Today I went in for my birthday reward drink! Thank god my birthday is during pumpkin season Got my Pumpkin Spice Latte with Almond milk and Pumpkin Cream Foam. Perfect coffee like always. I have never had a bad coffee from this location or any location. Tried something new .. Carnitas and Peppers Egg bites. They are huge bites too and the sauce ....delicious 10 out of 10 ‍‍ Fast and friendly service every time

Starbucks who? First time trying better buzz and it is hands down better than them in my humble opinion. Tried their best drink ever, which my husband thought was not a real drink when he asked what wanted to order (we were in the drive thru). It was a mix of classic americano + signature creamy vanilla, and I see how it got its name! Would definitely get it again!

Stopped by Better Buzz in North Temecula around 9:30 a.m. to meet some friends for Bible study. It has plenty of seating, a clean restroom, and a great atmosphere for studying or catching up with friends. I ordered the ham and cheese croissant, and it was really good! I'd give the food a 7/10 and would definitely come back for a quick bite.

This is a brand new Better Buzz that has been open since December 2025. Located near embassy suite and the Vons grocery store. Given it's in a shopping center, there is ample amount of parking, although there is some construction next door so immediate parking can be tight. Limited seating inside. There is a high boy communal table down the middle and some small tables along the walk. Additional seating can be found outside. Menus are pretty standard among their establishments. Just remember the drinks are all sweet, so if you are not a sweet fan stick to straight coffee or discuss with employees how you can reduce sweetness. Staff were all very kind and friendly. I appreciate them working on my drink flavors so it's not too sweet.

I enjoyed the coffee from Better Buzz! This location at Temecula had a steady flow of customers and offered a drive thru. The parking lot was full as there was construction going on at a neighboring business. The vibe is pretty fast paced as many customers come in and out. Patio seating was plentiful and interior seating had few table and a communal high table set up. The decor is nice and eye catching. Merch and coffee is available for purchase. The staff was knowledgeable and works efficiently. We ended up with choosing the Mocha Latte and Chai Latte both iced and both with oat milk. $1 additional charges for milk alternatives. The drinks came out nicely! The balance of sweetness and caffeine made the drinks enjoyable. My mocha latte was had the right amount of chocolaty flavor that I like! I felt instant energy after finishing my drink. The "buzz" was real. I go the boost I needed. Overall, it was a great blend of coffee and one I would visit again. ( ^_^)b

First time here and we had a great experience. The cashier was real nice and friendly we let her know it was our first time. They were pretty busy but we were in and out of there pretty fast. Drink tasted good as well as the breakfast sandwich and pastries we got. It was clean, and well maintained they had people inside and outside definitely a spot to try!!

Norman R.

Had a Better Buzz gift card burning a hole in my wallet and decided to visit the newly opened shop in town to see what all the "buzz" is about The shop opened recently, and upon arriving I noticed the huge drive through line of cars and the crowd parking lot, but I found a spot and proceeded to get my morning coffee fix on! On inside I noticed the place was immaculate and sparkling with popular music blasting to boost the oncoming caffeine vibe! Ordered a coconut cream danish and a cappuccino, and promptly sat outside to return to a calm, mellow atmosphere to enjoy the morning. The cappuccino was average and the danish good. Customer stews great, and I will return

This is a great spot for tea and coffee! I really enjoyed my iced Chai Tea Latte with oat milk. Not many cafes I've visited will sprinkle cinnamon on top, so it was a nice touch. This gave me the energy I needed for the day without the jitters. Within a few minutes, my vision was sharper and I became more alert. The chai flavor really came through! The cafe is set up like other cafes: indoor and outdoor seating, nicely decorated interior, very clean, they sell snacks near the register, coffee/tea bags, and merch for purchase are against the side of their wall. The staff is friendly and efficient. The music plays at a comfortable level. They have a wide variety of food and drinks I would like to try out on my next visit like their Buzzingers, Best Drinks Ever!, and their açaí bowl. Overall, I recommend this spot for those who need a pick-me-up and a quick bite to enjoy at the cafe, or on the go.

Raspberry Scone, iced Best Drink Ever®, and Conscious Chocolate smoothie.

