What can I say? This is simply the best coffee place in town! I'm always hesitant to try new places, but this California coffee chain quickly became a favorite of mine that I regularly go to now. Their quality, customer service, and atmosphere all together create a place that is welcoming to new customers. I do have to say all the drinks/items I have tried have not disappointed me in any way. read more

My first order I got the horchatta latte. As told, it is sweet but so delicious. The 2nd time, I got vanilla bean latte and it was yummy too! I ordered via app the 2nd time and I already a reward for the next visit. I'm overall impressed with the service, quality and so happy they've got a drive through! It was extremely salty and had a very bad fishy taste from the clams. Almost where I wonder if they were spoiled. I threw the remainder away. As I unwrapped the sandwich, I had to look back at my order to see if I ordered the kids size or something. Not only did it appear small in length, but there was hardly any meat on the sandwich. As you can see from the pictures, the turkey is barely even an ingredient at this point. Such a sad excuse for a sandwhich. Like I said though, the sourdough bread itself is great. I came over here and saw that this place existed and am surprised it took me this long to finally eat here. My first meeting of a sandwich shop and butcher shop was in Kentucky. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I ordered an extra for my flight home. I will say that this place lived up to that same standard. I was out w the old lady and we wanted something to share. I sat down to look at the menu and one lady came in and ordered 2 tri tip sandwiches, a comment was made about her being a regular. She said they were her fave. Another guy came in and said he'd been there 6 times in 2 weeks! He'd been wanting to try the hatch burger but it was always sold out. He got it that day. He went through all the things he'd tried then said his dr wanted him to lower his cholesterol. We laughed. They were also talks about cookies they tried as an experiment that sold out quickly. I ordered between the two regulars. Mom perused and I occasionally talked to the staff. They had a chicken sandwich on the board and the guy that helped us was cool. I didn't get his name but he knew the regulars, the menu and his way around the place. He said his favorite Mac was the beer cheese one so that's what we did. People went and came while we waited. I usually chill but I did ask. He said they were cooking a chicken breast from raw so it's 15+ minutes. Once I understood, I'll gladly wait for food cooked from scratch. Our food came out shortly after. I took a bite of the Mac before we went outside. Piping hot but also delicious. The beer cheese added a depth to it and it was super creamy. I should've asked for the sando to be cut in half. It was so delicious tho. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Juicy and flavorful. It was just an amazing sandwich. I want to try so many more things, I can't wait to go back. My mom loved it. I don't hear that often so I let her eat the majority of it. The western burger will probably be next, it was raved about but I'm excited to try the waygu too. Thankfully it's far enough away I don't have 6 times in 2 weeks in the cards but I do understand and likely would if it were closer.

I debated sending this review as I have seen how hard these workers work on my visits to this store. It is usually always a pleasant one. Yesterday something just didn't sit right with me and as a women I need to say something. The girls working you could tell were working hard and trying to get the orders out. There was a shorter girl on drinks and another girl bouncing all over both were working hard. Then in the time I was there I see this older gentleman running between a part of the store I couldn't really see and over by these two girls. Every time he came over he was raising his voice at the girl running all over and grabbing drinks from her counter and handing out to wrong people and then would run away again and the two girls had to keep checking who got what order. Another customer said to me what is going on people are getting wrong orders. Thank god for the two girls who ended up figuring it all out. But again he comes over and starts making a drink and the girl with the headset showed him the cup she had in her hand and he got frustrated at her and tossed the cup in his hand aggressively and ran away again. In all of my visits I have never seen another employee treat the others this way. I truly felt bad for these two girls who both were doing their absolute best to fix the situation for all of us waiting. The one girl just kept apologizing us for the wait. I feel bad leaving a 2 star becasue those girls deserve a 5 but what i saw yesterday is not acceptable to those girls and someone needs to know. He must be some kind of boss so I didn't want to call the business to talk to him. read more

Better Buzz Coffee stands as a beacon of modernity in Henderson's coffee landscape. Operating until 9 PM, it fills a crucial void in the area's late-night caffeine offerings. The establishment's aesthetic is a study in contemporary design, with its black, gold, and white color scheme creating an ambiance of sophistication. Ample seating, including a communal high table and accessible options, caters to diverse clientele. Impeccable cleanliness extends from the main area to the restrooms, setting a high standard for hygiene. The predominantly female staff exudes professionalism and warmth, enhancing the overall experience. Wi-Fi performance is commendable, making it an ideal workspace for the digitally inclined. Their beverage lineup, while extensive, yields mixed results. The 'Best Drink Ever' lives up to its moniker, masterfully blending Americano with creamy vanilla beans. The Candy Cane variation elevates this further with a festive twist. However, other offerings fall short of expectations. The Horchatte Latte, despite its popularity, disappoints with a bitter aftertaste. The Mint Infused Ice Coffee lacks discernible mint flavor, while the Eggnog Latte fails to leave a lasting impression. Better Buzz Coffee excels in ambiance and core offerings but has room for improvement in its specialty drinks. It stands as a solid choice for those seeking a refined coffee experience in Henderson, particularly during evening hours. read more

