Love this place! Yummy Drinks and friendly staff! So happy they have this location - I no longer have to go to San Deigo to enjoy Better Buzz! read more

Heard a lot about this place so decided to check it out. I have been a couple of times and here is what I thought. Location: of note, the GPS is not the greatest at telling you where to turn in so keep an eye out for a McDonalds just past the Chevron gas station. There is lots of parking however it can be a bit congested at times so keep in mind you may have to park a little bit further away. The Food/Drink: I didn't get a chance to try the food but looked pretty good. I have tried the Snickerdoodle latte (YUM, YUM, YUM), and the holiday drink Peppermint White Mocha (ok... would I try again? If in the mood). Both drinks I got hot. The only issue I had was when attempting to order online, there wasn't a good description of what was in the holiday drinks so I had to go inside. Thankfully it wasn't too busy that time. The Restaurant: small... the coffee shop is small, lol. So if it is say a weekend, you may a hard time finding a table but they do have a communal table if you don't mind sitting next to someone you don't know. They also have outdoor seating which is actually pretty good. Especially on nice days where it's not too hot, not too cold. Also another bonus is that it does have a drive thru. The Customer Service: pretty good. The ladies at the cash register were patient, polite, informative, and welcoming. Overall, would I go back? YUP. It's a solid coffee spot. Not necessarily my favorite, but it's up there on my list. read more

We love this place! We are so happy that a Better Buzz has opened in Las Vegas. Coffee is awesome! We have ordered a few different lattes from the menu and we can't choose the favorite one, because they are all delicious. We recommend: Snickerdoodle Latte and Honey Latte- it's a MUST TRY! It's a perfect blend of flavors , not too sweet and not too bitter either. They roast their beans to perfection in a small batches and I think that is a secret recipe to get that perfect coffee! We have also tried their food : Bacon Ciabatta sandwich, Caprice sandwich , turkey pesto and almond croissant . The food was delicious, fresh and a croissant was fluffy and omg delicious. Highly recommend it!!! The shop is not that big inside and it can get quite busy with long lines and at the drive- thru as well. But surprisingly we did not wait too long and the staff were fantastic and they were quick and efficient. Overall: it's a cute little coffee shop, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and their lattes are just pure perfection!!! Can't wait to go back!!! read more

I went through the Drive-through Coffee line. I love the design of the building it is very fun, and vibrant with the bee theme! The line was long, but fast. Sometimes I wish they didn't put these coffee places in the smallest parking lots ever, but overall the coffee experience were good. I got the Best Drink Ever with oat milk. Their coffee has a really yummy fresh roasted good flavor. read more

The Matcha Tea Latte was a amazing drink the best I ever had. But in my OG Açaí bowl there was black hair in it, it wasn't mine because I have blonde hair , the fruit wasn't fresh. But the service is amazing always helpful. The place is so pretty , Definitely recommend. read more

Really excited to try these place out! We can right before the line formed around 8am. A bit loud but they had a couple of seats where you can hang out or work. We got a mocha latte and iced matcha latte for drinks. The mocha was solid. Matcha latte was a tad bit sweet but I think that can be adjusted. We had the ham and cheese croissant and chili crunch wrap as well. Added sliced tomatoes to the croissant and it was soooo good! The chili crunch wrap wasnt too spicy but was delicious as well. By the time we left, the drive through lane was long! read more

Friendly staff. Fast service. Great food and coffee. Prices aren't so bad. There was a long line when we got there but service was very fast. It probably took around 15-20 minutes to get our order. We ordered two drinks - mocha de mexican (hot) and hazelnut divinity (iced). We also ordered their Better Breakfast sandwich and 3 Seed Avocado toast. Everything was delicious! I would definitely reorder the Better Breakfast sandwich and the hazelnut divinity. They have indoor and outdoor seatings. They have wifi but you'll need to ask for the password. They also have a display of their merch that you can buy. I also recommend downloading the app for rewards. I got a free drink reward after my first purchase so can't wait to use that on our next visit. Overall, we had a great experience and will be coming back to try their pastries. Their danishes and apple turnover looked delicious! read more

