Something needs to be done about the staff in there. I have worked in shops myself and if I spoke and treated customers like they do I would have been sacked.

Fortunately there's never any shortage of friendly and helpful assistants to sort you out. I always look out for reduced price plants in the spring and summer, you can often pick up a tray of plants for about 10p.
