My new addiction. There wasn't one thing I didn't like, well except that my coffee was gone way too fast lol. Should have gotten the large. I had the Mocha de Mexico with oat milk of course. It was perfection. The staff so sweet and helpful. And the branding...so well done. I had to refrain from buying hats and cups. Already craving the coffee again. read more

Oh man where do I start? I came by on my way to riverside, and I am sure glad to have stopped at this Better Buzz. The GM Brooke remembered me from 7 months ago and we started chatting it up! The hospitality at this cafe, quality of food/drinks, and vibes are second to none. She even recommended me a drink so I tried it. The vanilla bean latte half sweet with whole milk. But i changed it to almond milk and boy o boy was it good! read more

Miranda and junior were amazing customer service ! Great drinks! I liked the horchata iced coffee

We decided to try this location and so glad we did. Very impressed with the customer service and quality of drinks and food. The chai tea latte was so delicious I wish I ordered the large! The spices were perfect the whole way through not just at the end. We also enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches and had to try their desserts!! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure your order is correct. read more

It was time to get buzzed. I do love that they have a drive thru. Super small lot but very convenient and new location. I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and ordered a cold regular "best drink ever." It was empty. Their coffees are pretty rich in flavor and the menu looks like it is full of variety. I was just stopping by for quick coffee so did not take the time to order anything else. Great coffee and friendly staff. I will be visiting again and this time I will look closer at the menu read more

Nathan was super helpful, took my order quick in the drive thru ! Will be coming back soon

The service at the drive thru was probably the most stressful experience I've ever had. Surely this must've been a one off, but I think it needs to be addressed. First, miss girl in over the head set was way too sale-sy... "can I start you off with something to eat, like our new carnitas taco?" Like I actually wanted the chilli jam croissant... which I couldn't remember because sis was talking too much. Then she was like "and to drink? Or was that all?" Like HUH?!? Caught me off guard once again, made me almost forget the drink I wanted... lavender tea latte iced "Looks like you also have 100 points to redeem for a free regular drink, would you like to use that today?" Like omg I'm in a rush, "yeah sure?" I said.. HOPING THIS IS THE END. Then she goes, "oh, and would you like to add a pastry to your order?" AHHHH NOOOOO!!! Like omg why was that the most chatty better buzz interaction I've ever had? It sounded scripted. Like it was her first day? Someone please help her. Anyway, dude at the window was super chill. As always, as a San Diego native supporting the brand since the first store ever in San Marcos, I love seeing all of these new locations pop up everywhere! Edit: my GO-TO (I get this drink REGULARLY, feel free to check my account) latte isn't oat milk... :-) but that's okay because it was a free drink, so I'll take it as a net zero read more

We recently visited Better Buzz Coffee because we were in the area early one morning and my daughter had also recently been here and loved it. Since we were short on time and only wanted coffee, we went through the drive thru. I had a vanilla bean latte which was very good. The only problem I found is with the pricing - the menu only shows the price for a regular size drink, but when we ordered at the drive thru, the person taking our order quickly asked "will that be a large?" We ordered a regular size and noticed that the price for it was the price shown on the menu. If we had ordered a large and didn't think to ask, we wouldn't have known how much it was until we paid. I think this is a bit misleading. The menu should show pricing for the different sizes. Just my thought. read more

Great experience and ambiance, happy to have in in north Temecula, Christian was great help!

Let me start by saying, CORP LISTENED! I am not sure what happned here but this location has been on fire. I have not changed my order, I like what I like, and they have hit the nail on the head over and over. Drive through, DO NOT be scared when you see a long line, they move these cars like its a comp with Chick Filet. Inside, WTG, fixed the issue, I think they really took a second to understand inside walkers are just as important as drive up. They learned to focus on both not just one and ignore the other. So all this being said, this is why I am updating my review. Side note: Try the chocalate chip break warmed.......you're welcome! read more

This is a fairly new Better Buzz location and it's already a win! They have dual drive-thrus, which keeps things moving and prevents the line from getting backed up -- such a game changer. I went through the drive-thru this morning and Nathan was super helpful with my order. The entire team moved quickly and efficiently, which was especially impressive for a busy Saturday morning. Great service, smooth flow, and a stress-free coffee stop. I'll definitely be back! read more

The coffee always taste amazing and their crumbones have my heart my favorite coffee stop.

I ordered a blueberry lavender refresher for $7.00. Taste like lemonade with a few blueberries. Also I got a medium capuchino with almond milk to go I think a third of the cup was liquid the rest was foam. Nathan was super helpful! Answering all my questions and helping to place my order with a smile. read more

Had such a great experience at Better Buzz! The team was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole visit really enjoyable. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to! read more

Starbucks loyalist here--and I think I've officially been converted! It was small and cozy and the vibe inside is very trendy. I tried the Banana Pudding drink and it is hands-down the best coffee. Pro Tip: I added a shot of espresso to mine and it kept me energized for the entire day! The drive-through moved super fast, and the staff (especially the former Starbucks barista!) was incredibly helpful for a newcomer. The Verdict: It is a bit pricier than Starbucks, but the quality, flavor, and caffeine kick make it worth every penny. New favorite spot! The downfall: I didn't care for the breakfast wrap I got. However, that is always my only personal preference. read more

Nathan was super friendly and patient with my order. Greeted me with a smile and offered opinions.

I stopped at the Temecula Parkway location on my way to work and unfortunately my drink was very bitter. Since I was already running late, it wasn't possible to turn around and go back. I decided to stop by the Rancho California drive-thru and explained that my drink just didn't taste right. Without hesitation, the team was kind, understanding, and made me a fresh one. It tasted absolutely perfect! I really appreciated how they took the time to make it right and turned a disappointing start to my morning into a great one. Thank you, Better Buzz off of Rancho California, for the excellent customer service and for going above and beyond. It's little things like this that keep customers coming back! Coming from a Starbucks girly all I can say is 10 out of 10!!! I ordered an iced coffee and breakfast wrap, and it was delicious. Breakfast wrap tasted like it was freshly cooked and not frozen and thrown into the oven. Also five stars from me because they had Tapatio packets. It was my first time there so I was contemplating my order, but the girl there helped me make a decision so customer service was great as well. They'll be definitely seeing more of me. Oh, and they have a drive-through love the convenience. read more