Came in for the grand opening! I love Better Buzz and their coffee is top notch! The customer service is two steps ahead and getting it done! I had an iced snickerdoodle latte and my friend had an iced hazelnut divinity w an extra shot. They were handing out free Better Buzz cups and greeting everyone with a loud chorus of "welcome in!!" The single espresso machine was working as hard as the 15+ employees behind the counter. The snickerdoodle latte was perfectly crafted and the divinity was next level with the extra shot. I am glad to see many more locations opening up. The only cringe thing was with the 15+ employees behind the counter, they certainly were over the max occupancy. Yikes! I wish the parking lot was less of a cluster but the business has no control over that. Glad there is another place to get buzzed! read more

I'm not a coffee person, but when I'm in the mood for one, this is my go-to place. I've been coming here for a while now, and it never disappoints. The coffee is consistently great. I usually go for the Hazelnut Divinity or Lavender Tea Latte, and they somehow always get it just right. The staff is super friendly, especially Erika, who is usually at the drive-thru in the mornings. She is cheerful and always brightens my day. It's one of those places where you feel genuinely welcomed. read more

My absolute favorite spot! Great service & food every time. I've only gone thru drive-thru however, their patio looks cute! My favorite drink is the iced horchata latte. I usually get either the chili crisp wrap or the almond croissant! Both delicious! So glad they're opening up more locations in Vegas! read more

Great service every time I stop by Better Buzz. Cheyanna makes my day. She's always so kind, greeting everyone with a big smile and a POSITIVE vibe. What really stands out is how she doesn't just take my order--she actually suggests drinks or add-ons that end up making my coffee way better than I expected. I've tried things I never would have thought of, all thanks to her great recommendations! Cheyanna cares about her customers and somehow remembers what I like, but she also encourages me to try something new without ever being pushy. Whether I want my usual or am in the mood for something different, she helps me find something I'll love. You can tell she really enjoys what she does, and it makes for an awesome experience every time. If you want great coffee and someone who genuinely cares about your day, go see Cheyanna at Better Buzz. She's the best! read more

I popped into Better Buzz after a Costco run and Donte took care of me. It was happening, clean, and airy. I wanted something light but tasty, and he offered up the açai bowl. I went with it, I also ordered a best drink ever banana pudding. Both were the truth!!! Thank you my guy. read more

WAY EXPENSIVE + a LONG wait for 2 cups of coffee. I've been here multiple times because the coffee is decent and maybe they are having training difficulties... BUT to go through an drive thru with only 3 cars for them to tell us "please pull to the first window to get your straws, we're still working on your drink".. is absurd for a coffee spot. Mind you, I placed a mobile order 10 mins before at this point 30+ mins to get a drink I placed on mobile order prior.. kind of ridiculous. Also it costs $5+ for a piece of toast and jelly. I say just go to McDonald's for a cost friendly & QUICK service.. or perhaps broken yolk for a sit down breakfast next door. Better service & better prices. Plus you'll be in and out of both places before I get my coffee (yes I'm still waiting as I submit send) read more

Thank you Jose and Kiana ,For making my local better buzz and amazing experience. Nothing like good customer service to keep drawing me back

I love going to this place! They have the nicest staff ever and the coffee is amazing. Thank you so much to everyone who works here for always taking such good care of us! If u haven't had coffee here, you have to try it. I promise it's the best I've had in Vegas/Henderson. read more

I visited Better Buzz for the first time, having never tried it before or even heard of it until they opened a location nearby. It was incredibly busy, with long lines both inside and at the drive-thru, which says a lot about how popular they are--people are clearly excited! I loved the bee theme and the overall vibe inside. The staff was fantastic; I hope they keep that energy going. I ordered the Ham and Cheese Croissant, which was absolutely delicious, while my husband got the Better Breakfast. We're big Starbucks fans, but honestly, this was better. For drinks, I had the Horchata Iced Latte, which I'd rate 8/10, and my husband had the Best Drink Ever, sweetened with Stevia, which we rated a 10/10. Definitely plan on returning. read more

