In addition, John, went an extra mile and included (2) additional wicks. Recently, I have been having an UNSATISFACTORY experience with the $10. stones wicks (very POOR in quality). I have been using Oil Lamps with stone wicks for over 5 years and the wicks generally lasted no LESS than a full 30 days; mostly for several months. My last purchase of (2) stone wicks, though, the usage time was only 7 -10 days. After reaching out, via email, to resolve the issue, John advised that the wicks, although advertised as, LIFELONG, I should expect that these wicks will clog and therefore cutting the life expectancy to a few days. John encouraged me to purchase additional oils from LAMP STAND ( I did $85.00 worth) then he would, in turn, replace the defective wicks purchased from LaTEEDah. Of course the replacement wicks were not included with my purchase order. So, again, I reached out, via email, to John. He, again, promised to send out the (2) replacement wicks that were NOT included with my order. Currently, it's been over two weeks, later, AND I have NOT received the replacement wicks or a refund for the (2) wicks purchased with my order. I have at least (4) months of oil to use, NOW without an usable wick. So, I am forced to move forward with finding quality stone wicks elsewhere from a company that can better provide quality products and customer service.