Edith S.

I came back since my daughter really wanted to get something. I'm happy to report that the Açaí bowl has improved and that I used the second lane with no issues. I would like to thank Paul, the district manager, for acknowledging my concerns. It seems improvements were made as I have not encountered any further issues. I do appreciate the offered accommodations but couldn't accept. I eventually do need to get the application to earn rewards.

Brittany D.

I got the pistachio croissant and it was delicious!! I had the caramel vanilla latte and it was great. I'd say the food and the drinks are better than other large coffee chains. I went through the drive through and the service was super quick. From the outside the restaurant seemed to be pretty clean and modern.

Robert P.

Love the product, the staff, and their espresso machine! The buzz marketing is a little tacky but hey you gotta advertise. Their La Marzocco for espresso is a testament to owners who CARE and KNOW how good espresso is born. The Marzocco is to espresso what Sofia Loren is to beauty. Hand crafted in Florence Italy and named after the lion symbol of Florence found on top of the instrument, Marzocco delivers world class pressure to the grounds, resulting in consistent flavor and generous crema. I never stir the crema...never. Parking is awful but you don't drink the parking.

Kathlene M.

Today I ordered a large house coffee in the drive through with a "Tiny Splash of CREAM" when I got home I realized I got a ... Tiny splash of COFFEE with my cream... Such a bummer as it isn't often that I treat myself to coffee. Please listen to orders or learn what a splash means. It means to BARELY change color of coffee.

Came on the grand opening and was able to snag the giveaway (thank you). I've been to other locations and was delightfully surprised another was opening here. Visible from the main intersection, but still a slight construction area surrounding it. Lot parking available. Staff were helpful and welcoming, and at the drive thru offered a pup cup (biscuit treat included) when they noticed my dog. Ordered the Pistachio Best Drink Ever and Chili Crisp Breakfast Wrap. I appreciate that adjustments can be made to their drinks, and I enjoyed mine. However the wrap seemed to have been missing the chili crisp, so left much to be desired. read more

We stopped by this location and discovered a new coffee shop! Hubby originally ordered a drink that wasn't available (Coconut Best Drink Ever) - so that was a bummer. However, Angel took the time to recommend the Coconut Buzz and suggested we try it with coconut milk to add more coconut flavor - and it was really good. I had the Cinnamon Cream Cold Brew - also delish. We split a Best Breakfast Sandwich (which Angel said was her fave) and it did not disappoint! We were on our way home from Temecula and decided to stop for coffee on our way out - but we'll definitely be back for a visit next time we're in town! read more

This is a new location in Temecula in the old Claim Jumper location. We have visited their shop on Temecula Parkway in the past. The basic dark roast coffee was among the best I've had anywhere in town, and my wife was pleased with her latte. I had the breakfast wrap - it was served hot out of the oven as I like it. My wife had the Better Breakfast Sandwich and was able to switch the bread to sourdough, which she really liked as well. Counter service is awesome. They have two drive thru lanes. I'm sad, I'm told the guy I can't have carbs gestational diabetes so wanted sandwich without bread. The eggs were so cold. I had to eat them and almost threw up on my mouth, not good..also said no sauce and they put sauce, which I can't have- so couldn't eat the cheese or bacon. Just cold eggs. The coconut latte was so sweet I didn't expect it. Not their fault I guess but was hoping to enjoy a coffee out but I waisted $20. read more

Pricing was pretty much what you'd expect these days, just over $7 after tax for a large specialty drink. From the moment I walked in, I had an outstanding experience. Since I'm a tea drinker rather than a coffee drinker, I had several questions about the beverage menu. The gentleman who took my order was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect drink. He took the time to ask questions, make recommendations, and even let me know that if I didn't like my drink, he would gladly make me something else. That level of customer care is rare and greatly appreciated. I also believe the store manager stopped by our table to check on guests. They asked if we needed anything, offered water, and made sure everyone was doing well. That kind of personal attention goes a long way in making customers feel welcome and valued. Despite being consistently busy, the entire team handled the steady flow of customers with professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude. Everyone seemed genuinely engaged with customers, and the atmosphere reflected a team that enjoys providing great service. I also want to mention how exceptionally clean the store was, especially the restroom. It was obvious that cleanliness and attention to detail are priorities at this location. Please pass along my appreciation to the entire team. They made a lasting impression, and because of the outstanding service, I'll absolutely be back the next time I'm in Temecula. Thank you for creating such a welcoming experience. read more

