We left with 15 books for just under $21. The books are well organized and maps help navigate visitors to each section, but know that the warehouse's narrow book aisles can get cramped. It adds to the appeal! There are even harder-to-find rooms with other items like posters for sale. They also sell CDs and DVDs. Staff are helpful. I lost my wallet and within an hour a staff member messaged me on Facebook letting me know they found it and it was safe at the checkout desk. If you have used books, Second Story Books buys them from people.

And more space allows for more vendors, and ergo-- more stuff sold means more stuff to choose from. So whether you are looking for a new place to eat off of (plenty of dining or kitchen tables here) or sit on (tons of chairs) or light to read by (funky old lamps with vintage shades)..this is a great spot to look.

It's really when you get into the back room warehouse portion where you find some really interesting stuff. I remember a good deal of the stuff having a certain sticker or something on it that said it was for the online auction. I'm not sure if those items are actually sellable in store. Luckily I didn't come across anything I really wanted from that category. There was a fair amount of stuff piled in boxes that wasn't easily acessible (which is why I knocked off one star). But overall, the prices were very reasonable when I went to check out with the woman there, and she was also very nice and extraordinarily apologetic about a problem with her computer that led the transaction to be delayed. All in all, I picked up a vintage toy car ( for decor for the Yelper Party), and I also picked up an "Antiques Road Show" game that I gave to a friend. The toy car was 3 dollars, and the game was 10 dollars. But the game was new in it's packaging. So, a good deal :) I definitely might stop by if I'm in the area. The stock probably changes pretty regularly.