I really enjoy Better Buzz Coffee. The drinks are great, the staff is always friendly, and the overall atmosphere is awesome. That's why I'm leaving this review. My biggest issue is the volume of the music. It's consistently so loud that it's difficult to hear employees when placing an order. I've experienced this both inside the café and in the drive-thru. In the drive-thru, between the road noise and the music, I often struggle to understand what's being said. Inside, it can be just as difficult to have a normal conversation or clearly hear staff members. I completely understand wanting to create a fun and energetic atmosphere, but there has to be a balance. When customers are ordering, communication should come first. Loud music shouldn't make it harder for customers and employees to hear each other. The coffee, drinks, and customer service are excellent, which is why this issue stands out so much. My recommendation would be to lower the music volume, especially around the ordering areas and drive-thru. It would significantly improve the customer experience without taking away from the vibe of the café. Overall, I still think Better Buzz is one of the better coffee spots in the area, and I'll continue coming back. I just hope management considers making this small adjustment because it would make a noticeable difference. read more

I recently visited Better Buzz Coffee in Las Vegas, and I have to say, I'm already looking forward to my next trip back! I ordered a Snickerdoodle Latte, and it was fantastic. This location used to be one of my favorite coffee shops for the last year but the last 4 months have had consistently horrible service. They have made me late on 3 separate occasions despite ordering ahead at least 30 minutes in advance. My last straw was when I ordered a small oat milk for my kid and despite receiving a tag that said oat milk on the cup, it was in fact cows milk, literally something that could've sent my kid to the hospital due to his extreme allergy, extremely careless behavior. When I brought it up to the manager they didn't seem to care and I even sent an email to the noted bbdm email in yelp and never received a response which clearly shows their lack of care. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this location if you care about service and receiving the CORRECT order. read more

I was so excited to hear that BetterBuzz is finally in Las Vegas! I'd never been before, but I knew it was a big hit in California. I went on opening day, and while the wait was long (30 minutes for two coffees), the service was excellent. The barista even handed out free energy drinks to those of us waiting, which was a nice touch. The matcha latte was a pleasant surprise - even better than Starbucks! My fiancé tried the whiskey-flavored coffee, and he loved it, saying it tasted just like whiskey. The vibe is casual and grab-and-go, with seating for studying or working, although it can get pretty loud. All in all, it's a fun spot to hang out and grab a coffee, and I'll definitely be back! read more

While i was waiting i noticed a customer berating the woman because they had to wait for their drink and she handled it with so much grace no one should be yelled at while doing their job, were all waiting!! And its a holiday people expect longer wait times! i waited around 10 minutes but totally worth it my coffee was amazing love this store and will always be back!! read more

Better Buzz Coffee is my go-to spot for the perfect caffeine fix! The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, with a cool aesthetic that makes it just as great for catching up with friends as it is for getting some work done. Every drink I've tried has been consistently delicious -- especially their caramel vanilla latte(favorite drink btw). The staff is friendly, fast, and always seem happy to be there, which makes the experience even better. Whether you're a coffee aficionado or just looking for something tasty and energizing, Better Buzz never disappoints. Highly recommend! read more

The service is always so warm and welcoming, and it genuinely makes each visit feel a little special. From the second we walked in, we felt right at home. I also love that there's plenty of parking and an easy drive-thru option when I'm in a hurry. The inside is bright and airy -- one of those spaces that instantly lifts your mood. We had every intention of sitting outside to enjoy the sunshine, but the wind quickly changed our plans. Honestly, staying inside worked out perfectly -- it gave us a chance to slow down, relax, and really enjoy our time there. read more

Stopped by Better Buzz Coffee in Henderson and I totally get the hype. I tried the Snickerdoodle Latte and the veggie egg bites. The latte was a little sweeter than I usually like, but next time I'll just ask for it less sweet. The veggie egg bites, though? Easily some of the best I've ever had from a coffee shop. The staff was friendly, the shop was clean, and the whole place had such a cute vibe. Definitely will be adding to my rotation. read more

I'm obsessed with this place! 10/10 best coffee you'll ever have, I was obsessed when they were in California and now that they are in Vegas it is my everyday. Staff is amazing and super sweet and give the best recommendations. It is a little bit more expensive than your average coffee shop but it is worth every penny spent. I get the snickerdoodle latte with oat milk and cinnamon cold foam ( to die for) definitely give it a try read more

had such a great experience at this coffee shop! The food was absolutely amazing -- fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. There was a girl working there her name is KY who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome. It's rare to come across service like that these days. Definitely coming back -- highly recommend! read more

