    This place is literally GARBAGE (see the pictures for evidence if you have any doubts - garbage disposal room overflowing, neighborhood garbage overflowing outside, health and safety violations, late night COVID pool parties, loud shrieking kids in the pool area courtesy of an inconsiderate family, fresh scent of marijuana in common areas, sloppy disorganized mailroom). Rent for existing residents chimes in at about $3000/mo for a tiny 850 sqft unit, and about $2500 for the same for new residents). That's a TON to charge for living in a 40 year old garbage-overflowing residence during a pandemic in a garbage-laden neighborhood with homeless people in a stone throw's distance. And those $2000 resident referral notices posted all over place instead of actual news and improvements being made to the building speaks desperation. Some of the contractors/staff also willfully attempt to crowd elevators with two or more residents inside. Your health and safety isn't their priority - your money ALWAYS is. There are also plenty of new places in areas nearby charging far less in rent ($2200-$2400/mo) for less garbage and people are moving out of the city for way cheaper rates than that. Do NOT bother reading the 'polite' replies from management - as you'll notice, their replies are also, well... garbage. And don't discuss with management either - run with the wind, not the garbage :)

    I been here for the last two years and this has been by far the best experience I've had in my apartment journey. It's so pet friendly and quiet! They even have a doggie bar! neighborhood is great too everything is walkable and the local small businesses nearby are great as well! I can see myself here for more years to come.

    I Inquired about this property a few days ago. Received a reply back for a request on a tour pretty quick which I was quite surprised as I wasn't expecting a reply so quickly, The leasing lady I spoke to over the phone was very helpful providing info on the property and the 1 bedroom that was available. I Scheduled an appt for this morning and had a tour with Cristal. The tour was great and she was very friendly and provided plenty of info and showing us all the property and the amenities it offers. I wish I would have seen this property sooner as I missed out on their one bedroom. But crossing my fingers that something will open up soon as I really like this place and the neighborhood as well as how close it is to my upcoming jobsite.

    There is a cockroach infestation going on here in the apartments and they are absolutely not cooperative in following up about it. The pest control they sent out didn't do anything and they want the tenants to pay for a prompt return visit from pest control. Why would the tenant have to pay when the tenants are keeping their places spotless? Do not live here. Terrible!

    Update: 9.27.2021 Hi Kendrick Carter and ViveLA, The shower rod is rather flimsy but safer for that to fall on me than glass shower doors. I would like to thank the LAHD and the inspector who showed up and forced you to bring things up to code (Please, see picture) This is really about safety. Even if I wasn't paying over $3k a month in rent, it is a reasonable expectation for any tenant to feel their home is safe. You know what makes me feel unsafe? 1- Your seemingly ability to lie or deny with what seems like complete impunity. Regards to the REAP reports, you say, "the address is not for our community". I have attached 3 screen shots. First screen shot shows the landing page at LAHD where it clearly shows the address as 467 S ARNAZ DR, LOS ANGELES, CA 90048 Second screen shot shows property information to include Assessor Parcel Number (4334003055) and also clearly shows your address; same as above Third screen shot shows that 467 S ARNAZ DR, LOS ANGELES, CA 90048 was in REAP - Case Number: 515879 2- And this is a BIG ONE. This one makes me feel more and more unsafe - During this time of escalating violence against Asians and Asian-hate on the rise, why are you presenting yourself as Asian? I pointed this out to you on my reply here on this platform on 8/16/2021. We both know you are NOT Asian yet here you are still representing as if you are. Why? Are you choosing to do this on your own? Is ViveLA making you use the image? Does ViveLA know of this and they condone it? The photographer is based in Minnesota. The image is lifted from headshots of senior pictures. It's some kid's senior picture!! The building also has a really nice gym, which has been a huge plus for me. It's convenient, clean, and well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly, and the overall community feels welcoming. One of the biggest reasons I've enjoyed living here so much is because of Danny and Stephanie. They're always helpful, responsive, and truly care about the people who live here. They don't make you feel like just another tenant -- they treat you like family. Anytime something needs attention or an issue comes up, they handle it very quickly and efficiently. It's reassuring knowing management actually cares and takes action right away. I'm really grateful to call this place home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to live in the area.

