I loved the bridal and bridesmaids lines at the store, ultimately purchasing a Casablanca dress and Gather and Gown bridesmaid dresses. The shop no longer uses this supplier and after reading reviews of that company, I doubted my dress would arrive on time. Alterations would be necessary. The owner of the shop was very understanding and did her best to try and resolve but the supplier was simply not cooperative. The owner gave me a full refund as I requested. While this may not have turned out the way I planned, I was more than pleased with the service. This small shop has a beautiful selection of dresses for brides and other formal occasions and I would highly recommend them.

To make sure the lengths would be perfect, I tried on each pair of pants and each light sweater. Sandy also removed the drawstring leg straps, prior to hemming. I was given a date for the work to be done. Received a call from Sandy when finished (earlier than expected). Everything fit beautifully, and the alteration work was exceptional. Was great working with Sandy. She was timely (appointment, pickup), the quality of the alterations was fantastic, and the price reasonable. Thanks Sandy for fitting me into your busy schedule. Much appreciated.

I never did my update!…read more My Mom's outfit was great, and she loved it, which is the best outcome. We did have to go with something off the rack that could be altered due to our timeline, but my Mom look adorable and her outfit was perfect. Sandy added a simple beautiful (satin I think) trim to my Mom's top and cardigan, hemmed the pants for her and took in the top so it stayed on my Mom's shoulders (she's very little). THANK YOU for helping make my Mom feel as special as she should on my wedding day. XO

I and my groomsmen mailed our measurements to them well in advance and expected to have tuxes reserved and ready to go once we got there. NOT! It seemed that they just put the measurement cards to the side of their desk and waited til we got there to start actually looking for tuxes that fit us. Very unprofessional and not the way to run a business like this. The couple (I think it was the Needlemans) were nice enough but their formal wear and service fell far short of acceptable. Do not waste your money at this dump of a business. Instead, I recommend The Landing Company just 1 block down Main Street. They have a more professional staff and better selection of formal wear. Do not go to Needleman's!
