I was in there today only because b&q didn't have what I wanted and the little blonde member of staff was so horrible to me when I asked for help, another customer helped me in the end as he heard the way she spoke to me. Something needs to be done about the staff in there. I have worked in shops myself and if I spoke and treated customers like they do I would have been sacked.

B&M is a discount retailer and is very similar to Home Bargains. Personally I prefer Home Bargains…read morewhich to me seems to offer better quality and lower prices. However B&M is still worth a browse and there are bargains to be had. The Rhyl branch has recently opened in the former Woolworths in the White Rose Centre. It's bigger than the other branches I've been to and has a very good range of stock. There's a bit of everything from food to clothing and homeware to toys. At present it's also clean and tidy (which in my experience isn't always the case with B&M) and it will be interesting to see if it stays this way. All in all an decent addition to Rhyl town centre.

There is always enough parking and trolleys to place your items on. This is not a massive B & Q so may not have the items in stock that the bigger stores have. The garden centre is at the rear of the store and the staff have always been friendly and approachable.
