I contacted Wilkos who indeed said they had a record of two orders even though I had no confirmations I explained I only wanted one and could I cancel one. They said due to their speedy dispatch that both orders had already left and I would have to refuse delivery of one gazebo to be refunded for one. I still get no delivery notification and then by chance while emailing Wilkos they tell me that my order is out for delivery that day, I rush home from work to wait for the delivery so I can refuse delivery of one of them. When the delivery arrives the courier only has one box from each gazebo and said the other boxes had not been dispatched, I refused delivery as told by Wilkos of one of the boxes and kept the other. Waited till the next morning still no notification of the other boxes arriving so contact Wilko's to be told the other boxes have not been sent to the courier yet. All in all I have had a nightmare with Wilko's so only got half of one Gazebo and been charged £709 twice, all in all I am ready for a breakdown. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE WILKO

The DIY section can be quite useful if you don't have a car to visit the larger out of town superstores and the prices are usually less than similar items in other high street shops. There are a limited number of tills in the Chester store so you may have to queue for a while, and there is no way to leave the store without going through the till area so even if you decide the queue is too long, it may take you a while to get out again. The shop is fairly clean, although has the smell that these places usually attract; a combination of bathroom and garden products which isnt very attractive but is understandable.

They stock mostly known brands, but it's a lot cheaper. Example: body brush from Boots £8 in Wilko's for around £1. Exactly the same thing but without the branding. Which is a nuisance because I bought the one from Boots. It's always the place I go to if I'm stuck. I needed silver spray paint a few Christmases ago to snazz up some decorations. Got it at Wilko's. I needed some silver craft glitter spray for a flower arrangement. Got glitter hairspray, which had the same effect, for 79p I think. Which was good compared to the £7 a can at Rennie's. Need cheap catfood to feed the stray cat that's always round our back door - Wilko's is the place. I think I've made my point.

They sell all sorts of bits and bobs in between, but this Women's store sells all their Per Una clothes at a fraction of their high street RRP. From summer dresses to throws, underwear and dressing gown, this place has it all, in a variety of shapes and sizes. The one complaint is that all the stock is mixed up because this shop is always mad busy! They have random items for sale as well, like tins of luxury Xmas biscuits all year round, and random seasonal junk that the main stores send them to sell off. The shop is huge, so if you're a woman on a clothes shopping mission, set aside a good half an hour to have a root around for a bargain!

There was a small Debenhams in Bangor and Llandudno had it's two Marks and Sparks but there wasn't a great shopping venue. A couple of years ago Parc Llandudno was opened, a new retail park featuring mainly fashion stores, and Debenhams was the flagship store. It's a decent sized place. Downstairs caters for the ladies with clothing, accessories and cosmetics. Go up the elevator and you'll find mens, kids and homewear. There's also a pleasant little cafe at the front looking out over the car park and across to the panoramic views of Asda. This is a decent addition to Llandudno and means that shoppers no longer need to make the trek to Chester.

Ladies clothes, perfumes, makeup, and underwear cover most of the ground floor. Upstairs you have the menswear, homewares, toys, and cafe. The womens underwear (I have been assured lol!) is of a high standard and reasonably priced. I feel that the bedsheets and kitchenware etc is heavily overpriced and you can probably get a better deal elsewhere. The perfumes are well priced, but at Christmas they really couldn't compete well against Boots. It seems for the January sales they have brought in loads of rubbish stock, I don't believe they are selling the good stuff at 70% off. Either that, or ninja shoppers turned up at the crack of dawn to buy up all the good stuff and leave all the rubbish behind. This is a known sales tactic employed by many companies, so I'm not just pointing the finger at Debenhams. We'll go there durning 'normal' times of year, but avoid the place like the plague in January. Strangely enough the store in Llandudno feels far more pleasant a place to be in than the brand new one recently opened in nearby Bangor. I think it's due to it's regular and far less disorienting layout.

Stock wise there's a wide range from food to homeware to toys. They also have lots of seasonal stuff so lots of gardening items in the summer and Christmas items in the winter. Nowhere else in the city can you buy a full range of fatty snacks and still get change from a quid. These aren't fake brands either. No 'Snikkers' or 'Cwavurs' or 'Ghalaxy Bars' here. No my friend, it's all the real deal. Now fill your pockets and scarper before they realise they've priced everything wrong. The only things that bring more joy than the low prices are of course the conveyor belts leading to the till. Each one is about the length of a 15cm ruler snapped in half. The woman on the till can touch the far end of it with her elbow.
