Alexandria on what I was looking for in terms of aesthetics and we immediately got down to business :) First a numbing cream was applied on the lip area for 20 minutes. All throughout the procedure, Alexandria informed me where she was going to inject the filler (we used Juvaderm). After 10 minutes, we took a look at the shape of the top lip just to make sure filler and lip shape was to my liking. Alexandria explained to me how to massage my lips after 2 weeks to break up the filler that will tend to migrate into the inner lip. What I do hope was at least a short instruction to take home post procedure. Although I've read through numerous posts online how to take care of my new lips such as taking arnica tablets prior to procedure and post procedure, arnica cream to manage bruising, drinking lots of water and just being careful of the lip area for the next 2 weeks, a post email check up would have been great. All in all, I highly recommend Alexandria at Beverly's Med Spa for your next lip filler appointment. She made my experience truly amazing. read more

Horrible service, no return call. I was in the Chandler office Nov 22. I bought a special from Groupon for Juvederm. Alexandria was was very kind, I was aware she was new, but sounded like she knew her stuff. I was interested in filler at my upper lip for vertical lines/wrinkles. She told me the norm is for Botox to take care of the vertical lines. We decided to use both. I told her I did not want fluid running out of my mouth when drinking and she said it would not happen. The next morning my upper lip was extremely swollen. I figured it was normal. Since that time my problems have been many. I called the spa 3 times, got the recording twice and the receptionist answered once. I asked to speak with the manager who was Rory. She said I could make an appt and come in. I live in Payson and did not want to make the drive. I told her I know there is nothing that can be done after Botox except time. She said she would pass the message to Rory and she would call me back "when she had time!" Apparently she has not yet had time. I also emailed them without a response. Results of my treatment: -My speech is garbled or slurred. It takes great effort to speak and am unable to enunciate. My work involves a lot of time on the telephone-it's not working well. -Chewing and swallowing are difficult. I am only able to take very small bites and actually need to concentrate to swallow. Crumbs fall out of my mouth or I spit small pieces of food. -Drinking is very difficult. Fluids run out of my mouth. At times I can drink out of a straw but must position the straw just right and end up sucking up air also. -My coworkers thought I had stroked as the left side of my mouth hardly moves. I know time will fix everything and there is nothing to do at this point. I am appalled that Rory never returned my call. I do not suggest this place to anyone and will certainly never return. **BEWARE** Don't be fooled by this Groupon "deal." This establishment uses a generic brand RF Microneedling device, but they charge more than the name brand premium for each treatment. $900 per session is $100 higher than the price I pay at a boutique med spa for a LegendPro session, which has consistently yielded a very evident reaction immediately after, and measurable results in the days & weeks post treatment. At the start of my treatment on 8/11/23 at Beverly's the esthetician confirmed the topical anesthetic was OTC, and not the clinical strength that's needed to tolerate RF Microneedling discomfort. I wasn't the slightest bit numb, I can feel her gloved fingers and the cotton pad washing the OTC numbing cream off. I felt the needles, very similar to what I feel with a .25 home-use derma-roller. After the facial my face was the exact same shade and not the slightest bit of pink or inflamed. At all!!!!! I took pictures just before, immediately after, 1 & 2 months after. As suspected, there is no evident improvement in my skin texture. I called Beverly's on 9/7 and was not offered any explanation or options for resolution. I called again 9/14 and was told a manager, Lori would call me back. 10/4 5:25pm Lori was already gone for the day I called again 10/6 12pm - Lori told me the owner would be in contact by 10/13. On 10/11 I text their business number the pictures they requested and kindly reminded I was still waiting for a callback to discuss options for resolution I've called every day since and they either blocked me or are screening my calls because I go to voicemail after 1 ring tone. Don't waste your time, money or patronage to an establishment that clearly does not value customer service. I have had two appointments for juverderm filler in my lips since the beginning of the year and I have been happy with the results (for the most part). I had my first appointment for one syringe in February and I initially liked the results but after a couple weeks, it was hard to tell any difference. I had my second appointment on 5/26/23 and a trainee did my lips. She did a great job and I only paid 250 for another syringe. I now have 2ml in my lips but the difference compared to no filler is very subtle (which just seems odd to me). This has nothing to do with the quality of the business, but more as something to consider if you want to get your lips done. Okay, so I don't really leave reviews but this place seriously deserves ten stars!!! The customer service here is beautiful. The sweet girl in the front was so kind on the phone, and even with me being late to my appointment, was so extremely kind/understanding. Channing was my injector and she was so thorough and really listened to what I wanted for my lip injections. She was so nice throughout the entire process, gave me advice on what I should do, and supported me with her kind words during each injection.
