Ugh, I'm kind of over this place. Plan on spending, on average, 8$ for a drink. Plan on a cluster of a parking lot, plan on long lines inside and drive-through, plan on about a 15 minute wait time for your drink. Also, my husband and I each had coupons for free drinks, waited in drive through only to be told we can only use 1 coupon per car. Ended up having to park and go in and do separate orders and wait in that line. Best part was my husband had ordered a hot coffee but they gave it to him iced. Because of already waiting twice, he just took the iced coffee. Inside is loud and crowded. Just not worth it for your time and money. Stuck around waiting for someone to process the refund, maybe another 10 minutes. She confirmed it was done, but it's been two weeks and it was never refunded. During the last two weeks, I called twice and no one answered. Left a voicemail and no one got back to me. Emailed customer service twice and haven't heard back. Today 6/29/25 @1:25pm. The girl who took care of us on the drive thru had terrible customer service. She was being accusatory. When we pulled up she said, "I'm going to skip you and take their order instead" (referring to vehicle behind us). My mom and I were baffled for what she had said. When she came back to take our order, she started accusing us.."next time don't cut people off or we would send you to the back of the line". We told her that the white vehicle had let us go through. Then she continued on saying, "well that's not what I heard from their end". We put in our order and she continued to accuse us that we had cut the white vehicle off. Told her that maybe next time she should also provide better customer service and she should never approach any customer in such an aggressive manner. It was our first time there, we didn't know where the entrance initiated. That's where Google maps took us. I even created an account while we were waiting in line since we were hoping to visit again but after that experience, never again. The staff who handed us our order were polite, friendly and professional (girl at the window). She almost gave us the wrong drink because the girl who stood outside to take our order decided to skip us and messed the order of the drinks for the staff indoors. I figured it would be easier if I ordered through the app since usually when I verbally order at the café, there will always be something wrong with my drink. But this time I asked for oat milk replacement and to add the foam, but when I received my drink through the drive-through it was too late for me to realize that my drink was incorrect. They forgot to add foam and I can taste the whole milk instead of oat so I'll be stuck in the bathroom for the rest of the day. Usually it isn't hard to go back and get the drink fixed, but since the location is located in such a busy street, the drive-through line was long and parking was unavailable due to how small the parking lot was.