I recently visited BetterBuzz and was thoroughly impressed! Despite being really busy (likely due to its new opening), the atmosphere was lively and inviting. The first time I went I got the Snickerdoodle latte and the second time I got a Matcha latte, both of which were delicious. Overall, I highly recommend BetterBuzz and can't wait to try more of their offerings! read more

It's always a great experience at Better Buzz. I usually order ahead and it's ready by the time I get there (I live 5 mins away). Aside from the delicious coffee drinks, the baristas are super friendly and greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in. They also have an awesome variety of music playing in the store. 10/10 recommend. read more

I gave it multiple chances…read morebecause I wanted to support a local coffee shop, but every visit was disappointing in one way or another. The café itself has a lot of potential. The interior has a nice, modern aesthetic, and it's easy to see what they were going for. It could be a really cute spot to relax, study, or meet with friends. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is overshadowed by the lack of customer service and overall professionalism. The customer service is one of the biggest issues. Most of the time, nobody even acknowledges you when you walk in. You're left standing at the counter waiting to order without so much as a "Hi" or "We'll be right with you." It makes the entire experience feel awkward and unprofessional. The wait times are also ridiculous. I've waited anywhere from 15-30 minutes just for food, even when the shop wasn't particularly busy. If you're stopping by on a lunch break or before work, don't expect to get in and out quickly. The food itself doesn't make the wait worth it. I ordered the avocado egg salad, and it was almost entirely egg salad with barely any avocado. For something that's advertised as avocado egg salad, it felt misleading and cheaply made. The drinks have also been inconsistent, so it's hard to know what you're getting from one visit to the next. Overall, this place has a great concept and a nice aesthetic, but it falls short where it matters most. Good ambiance can only go so far when the service is consistently lacking, the wait times are excessive, and the food doesn't live up to expectations. I honestly can't recommend it. There are plenty of other local coffee shops that provide a much better overall experience.

It's conveniently located on St Rose Parkway and has ample parking, or a drive-thru if you are in a hurry. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, which if it wasn't so hot I would have definitely taken advantage of their patio seating. I decided to sit inside and although they were busy, I was thankfully able to find a table. It's very clean and brightly decorated inside. Quite a few of their specialty lattes sounded good, but I ultimately decided on the Crème brûlée latte, iced with almond milk. While the price point was still high, it lower than many Vegas coffee shops. They have crushed ice which is nice but I do feel like it is a bit of filler, to be honest. The drink was really good though. Despite being a crème brûlée flavored latte, it wasn't overly sweet and the espresso still came through. I'd say that this was one of the quieter coffee shops I've worked from locally, so I'd recommend it for remote workers or students.

I tried it and it basically tasted like blended chocolate milk. I figured, surely this is a mistake! I brought it to the counter and told the barista she must have forgotten the espresso and she told me they make their blended lattes with cold brew. WHAT?! Cold brew is not as concentrated as espresso so obviously using it as the only coffee in a 16oz blended drink gives me what, 2-4oz of coffee? We had to pay extra to get shots of espresso on the side and add them to frozen lattes which melted them on contact. My ham and cheese on croissant was fine but my husband wasn't a huge fan of his club sandwich. Our bill for two small sandwiches, a bagel, and three drinks? Over $40! The food and ambiance are a solid 5/5, no complaints there at all. Unfortunately, customer service brought the experience down. We stood at the counter for a good five minutes without so much as a nod or "we'll be right with you," while staff were on the phone or otherwise occupied. It wasn't just one employee either -- multiple team members walked past without acknowledging we were there. A simple glance and a quick "just a moment" would have gone a long way. We've visited other Cafe Lola and Saint Honoree locations before, and this hasn't been an issue there, so it really stood out here. To management: I'd recommend some customer service training focused on acknowledging guests immediately, even if staff are mid-task or on a call. In today's world, that first impression can make or break repeat business, no matter how great the food and drinks are -- and yours genuinely are great. Location-wise, it's in a strip mall off Eastern Ave with plenty of parking, so accessibility isn't an issue. Overall: beautiful space, excellent food, but the front-of-house experience needs work. Hoping this gets addressed because otherwise this place has real potential to be a favorite.

Disappointing because we were so excited for the potatoes, they looked so good. 4 star rating for my fave coffee shop because of inconsistency. I also ordered a blueberry scone because we loved the one we got at the water street location. It was filled with a yummy blueberry compote, it was soft and moist. At this location the blueberry scone just had some blueberry on top and that's it. It wasn't warmed up like we asked and it was dry and dense. Hopefully they will carry the filled blueberry scones instead. I feel like turnover is very high therefore the inconsistency on the food and service. But I still love the drinks so much. I do miss seeing the menu board on the wall.
