One of my employees found Technical Paradigm and arranged an initial meeting. From the very beginning, TP was outstanding. They got us a wide range of candidates very quickly, they vetted them and summarized their skills (both pro and con) and worked hard to refine their results to meet our demand. We hired (and continue to hire) a good number of people through them. They are very responsive every time, they consistently follow up post hiring with both us and the employee, and they check in periodically to see how else they can be of use. Their check-ins are not over the top either - I would set them at just the right interval. In addition, of our recruiters, Technical Paradigm was the most competitively priced, offered a very reasonable guarantee period, and has been consistently the most responsive, sending us new and qualified candidates very rapidly. One was over six years ago. I temped for them for over a year through many different assignments, and I was regularly given work. They knew I was reliable and they could count on me to treat the client as though I was extension of their company. That entire time I was looking for a permanent position, and they were able to get work for me regularly. Eventually a job opened up that was a great fit for my experience and where I wanted to go that happened to be at a company I had temped for previously. The company was filling the position through Lakeshore, and the company knew they like having me when I was a temp. So, I was a shoe in! I got the job, got experience, and got promoted into different positions within different departments. Flash forward five years. I find myself in a different job that eventually became a completely wrong fit for me. In December of 2009, I left that job with no plan other than trying to temp for work again. I called several connection and had called multiple placement and temp companies including Lakeshore. Two months later a job came up that Lakeshore knew was a good fit for me, and that I would be a good fit for the company. I was hired for the position after doing the job on a temp to perm position for a short time.
