This is a small family business and Shawn and his wife are very warm, friendly people. Shawn was easy to communicate and work with. They arrived timely to our event and set everything up. The food was ready to serve at the designated time. We ordered tri-tip, chicken, portobello mushrooms, mac & cheese, zucchini, and the meal also included green salad and rolls. The Chicken and Mac&cheese were very good and our guests even commented how delicious they were. The green salad was Spring mix greens with shredded carrots and a couple different salad dressings. The rolls were Kings Hawaiian, which was a favorite of my grandkids as well as other guests. The tri-tip was very chewy with some gristle. The zucchini was over-cooked and mushy. Overall, we were very satisfied with this business. We would definitely choose the chicken and mac&cheese again. They cleaned up everything well and left us food since there were 10 guests that didn't come that we had paid for.

You could watch the guy cooking the oysters on the grill with melted cheese and all the fixings, and wow that savory garlicky sauce was really good and went perfectly with the yummy seafood toppings. There were other self-serve condiments available as well. I think the crawfish was my fave, however the others came pretty close. They forgot the bacon on my order, but it was still satisfying. And after trying these, I'd say the bacon's not even necessary.

Unfortunately, when I tasted it, I was really disappointed by how watered down the drink was, it was surprisingly light in color, and there was an odd aftertaste (from the milk or matcha or both? Not sure). The syrup itself was good but that was about the only thing saving the drink. After a while I just couldn't get myself to keep drinking it.
