The only great experience was when the gentleman manager worked the drive thru. They are slow. They are rude. They are unorganized and hugely overpriced. Starbucks offers the large free birthday coffee, but not these guys. It's a regular size. Also, I ordered a small I received a regular got charged for a regular and I asked and she said oh, we really don't have a small. It would've been nice if they would've told me that when I was ordering. They have held true to their horrendous service like always. read more

Wow, busy store but got in and out fast. My white mocha latte was great and ordered the new sandwich, so good! Felt welcomed when I walked in. First time at this location. Good job Better Buzz read more

Great service, friendly staff and amazing food and lattes. Had a Hawaiian açaí bowl and a vanilla bean oat milk latte. Highly recommend!

I love it here. I study here and outside they have a nice spot if we want to be outside. The food is hot and fresh. It's very tasty. Everyone here was nice and would recommend me drinks based on what I like. The vanilla buzz is my favorite. read more

Never ever consistent. Sometimes the cold brew is strong and sometimes it's literally like water. They gave us chunky milk and when we asked them to remake it they remade it in the same cup with the same milk... still chunky! And they always mess up the most when it's not even busy. I'll be the only person in line and my drink is terrible. read more

Everything is BUZZING here! Drinks are tasty & staff so attentive. I like to order the standard latte because they have great espresso. A fan favorite for my family is the Hazelnut Divinity latte, you have to try it. Breakfast sandwiches are amazing. But again, best of all is the staff. They are very nice and remember you and care to ensure you have a quality experience. Fun place with great music, makes you want to stay. We need more Better Buzz in the community. read more

Great customer service! This was my 1st time trying them. I got an iced white mocha latte & it was amazing! Will definitely be back.

The entire vibe at better buzz from the interior decorations, to the lovely workers behind the cash register is immaculate. The service is top tier everyone's so friendly. And if that wasn't enough the drinks and food are impressive. I've tried a lot of the drinks on the menu and not one has disappointed me so far!!! read more

Def a place to check out! The service was awesome she def made me try whatever she recommended! We got the best buzz coffee I added a cold foam to it. My husband got a blended mocha drink. I liked his drink better than mine. Mine came out and they forgot the cold foam but fixed it right away my coffee was good but I wish it had more coffee flavor I tasted majority milk. My husbands was great tho. For food we got the sandwich and ham croissant. The croissant was amazing I'd def come back for that. The sandwich was good but a little too much bread for me but loved the touch of arugula and we added avocado. They also have a drive thru which is super convenient. The line was long but it seemed like it went fast! It's small inside but have lots of seating outside. read more

Better Buzz is in Vegas! Grand opening was today and we got there around 7am and no lines! There is an outside patio area with tables and umbrellas too. Inside is cute, lots of signage, tables and a long counter as well. There were plenty of staff all around. They took our order while in line and they call out on the other end. We got free reusable cups. They have a section for mobile orders too. My daughter ordered a Vanilla Buzz and a Bagel toasted with cream cheese. I got the BDE iced and half sweet. Our order came out quick and we had a seat inside. They also have a water station which was nice. Our drinks were good. My daughter said her bagel was hard and tough to chew (minus one star) The staff was very friendly. Inside was clean. As we were walking out they were offering samples of their energy drink but we kindly passed. Glad to see Better Buzz here in Vegas as it is one shop we go to whenever we are in San Diego. We will be back to try more drinks and food item! read more

Yay for a Better Buzz in Vegas! I went on opening day and ordered ahead. The drive through line was so very long but was moving quickly. They had employees directing traffic and they were all very organized and kind. I got a free cute reusable hot cup! Love that touch. For my drink, I ordered a double iced espresso + pumpkin foam. The espresso beans are phenomenal, very smooth and flavorful. Loved it. I do wish the pumpkin cream was more pumpkin-y, though. Not too much pumpkin notes, or spice. I'd love to try more of their pumpkin drinks since it's basic b season, too. I also ordered the turkey pesto sandwich. That was very underwhelming and small for a $10 sandwich. It seemed to be missing something.. I think it would be better with greens + tomatoes. I also requested light aioli but basically got none. The turkey was very very sad and almost dry and crunchy. I wouldn't buy food again, only coffee. I splurged because it's opening day, though. Overall, recommend for the great espresso. Minus one star for sad food. Very lovely alternative to the bigger coffee chains. read more