Hands down, so amazing - Units are S P A C I O U S - Neighbors actually are kind + talk to you - Communal area pool + ranges are amazing - Staff, did I mention that already? - Walking distance to amazing food + drinks - Well maintained building Cons - Parking for guests (street parking - plenty, so not bad) The parking is not a deal-breaker for your guests. If you have two spaces and don't have two cars, you can always get them into your other space to avoid street parking. With meters and lots all over the area, what else would expect from the city life? It's safe here and frequently monitored by SouthPark officers as well. What I'll sorely miss about this place were the relationships that I built. I knew the entire staff and would wave, talk, and truly lean in with them all. Whether it was before/after work, going out for the night, or chatting, they were more than friendly. They became my community of friends. They felt like family. If you want a place that does not feel pretentious, has a community of others that say "hi" to you, and is close to the core of DTLA, come live here. It will be hard to find a staff that manages the building and secures it, then you will find it at ELLEVEN. Cleaning staff of what I can tell might be only 2 people do a great job of handling the occasional mess. Apartments: Well maintained, appliances are pretty good, but all compact versions as the rooms themselves are pretty small. Decent amount of cabinet space, and high ceilings so if you can make use of vertical storage, you should be in good shape. Floors are concrete so while they are easy to clean, they are also very cold. Not recommended for families due to size, but couples can make due and singles will be fine as long as you don't have a lot of stuff. Amenities: - Parking is limited to 1 space per apartment which would be one of the few drawbacks but some of the neighboring streets have free parking with only 1 day where you have to move the car for street cleaning. Streets in the area are also very safe seeming.. Building has electric car charging spots also. - Gym Equipment is relatively new, good quality and kept clean. Nothing too fancy, similar to a nice hotel. Would be nice to have 1 or 2 more items but definitely adequate for a relatively small apartment complex. Also, never busy and 24 hours (although be careful after hours as I believe the person directly above can hear the noise from the gym). Two large TV's for watching games etc. - Coffee Commissary: This place is great. While it's not part of MLofts, it is in the same building and is a good place to do work. - Pet Run: This is a secure walkway where you can walk your dog. A great idea in concept but I generally walk around the block to the grass. - Laundry: 1 washer/ 1 dryer on every floor. Seems like not enough but I've only occasionally run into a situation where I had to borrow another floor's. Laundry rooms are relatively clean (as far as laundry rooms go anyway). - Common gathering areas: Firepit, common area tables and penthouse grills are all well maintained. These areas don't seem to get much use. While they are nice to have, I think it's probably because it's a bit awkward to have a gathering or to hang out in the middle of the common where you are in view of basically everyone else that lives in the complex (unless you're into that sort of thing). The penthouse grill area is more private which is nice, but again, I've never seen a gathering up there. - Wifi in lobby/gym: This seems a little spotty, but there's general cell service in the area. Staff: Julie the Property Manager and Stephanie the Assistant Community Manager are definitely a huge plus for this place. Both of them are very responsive to concerns and will go out of their way to take care of issues. They have responded to all of our maintenance requests within 24 hours. They even move all of the packages into the locked office before they leave for the weekend and put them back out in front of your mailbox to minimize the chance of theft. Residents: Generally young professionals who keep to themselves, very dog friendly.

I've lived in many apartments in my life, and it is rare to encounter a leasing specialist like Shanice - who is truly a step ahead on the details and provides such an overwhelmingly positive experience. I've had a rambling list of questions, and she has put me at ease with her patience and with each answer (via email, phone, and in-person; excellent communication). I honestly feel comfort in knowing that Shanice and Jackie are on staff at M Lofts. I can tell they care, and it makes me feel at home.

We ended up going with a unit in a different area for work convenience, but honestly we really loved the concrete floors and the view from the balcony. The place looks really well run. The landlord, Sabrina, is an absolute dream to have on your team. She's personable, she listens, she cares, and she will do what it takes to make you confident in your home. Her team member Alex, is so sweet and hard working. Both of them rock a smile daily, and are very easy to talk to. The building is clean, they keep the units up to date and working efficiently and effectively. I went from a 2 bedroom, to a 1 bedroom over the course of a handful of years. My partner and I at the time were the very first renters to secure a unit in the brand new built complex. It was a virtually perfect living experience for us, and then myself alone in the one bed unit. Better late than never, I HIGHLY recommend this complex as a hop-skip-jump away from Sunset Blvd and all Silver Lake and Echo Park have to offer. THANK YOU for making me feel important and completely cared for.