Hello. For it's usually a red flag when there no price list available on line along with their menu. There are no drink prices listed for your coffee drinks, that's fine if they're free. Your menu and it looks delicious but when you're charging $5.49 for toast with butter and jam or $10.49 for avocado toast, it must be good. The ambiance is contemporary, typical for these trendy places To other perspective customers be weary of a business that doesn't provide any direct customer contact information. This is done so they don't get complaints from customers because if you do have a complaint most people won't contact a third party app like Yelp. The coffee was good but for the price you can buy a box of K Cups and enjoy coffee home. read more

Walked in and was greeted by a brief good morning but no one helped me. Stood there, and stood there, then someone came over. I asked for the restroom code to which a rude girl spouted out the code very quickly while turning her head. As if she didn't care to serve me anymore because I wasn't placing an order - mind you, I just needed to use the restroom first then I was going to order. I asked for the code again since she said it so fast while walking away and she proceeded to give me attitude. I literally stared at her, dumbfounded that she would act like that, then walked out. I mean, get it together... you're a small coffee shop. There are many many many coffee shops to choose from. You have to stand out to get business, and this was not that. Time to tell people not to come get over priced coffee here. Take your business elsewhere, there are many other options to choose from. read more

Always love coming in during my work break! Xandria in particular is very friendly and knows the menu well. Even if you aren't coming in to order and just need to get some work done the atmosphere is great for that as well. I ordered a nitro cold brew large with no Ice and it gets filled half way. I asked politely if it can be filled all the way and the answer was no because I got it without ice. I nearly spent $25 plus a tip on 2 drinks and a wrap, and you guys are out here robbing people by filling the drinks half way. I should of just went to Starbucks or even Dunkin next time. Don't recommend this place unless you're willing to be robbed of your hard earned money. read more

I've gotten 4 different drinks from here and it hits every time. My favorite is the iced "best drink ever." It's an americano, but yet still creamy?? Today I added caramel drizzle and vanilla cold foam, but honestly it's just as good without it. The ham and cheese croissant and chocolate croissant are really good. I've also gotten a brownie in the past that's pretty good. Not sure how to describe the texture - not fudgy, but not quite cakey either. The drive through always seems to be busy, but it goes by quickly. Staff are always so friendly! read more

I love this place ! It's very modern and the staff is really nice. It is pretty bright inside because of all the windows which is okay, and it is also pretty cold inside deposit being a furnace outside. I got the chili crunch breakfast wrap and it was really good and also was a good price, everything is under about 11$ which is pretty rare these days in cafes. The wrap was good I just wish I asked for my of the chili crisp sauce they make! The matcha is pretty sweet but it isn't chalky or overly thick/creamy. The matcha doesn't taste grassy or bitter which is nice too and the color is pretty sage green-ish. I also had the mango strawberry buzzinger and it was so good! very refreshing and didn't taste overly fragrancy like some teas/lemonades do. I will definitely be coming back! As for studying, there's above 5-6 tables you could sit at where there's an outlet that's accessible easily on the couches. The tables are big and sturdy too but also very cold. The high seating in the center have no outlets so I wouldn't sit there personally; They also have a handicap table for easy access! Very nice modern cafe that's a good alternative to starbucks and/or dutch bros :) read more

I tried this place for the first time a couple of weeks ago and now I can't stop going back. They have the absolute best coffee I've had in the city. My favorites are the mint infused iced coffee and the Moroccan spiced iced coffee-HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I'm gluten free so I really appreciate that they have gf options that actually taste good. The service is always fast and friendly. The interior is cute and clean, and the drive through is very efficient. I absolutely love better buzz-consider me obsessed. read more
