I've waited over six separate visits to write this review because I wanted to bee-lieve the buzz. Better Buzz has potential, but the low star rating really comes down to the employees and terrible service. The attitude from the staff is consistently unpleasant, and it feels like they're annoyed before you even finish giving your order. It doesn't matter the time of day either. Even after repeating my order multiple times, it still doesn't come out right, which is frustrating when it happens over and over. Visit after visit. The drinks themselves are good, but the customer service needs major improvement. Again, the primary complaint here! The smoothies are inconsistent; sometimes watered down, and/or sometimes lacking flavor altogether. On a few occasions my smoothie has been missing the pollen, which is the best part! The new better buzz in Vista Commons is so good! I don't think I've ever had drinks made as quickly as they can make them and make them correctly. We went in on a Saturday and ordered at the counter with a very kind and welcoming barista. As soon as we sat down one drink was done and before getting back to the table the second drink was done. Our drinks tasted perfect too. Really couldn't ask for more. Easily in and out. I had one of my usuals, the caramel buzz, and my husband had his usual, the best drink ever. Honestly both were perfect. So happy with our entire experience! They have a lot of indoor and outdoor seating at this location as well. Fun designs in the cafe as always and it seemed quite spacious for their counter/kitchen. I received a drink hot when I ordered it iced, however that wasn't my main issue. When I asked for the drink to be remade properly I noticed the manager there started berating the barista and making snide comments for making an error. She was genuinely being hostile and acted as if a minor inconvenience was a fireable offense which made me uncomfortable asking for a a quick fix. I have no issue with the coffee or the service but the management definitely needs improvement, otherwise I'd just feel guilty getting my coffee here knowing that the staff is casually being mistreated on the daily. read more

I frequent this better buzz. I would say overall, they have consistent service. Although, when it gets busy, they make quite a few mistakes. I get a large drink with modifications which totals to an $11/ cup of coffee, which I'm fine with paying if the drink is made correctly. That being said, I expect the drink to be correct. I received a drink in a large cup with the amount of liquid equating to a regular size AND my drink was made incorrectly. I understand that business can and will be hectic. Even so, the person handing out the drink needs to double check the ticket, EVEN IF it takes an extra minute. Give the people what they've paid for correctly, they'll appreciate that extra minute!
