The owner of the shop was very understanding and did her best to try and resolve but the supplier was simply not cooperative. The owner gave me a full refund as I requested. While this may not have turned out the way I planned, I was more than pleased with the service. This small shop has a beautiful selection of dresses for brides and other formal occasions and I would highly recommend them.

She was quite rude actually and placed blame on the school for not allowing earlier drop off to check the fit. My son was measured incorrectly and it ultimately ruined his prom.