This place is great, love the coffee here. My only complaint: the people taking orders on the tablet outside stand so far down the lane, it means the line has to extend far into the parking lot. Often there will be about 8-10 cars of space that could be taken up by cars waiting in the line, but the person on the tablet stands so far down that they can't. This seems like a really simple thing they could fix but it's a problem every time I go here. The lines in the parking lot create a hazard, because people need to park there or be able to get out. And then you also create two different lines on both sides that have to merge. If someone reading this can do something about it, please make it happen. The person on the tablet can move closer to the building and the line won't be so far into the parking lot. I've literally seen people almost get into fights because of the lines. Other than this, Better Buzz is great. This is my favorite coffee place in all of the valley right now. read more

OMG keeep up the good work! Man it's been a long time since I've buzzed about a coffee shop. I only got a picture of my sandwich, but my coffee (hazelnut divinity) was divine and HOT just like I love it! (Sooo many spots have been serving lukewarm coffee when I ask for HOT); chocolate chip cookie was delicious and sandwiched was on point. Finally went to a place where nothing disappointed me and I got what I paid for and it was ALL delicious. Went through drive thru and it was a pleasant experience as well for a buzzy Saturday. Look forward to coming back for my next cup! read more

BETTER BUZZ COFFEE HAS ARRIVED IN LAS VEGAS VALLEY!!!! I had a free day and got to spend the afternoon with one of my best friends to grab a coffee and catch up to see Better Buzz for ourselves! As locals, we know this is a staple in California and we're excited to see that it has reached the Las Vegas valley! It is deep in the Henderson area near St Rose but this is cute, trendy establishment that is bright and full of color! I'm glad I had the opportunity to finally try out this coffee shop for myself where I had a delicious Caramel Vanilla Iced Latte with oat milk and a Better Breakfast Sandwich. I did LOVE my iced coffee for the breakfast sandwich I do think a sauce/aioli of some sort is missing for this sandwich to fully stand out and taste even better! The service was great and shoutout to Brooke at the register who was able to help my friend who's vegan get something and accommodating to her dietary needs! If you're ever in the area and looking for a quick bite to eat, tasty coffee, or somewhere to get away to study for a couple of hours this spot is for YOU! PS -- there's a drive thru at this location just in case if that's something you're looking for! Thank you, Better Buzz Coffee for coming to Vegas and showing us some delicious items & coffee!!! read more

Been waiting for the arrival and did not disappoint. Same great taste I remember from the San diego spots. Best drink ever is my go to, but Ill be back to try their mint drink and a few others. Could be a better location. Hopefully more open up in a more central partof Las Vegas. It's a small spot so not a place to post up, but they have a pretty big patio. Drive thru as well! read more

I'm adding 5 stars, not because it was amazing but because there's potential to be amazing! So I'm not gunna drag your marketing down because you're brand new! Coffee Pros - drink selection was good, lots of ways to modify.. love the seasonality. Cons - ticket system a little off (drinks were mixed up). Glad I don't have a dairy allergies. Ambiance Pros - clean, modern and lively! Love the aesthetics! Cons - music playing was LOUD. Loud music = customers conversations needed to be louder. louder conversations by customers = barista YELLING drink names out even louder. This was my only issue. It was LOUD AF and tough to enjoy the place. Outside of that we're gunna be back to try the flavors. My suggestion is that you can still have a lively place if you just lowered the volume down for the music a bit. Customer conversations will naturally come down and this will allow the barista "runner" (aka, the yeller) to not have to project their voice so loud. It'll round out the experience a little.. IMO read more

I have been going all around trying to find a new small business coffee shop and this is not it I went 7 other times trying and trying again to find at least a good drink but all I got is watered down coffee, chai, and matcha. The service was some times great but some times bad. The inside is read pretty and they do have cute merch and they keep the concept alive still the most important thing is the coffee or and other drink. So yeah if you want if you want watered down coffee go to Bettet Buzz which there is no buzz read more

They have great customer service! Food was delicious and my coffee was amazing! The place is clean and welcoming and that's always a plus!

Customer service at the drive-thru this morning was the worst!!! Waiting for 30 min for a cup of coffee is NOT acceptable. Don't stop here or the same person at the drive thru will make you late for work. Her attitude is awful! She should be working in a factory or something and not with anything that breathes!! (No humans & no animals!) read more

$17 for a sandwich and an Americano, this place is pricier than Starbucks. Their cups are also terribly constructed. Every time I try to grab it out of my cupholder, the cardboard just crumbles and coffee spills everywhere. read more