I just have to take a moment to shout out the incredible team at Better Buzz Coffee especially three employees who truly make my mornings better every single time I visit. There are two guys and one girl who consistently go above and beyond with their service, and one of them, Donovan, absolutely stands out. I finally got his name today, and it made me appreciate even more how much care he puts into every interaction. What makes them so special isn't just how fast and efficient they are (which they definitely are), but how genuine they feel. No matter how busy it is, they always take a quick moment to check in, have a small conversation, and make sure I'm doing well. It's such a simple thing, but it really makes a difference in someone's day. Their energy is always positive, welcoming, and real. You can tell they actually care about their customers, and that kind of customer service is rare. They don't just serve coffee they create an experience that honestly sets the tone for my entire morning. To Donovan and the rest of the team: thank you for being consistently amazing. You are truly appreciated, and you make a bigger impact than you probably realize! read more

They always greet us with a smile and make the experience feel personal, which really stands out. Even during busy times, the team keeps a positive attitude and provides great service. The drinks are always made well, and the quality is consistent every time we visit. It's clear the staff takes pride in what they do. I had a great experience at Better Buzz Coffee, and the biggest reason was the outstanding service from Chelsea. From the moment I walked in, Chelsea was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely upbeat. She took the time to answer questions, made great recommendations, and handled everything efficiently even while the shop was busy. You can tell she really cares about customer experience--not just taking orders, but making sure people leave happy. Better Buzz Coffee is an awesome coffee shop because it has a really fun and modern vibe that makes people feel excited just walking in. The drinks are creative and taste really good, especially their specialty coffees and sweet drinks that you usually can't find at regular coffee places. Another reason it's great is that the shops are designed with cool decorations and bright spaces, which makes them perfect for hanging out, studying, or taking pictures. The staff are usually friendly and work hard to make drinks quickly while still making them taste great. Overall, it's a place where good coffee, good atmosphere, and good service all come together, which is why so many people love going there. read more

Let me start by saying I LOVE better buzz, and this is the first time I'm a little upset. I was so excited I finally didn't have to drive all the way to Temecula Pkwy to get some coffee. I usually always order a matcha or best drink ever, but today I was feeling a little more simple. I got a vanilla bean latte and wanted to add cold foam. My total plus tip was $9.49. I finally get my drink and... no cold foam :( I went through the drive through and it was going to be impossible with the construction and cars coming to turn around Normally, I'm not the one who likes to complain much. But spending $9 on a drink and it not being what I wanted kind of sucked. read more

Better Buzz Coffee is hands down one of my favorite spots. The vibe is always great, the drinks are consistently amazing, and the energy inside is exactly what you want from a coffee shop. Chelsea seriously made my visit. She was so friendly, fast, and actually cared about getting my drink right. It's rare to get customer service that feels genuine, but she was so warm and welcoming that it made the whole experience even better. One of my biggest issues would be that since this was our first time visiting, a greeting would have been nice. Not so much when you walk in, but a simple acknowledgement while waiting at the counter would have went a long way. We stood there for a couple minutes while your workers bustled back and forth without a word to us. The girl that came out from the back to take our order was the sweetest thing. Beautiful open concept, we chose the couch near the front window under the most beautiful fiddle leaf fig tree. We opted to dine in to have an experience and our coffees came in the cutest glassware which was a nice touch. While we sat and chatted, the owner's bf came to clear our plates and took a moment to have a few words, too. It's a must visit for the experience, we did have a couple annoying flies that wouldn't leave us alone during our visit, not sure if that can be helped as we were near the door. The brekky bagel was delicious although it was a bummer to be uncharged 75 cents for a few slivers of pickled red onion. I also didn't care for my iced caramel latte which wasn't very sweet nor had any flavor, it honestly just tasted like watered down coffee.
